[Joe: Disney: Pub Tent]

"I will!" The owner of the voice stood just inside the tent opening, His blond hair and cape billowing in a glorious wind from seemingly nowhere(although it was really coming from him). He was smiling, smirking almost, and then that smile faltered for a moment, a split second.

Oh god I don't even know what I agreed to... Joe inwardly panicked for a moment, but tried not to let it show.

------Earlier-------

The male snored himself awake, the book on his chest sliding off and onto the bed. When had he...Oh, right, he paid attention to Izza some, then read some of that scroll and it's translation book. And then he found another book, and decided to head back to his room to check on people. He was making rounds...someone told him to go to sleep...and then he read the new book some and then fell asleep while reading.

Yawning, the monk crawled out of bed and out of his room. Maybe he could find some food or something to drink or maybe even people. That'd be nice.

-------Present--------

Joe moved forward, going up to the guy who asked for someone to be on his team. In a way. And then he sort of quietly whispered(shocking, I know), to the man "Er...what exactly am I being on your team fo-is this beer pong?" That abrupt interruption was loud, blinking at the table. Well...who in the world taught everyone that drinking game?

Sayrike: Disney: Pub Tent

The blue mage could only return the man's stare with her own, grinning impishly as he filled the horn with ale. A moment later, Joe burst into the tent, looking comically regal. "Hello! Hey Joe, you wanna give it a go?*" Sayrike shouted excitedly over the commotion.

"Okay, now the question is, who wants to be on the winning team? Volunteers?" she called playfully to the audience.

[[Louis? : Inside Kyla : Disney Castle Library]]

The boy, who'd been previously silent, for quite some time, wordlessly watching everything that happened for the past 8 hours, was low laid out atop a bookshelf on his stomach, one arm outstretched and half laying over the end of the shelf, the other tucked under his chin as he stared forward, eyes half open like a dull glare boring into the next bookshelf.

Conversations continued between Kyla and Carbuncle, but the young, bestial male remained silent, letting out a deep sigh as Kyla continued to insist on her solitary activity. While he saw the points of both sides, he couldn't bring himself to speak up, or try to play mediator. What point was there? He was just an invisible figment of the girl's imagination, someone who had no bearing on the world as he quickly found out while they traversed the festival and people and things walked, fell, drove, and flew right through him on the crowded streets, eventually he'd just given up caring and started lounging about wherever, where he eventually would find himself teleported around as the girl moved from one place to another, where he would be placed somewhere else that was at least slightly fitting for his previous pose or position.

Now, here he was, hanging out in a library, unable to even lift a book to help Kyla with her work, the least he could do for his friend. But, neither advice nor aid could reach her, he was truly useless, just like his host falsely feared of herself.

------------------------------------

[[Louis? : Inside Kyle : Hall of the Cornerstone]]

The angelic boy, whether Kyle realized it or not, hung out by his side slightly to the back, floating in the air with one leg crossed under the other as his wings cupped down under him, acting as both seat and arm rest. He didn't say anything midst the boy's explanation and conversation with the great leaders of this nation of light, but he did nod in agreement here and there. To Kyle, the most he would have felt to reveal the boy's presence would have been the warm, breezy sensation against his closest shoulder, like a breath against his skin, even through his clothing.

[Kyla: Disney Castle: Library]

Cue: Stray Child
The girl ran her fingers through her hair for a umpteenth time as she once again placed another book down in the non-applicable pile. But for every 2 she put down, at least one had something noteworthy.
Barrier, fortification, ignition, mana expansion, mana reservoirs and storage, transfiguration and fusion of forces… and yes… Purification.
It was all very interesting stuff, but she didn’t have all night to read everything. What she did for now was just book mark what seems relevant after a bit of skim reading to make sure. Plucking another book from the air, one out of the two paused, from three that were currently being searched; she stuck her nose into the open chapter and kept reading.

While the sound of pages whizzed by in the air Kyla looked through the first passage that fit into the extrapolation of mana and its processes from the body, through the minds of the user, and by their will took shape through forceful execution of living matter and energy.

~any luck?~

‘- are you harassing me now?’

~ I’m just concerned, you haven’t slept properly. In days! You really think any fo this information is going to sink in at this rate?~

I..I don’t think so, but I know I should start copying.’

~Copying?~

‘The 3rd volume of textural inscriptions of runes into tomes, gave me an idea.

Placing the book down after book marking it, she picked up her own book and opened to a new page. She cut the line of magic for now, and let the other two books rest on the floor by the pile of other waiting to be searched. This time she decided to create a spell that would assist in her copying information for later reading, without having to go through the pain staking method of writing everything word by word in the original way.
Like a copy and paste, she transcribed the icon reference for copying- what was seen by eye- her reading eye, and then paste in- tandem, into the pages of her own book. It did rely on her photographic memory to skim, not read- just put into her mind’s eye the lettering till it was automatic, and transferring texts in time, into newly copied sections in her own book. It was basic, select, copy, and paste, from one document to another.

