I don't know if I should file an arrest warrant for Ryoko's apparently meta-gaming or teddy's insanity so I'm just going to leave it alone, it doesn't sound bad enough.

I was given info that he was a rouge genin. Going into the fight I am going to assume that he was still genin or chuunin, possibly. This means that I will assume that I can beat him. That is in no way meta-gaming.
