Could be. Like I said, I wouldn't doubt it.
I looked t the video and it looks about the same speed as melee, like half a second for non-charged one. I'm satisfied that it's at least that, though, it should better with walking and aiming.

That isn't totally credible, I've heard some pretty insane things from third parties and a lot of them turned out wrong.

Mario can also be the same colours as Wario, doesn't mean Wario isn't in it.
Luigi will be in it - Just watch.