Deciding to give it a try, Kyla took the first book she found with a chapter on internal fortification for barriers of the mind, and focused on the page of written words. Her book lit up, and with her hand she ran one finger over each line. At the same time, her other hand held her quill to a blank page, and the ink bled into the paper, forming words and shapes in direct correspondence to whatever Kyla skimmed over with her finger. Spell Inspartion reff

It came to her knowledge along this journey, that her magical weapon-book, being that what it was, had most likely an endless supply of pages. The artist had no doubt that she could turn them forever and still find more if they were needed. Therefore, storing information like this shouldn't be a problem. She'd have to prepare a catagorizing inscription so she could bring up the nessessary information for later reading.
Kyla also didn't have a mind to copy every single bit of information she found, but this was indeed a handy feature. Also, as she continued to work she noticed that despite the information being written in the book, and the book being a part of her, Kyla didn't feel like the information was being absorbed right into her rbain or anything,
Darnit- no Matrix magic apparently.

Kyla would have to read it later properly, study, just like anyone else. that actually was a strange comfort. If it had been this easy- she'd be suspicious. Nothing worthwhile was easy.

'Nothing..worthwhile.

Is easy.'

Kyla kept at this a while, before the processes began to feel automatic. Her eyes drifted, she felt another presence in the room more strongly- and it wasn’t a reader, or carbuncle.
However - said summon had seperated from her partner, and jumpedup onto the book shelf to observe the lounging Louis in all his beastly glory. While it was uncertain if he was distinct enough for Kyla ot see him, Carbuncle certainly could since they shared the same headspace.

[ Noelle .:. Prote ~ Disney Castle ~ Fairgrounds]

Noelle tried to quell her giggles when she noticed the predicament Sayrike talked herself into. The longer she stood there, the more the alcohol was starting to set in, and the funnier everything suddenly started to become. If anyone took any notice to her, they'd see her gradually start swaying and bumping into Anthony, letting out a little "Boop!" each time. When Joe came out she nearly lost it with snickers and snorts. She certainly wasn't going to be the one to explain that she'd taught all these Disney folk how to play drinking games.

"I'd be on your team, Sssayrike." Noelle started, trying to keep it together, "But I don't think I'll be offff ANY help."

[John. biggrin isney:.Pub Tent]

John quietly entered the tent at the curiosity of the commotion. He had slept a bit too long only to find that the center of social gathering had moved elsewhere. Upon entering the tent, he immediately was shocked to see that before him laid the mother of all mothers, the king of kings, the sultains of sultains... beer pong. A long table with 9 cups on either end filled with a nice hearty liquid. On either side were familiar faces, and he smiled at the sight of them. Looking at them, however, he felt naked. He wasn't holding any glass from which he could slip. John ventured to remedy this situation and looked to one of the larger Scots for some help.

John walked up to Dunbroch and asked, "Hey bud, uh... do you know where a guy could get some scotch around here?"

[ Dunbroch : Disney : Pub Tent ]

Dunbroch grinned as Joe made his entrance and announcement to join, and smirked when Sayrike said she'd be the winning team. She underestimated him. That was good.

When John walked up and asked for scotch, the Scotsman gave a wide smile. "Oh-ho, you like the strong stuff, then!" he said, his thick accent still fairly understandable. "Head on over there, MacKelmore will get ya some--Oiy! Get this boy some scotch!"

With that shout, he pointed John over to where the drinks were being served, on the side of the tent attached to the wall of the adjacent building.

[John. biggrin isney Town:.Pub Tent

The Scottish accent was one of his favorites, especially the low Scottish with the glottal stops and their Germanic u umlaut "ooo" sounds. Hearing him talk put a smile on his face. John looked to where Dunbroch was pointing and eagerly stepped up to be served.

"Whiskey neat, please bud." he said to another Scot who was helping the distribution of the fine brown liquid.

John got his horn of whiskey, and soon realized that there was a lot of it. He sipped it slowly and enjoyed the taste. Scotch whiskey was one of his favorites.

Seeing that they had not started, John approached the table and said, "Hey, if you have room, I'd like in. You don't gotta teach me or anything. We doing roll backs and the like right?"

[Terra : Disney : Forest -> Town -> Castle]

(Morning)
After being left in the Forest, Terra's mind was left in a haze. She had been lead around by the Slave Crown since her creation. Now without it, she was just a wondering soul without direction.

The girl walked in the forest, using the trees to lean on as she walked. With no direction or knowing where she was going, it took her several hours before she stumbled upon the gates of the Town. Where she collapsed at just as she reached the edge of the forest.

~*~ ~*~ ~*~

(Afternoon)
Hours later, Terra awoke on the edge of the town inside a medical tent. It was holding a few people that had a little too much fun during the festivities.

Terra stared at a couple of the people as she sat up, stiffly.

"Oh you are awake miss." said an attendant as he approached her, "Are you okay? A couple of guards brought you here. It seems you went wondering in the woods a little too long and wore yourself out. But after a bit of rest you should be fine.

Terra stared at the man, with her eyes wide. She didn't even hear half of what he said as she started to breathe heavily as she started to panic. There were too many people around. Terra didn't know who they were. Where she was. She didn't even know who she was.

"What...?" she mumbled as she got up on shaking legs.

