He looked up at Roy and then around again. He started to cry, he wanted his daddies.
She wiped the tears from his face, "Its okay hunny. Daddy will be back."
He heard a baby crying and wondered who it was. But he didn't want to leave Maki.

he bounced Niles a little "shh... it's ok, daddy will be here soon"
he came back in to the seating room "aww... is some one in here upset?" he asked as he headed over to them

"he wants to see his daddy's" he said softly
"I don't know... Maki fell asleep..."
"trust me... once he's in his fathers arms... he'll calm down"
he looked a little tentative but nodded alright... you can bring him back..."
he nodded and stood up, kissing Erin's cheek softly

She gave him a smile and watched him walk down the hall.
when the crying got closer he knew who it was. He carefully took his hand away from Makis and walked to the door meeting Roy. "Whats wrong with Niels?"
he took a deep breath before crying even louder.

He took the crying Niels from Roy. "Shhh... Its okay buddy. Daddys here." H bounced him a little and moved so that Niels could see Maki. "come in for a little Roy." He knew that he'd like to see his brother.
His crying eased and practically stopped once he was in his dads arms and then was reduced to pouting and small hick ups when he saw his daddy on the bed. He laid his head on his dads chest.

he stepped in and looked at Maki sadly "there warning was right wasn't it?" he asked quietly as he walked over to Maki's side
he slowly opened his eyes again and it took him a little wile to notice his twin but he, sadly, didn't recognize his son "R...Roy" he slowly reached his hand up
"hey man" he said quietly and took his brothers hand "the other's 'll be coming in to see you soon. Were all worried about you"
"Don't... be worried 'bout me..." he said slowly, tripping over his toung a little as he talk

"Yeah." He said before Maki opened his eyes he walked over to the other side of the bed.
He reached out for his daddy. He could feel something wrong and he wanted to help fix it.

he looked at the baby in Nate's arms "he's... cute" he said softly "is... he yours Roy?"
"no... Maki he's yours" he explained calmly "you have 4 babies that are missing you"
"I have... babies?" he asked, very confused

He held Niels back. "yes you do babe. Four beautiful babies." He was a bit saddened that Maki couldn't remember the kids.
"Huhh Daadddaaa." He pushed harder to get to his daddy.

he blinked again looking at the little baby in Nate's arms
"I'm going to go back to the others... and let them know how you guys are" he stood up "Maki, get better" he said quietly before heading back to the waiting room

He stood when his brother came back, "How is he?"

he nodded a little "this is going to be the hardest on the kids..." he took a breath "he doesn't seem to remember them"
he held his arms out "I trust you..."

She put a hand to her mouth. She knew how much the kids meant to Maki. It would hurt them the most. But it would hurt Maki more. Tears prickled the back of her eyes.
He touched his daddy's are and smiled. He wanted to curl up on his chest. She struggled to move on to the bed.
He set Niels on the bed but kept a light grip on him. "Be careful buddy." He hoped that Niels wouldn't do anything to freak Maki out.
