*Mercy's eyes flashed.* "I'm not all that good my darling lavender." *She sighed heavily.* "Are you going to be ok doing this alone?"

"You are good to me." She sighed and drops her hand crossing her arms around herself again "I will not be alone Nana will be there and so will Cali and Mark. I will not die that easyer, I may have ran but Damain has done worse...things his father never knew and he will find out I will damage his word as he has mine." She sounded pety but it was the way they did this in the old old ways

*Mercy looked up as she took her hand away she leaned up and hugged her tight.* "Is Jinx going to go with you also then?"

She wrapped her arms around Mercy and hugged her back resting her head on her shoulder "No, I can not take him with me"

*Mercy smiled as she hugged back.* "I know it's not my place but I'd feel alot better if he was going with you since I'm sure you won't let me accompany you. . . . . " *She sighed heavily and stroked Lady Death's head soothingly.* "Are you ok Lav?"

She barely moves "I am not allowed to take anyone with me I have to go alone, its the rules of the old world." She sighed and moved her head alittle"I am frightened, I do not wish to see any of them again, I raised most of them from infancy, now they wish to kill me."

"Hmmmm I thought it woudl be somethign like that." *She squeezed her hard in a hug then mumbled somthing. Shaking her head she smiled.* "Maybe it won't be as bad as you anticipate. . . . Lavender. . . . your truly one of the strongest people I know not necisarrily the smartest or oldest woman I have known but you so strong, I think you can get through anything and well. . . . . . . . If you truly are fearing for you life then say so cause I'll put m life on te line to stop you. So it starts a war, no big and nothing our guild can't handle my love. . . . please don't be freightened my dear Lavender. . . . It's more painful then when you ar mad and yelling at me." *She giggled and broke the hug to look up at her but had her arms still twined around her.* "Got It?"

She sighed lightly "If you knew them as I did you would not be so calim and so sure." She sighed again moveing out of Mercy's arm and grabbing the letter and walked back to the window tearing it to pieces as she walked and tossed it out the window "The thought of death is not what frightens me that only scares me alittle, what scares me is seeing them, their faces knowing that they let my family die, knowing that now they think I did it. And knowing that I must see my old mistress, the one who took me in and is technocly now my sire."

*Mercy gritted her teeth as she watched Lady Death move around and tear up the letter. Her hands clutched into fists and she growled. Many things passed through her mind, some so kind and gooey it would make a poet raise an eye, some encouraging as a sister woudl consule, yet somehow she dug through them bto find hr normal reaction, that of anger.* "You Fool! That's what your afraid of. Lavender. . . . . " *She growled again and this time moved forward and grabbed hold of her face with both hands.* "You know the truth don't you? You didn't kill them and if you expect anyone to believe you your personally going to have to gain some confidence in yourself." *She rubbed her thumb on her cheek.* "and why in the world woudl seeing your old mistress scare you? Haven't you broken ties with her yet." *Her face stayed calm and showing no emotion but her eyes were a blazing crimson as she spoke.*

She moved out of Mercy's grasp "I broke ties with all of them thousands of years ago before I left Russia. But you do not know her as I have and you do not know what she has done to any of us who she took in." Her eyes bleed to ice blue "You do not know what she made us do! You do not know any of that horror!" She was actually angry and let down most of control let a wave of anger flare through the room heating it. "You have no idea why I fear her, so do not speak as if you do! Not every sire is happy and puppy dog tails Mercy, I was damned to find one that used us to get what she wanted."

"Don't Stop now my Dear Lavender!" *She couldn't help but yell back.* "Come on keep going I'd just love to fight with you the night before you plan to leave and might never come back!" *She started pacing back and forth her eyes focused on the carpet.* "You annoy the hell out of me you know that?" *Sighing she stopped and turned her skirt flying around her as she did. She lifted a finger and pointed to her.* "Don't you dare yell at me when I am trying to learn more about you. I asked if you had severed ties with her not if you had forgotten of her. Do not speak like you are the only one in the world to go through hardships Lav cause the fact of the matter is we all do no matter how trivial they seem to some they are hardships non the less so don't you dare yell at me about whatever the hell puppy dog tails are do you got it?" *She growled low her eyes reurning to normal.* "Why do you always pick fights with me when you know all I do is care. . . . " *She looked back to the floor as her shoulders sagged.*

She laughed alittle it was an actual laugh rich and intoxicating something you could wrap yourself in on a cold night, she grinned her fangs out and showing "You never stop amusing me dear Mercy, you would not wish to learn more of my past, you would have nightmares for years." She moved away from the window and walked to the small mini fridge in the room and pulled out a glass and blood and then filled the glass. "You do not know my hardships my dear and you would not wish to." She sipped the blood and turned and looked back at Mercy "But I will let you see some, there is no words to decribe some of it." She held her hand out to Mercy "You said you wished to learn about me here is your chance, no one knows what my mistress ever did to me"

She wrapped an arm around Mercy "I will show you alittle but not all, I do not wish to remember that much." She sighed and rested her forehead to Mercy's just a light touch. A memory showed through Lav's eyes.((memory)) Theres a feeling of ropes pulling hard against the body shoulder pulled up and back and pinned in a very uncomfortable fashion, legs wrapped around the corner of a bed and to the floor tied which is very uncomfortable and her legs hurt as if they had been like this for a long time. A silver curtain blocked most of the view until the her head lifted showing the bedroom. it was very old candles everywhere curtains around the bed were open letting the light in. A beautiful woman naked laid on the bed with three men and four other women all naked, the smell of blood and sex strong in the air. The woman noticed she had her head down and ordered it tighed up to be forced to watch. One of the men was tighted to the bed, pleaing and begging them to stop.Tears clouded her eyes as she was forced to watch them rape and kill the man not allowed to help save him or move at all. The rope biting into her skin drawing blood that was soon lapped up by the others. They were soon untied and her throwen on to the bed and bound to the bed like the man, they procided to do the same to her but did not kill her but beat her and cut her up leaving marks that would not show and some that would. She screamed and begged her to stop but gave up after two people and just laid there. She cut it off before anymore of that night could be seen"That was one of the easyer nights...." She kept her head down.."There is more if you wish to see others."

*She kept her forehead against her Mercy's eyes clamped shut. Her brath came out shallow as she opened them slowly.* "Not as bad as I thought. . . . I don't want to mak you relive anymore that you may not be ready too. . . . . " *She sighed and started to move back. Various thoughts were whirling through her head.* "Lavender don't you need to rest if you are going back?" *She didn't mean it in a way of dismissal but for some reason the thing in the forfront of her mind made her think of others well being.*