Terra staggered away as she knocked over several tables. Half way out the tent, she backed into someone. Which set her off.

"Get away!" she shouted as she cast a fire spell within the tent and ran away.

She made it outside of the tent when she got knocked out by a powerful sleep spell, that was cast by a castle mage that came to help. As quickly as she knocked Terra out, she put out the fire that Terra started.

"Take her to the castle," she ordered one of the guards, "I don't know who she, however we can't have her running around in a panic when she awakes again. Too many people can get hurt."

~*~ ~*~ ~*~

(Now)
Terra slowly blinked her eyes open and stared at the ceiling of yet another unknown place. She stared at the ceiling for several minutes before sitting up. She looked around to find the room empty sides for a chair and the bed she was on. Both scared and confused, the young woman wrapped her arms around her legs and hid her face in her knees.

[ ??? : Disney Castle : Main Library ]

The sound of heels softly tapping against the hard floors of the library could be heard somewhat suddenly--they hadn't been very far off to begin with, maybe a few bookcases in one direction or a few turns in the other. It was hard to tell, when the sound echoed so flawlessly in the nigh-empty, expansive library that the castle had opened up to accommodate the vastly growing collection of preserved books from lost or falling worlds.

Coming into to view from one of the aisles, a lithe blonde woman in a vivid blue dress walked toward a bookcase across the way. She was carrying multiple books in her hands and very nearly dropping one after she accidentally kicked over a bookpile that had been left for organizing at the row's entrance. However, she was quick enough to re-balance herself, heading into the row of shelves, once more out of sight, to drop off some of her finished reading material.

[ Dunbroch : Disney : Pub Tent ]

With no one volunteering to be on Sayrike's team, the towering Scot was about to call out the "cowards" that filled the tent; however, John soon returned, and he seemed interested. Dunbroch grinned.

"Tha' puts ya on her team, lad," he grinned, lightly pushing him by the shoulder over to Sayrike. "Now, let's decide the rules and get down t'business!"

[[ To speed things along, we could probably decide a lot of this OoC xD ]]

[[Louis? : Inside Kyla : Disney Castle Library]]

"Mmm," he replied simply, only shifting his eyes to look at Carbuncle, "Not bored... just have allot on my... not-mind is all." the boy lifted his his arm and shoulder, making more room for Carbuncle by his side, patting twice.

[ Sora ; Kairi : Disney Castle : Central Gardens ]

"I'm not too worried."

"You're never worried."

"Well, yeah, why should I get worked up?" he said, smiling. "We've saved the universe twice already, and now we have more friends and allies than ever. We're not going down without a fight, and we'll be together when that happens, either truly or in spirit. What could worry me when I have that?"

"True," Kairi conceded, smiling softly--she'd expected that. "And I agree."

[Dawn : Disney Castle : Central Gardens]

Dawn turned her head in Sora's direction as he spoke. She faintly smiled.

"We just gotta be positive, right?" she said softly, "Too much negativity will only make everything worse than it has to be."

After she spoke, Dawn's stomach let out a loud grumble that made her face redden in embarrassment.

"Eh he he... My bad."

[Kyla: Disney Castle: Library]

Kyla bored over her copying and studying as a slowly excessive tapping grew louder and louder in her head. Perhaps to someone at ease such a sound could easily be ignored, but for her- the repetitive tapping somehow seemed to burrow into her mind. It was like it somehow became in tune with the pace of every line she transferred. One line, counting at least 4 taps per line, before she moved to the next row. Simultaneously, something else kept repeating in her head-

She couldn’t get her conversation with Maggie out of her head. Feeling more exposed then she liked, she cursed imparting Maggie the bits of truth about her sister. If she ever had the misfortune of running into the creature ricking havoc in the dark, she’d surely figure out just who really brought that thing into being.

“- what's stopping it from making you an upgraded her
?"

With every tap, line copied, she heard those words repeated, and with them the flash of that nightmare Joe transferred washed over her mind’s eye and crossed with the first time she set her eyes on it. After the 13th line an ugly image of a transmuted twisted version of Maggie came crashing through her mind, along with the visage of everyone else’s and suddenly the book went flying with a frustrated yell.

It skid across the floor with a clumsy pace, corners making it bobble a moment before falling like a broken animal with its pages lain open. A flash of blue disappeared behind a row of books a few rows down, but she noticed it because the color reflected in the gold trimmings of the covers edges.
Holding her head like she was experiencing a pounding head ache, Maggie’s words repeating over and over still Kyla looked around, realizing she was no longer alone in this area of the library.

[Tyue: Disney Castle: Library]

The creature hpped up next to Louis and rubbing her length acros shim like an affectionate cat, she curls about in a fluffy cyan tinted ball in the space he made for her.

"I think her resolve is breaking.. it's for the best. Just one more voice. She needs one more voice - someone- "
From the high vantage point the summon caught sight of the ice queen as she walked down another row with her stack of books.
"...someone who was just like her."
her tail began to flickerback and forth in anticipation, and her partner threw her book to the ground, the sound of echoing in the quiet space with the impact of a drum strike.
