No, people take rouge as red lipstick...
However, rogue in a Naruto RP is generally associated as criminals who have either abandoned or been banished from their village. Otherwise you could just call yourself a wanderer or mercenary. But the fact of the matter is, most villages aren't going to be too quick to trust someone proudly wearing the title of rogue and let them through their gates.

Hmmm.... You have a point; though since the DD's and Suna is allied, wouldnt he be able to be let in easily?

im not proudly saying im rouge. Rouge is the term for someone with no village, I then put reason for visiting was that I was a refugee
