*Mercy looked at her.* "Lav. . . . why can't you look me in the eyes?" *She stared for a minute then thought it might be best to leave it alon. She smiled sweetly at her then walked past her and stood by Danny patting him on the shoulder then turned and walked out of the room.* "be well then."

*Grumbling she stormed into the room grabbed her favorite book from the table and sank down on the couch biting her bottom lip not careing as she drew blood.*

"Nothing!" *She snapped. Mercy narrowed her eyes then smirked. Standing up she walked to him.* "No I'm fine why?"

She walked in slowing a piece of parchment in her hands, it must have been something important because she nearly ran into the couch reading it. Her hair was down and unbrush still tossled by sleep, her eyes plan without make up,and she was in a black velvet robe with black fur lining the edge it looked like a small mans dress robe from the early 1800s. She flopped down in her chair holding the paper.

She started to say something in Russain then stopped remembering that no one else here spoke it "It is a letter from a councel of vampires in Russia...they wish me back for a trial...they think because I am the only one who made it through the attack that killed my family that I had a hand in it..." Her accent was thick it was almost at points impossible to tell what she was saying. "The punishment if I am found guilty is death. My ex-husband Cali and Marks father told them that he heard me one night talking with humans about wanting to get ride of my family that they were a burden...I never said such a thing...I loved them..." Her voice cracked at the end the fear of her own death scared her beyond anything. The aura she had said she wanted to be held but couldn't start it she didn't know how to comfort well.

She shook her head and withdrew her hand considering how she reacted earlier.* "When is your trial my friend? and do they have any solid evidence?" *She stood up from her seat and stood in front of the chair her hands cupped in front of her body childishly.*

A few small pinkish tears fell from her eyes traceing a line down her cheek and falling onto the letter "You do not understand they do not work as we do." She got up leaving the letter on the chair which was written in russain "Damain is older than I, he is leader of a bigger clan and has their trust because his father is amoung them, I am no one to them sense my father's death, I have no say and evidance does not matter it is my word to his and mine is ruined in their eyes, because I ran..." She looked outside her arms wrapped around her the trails from the tears drying on her cheeks catching in the moonlight. "I must go as soon as I can....I would be gone no more than an hour, if they find me innocent..." She dropped her head covering her face with her hair

*Mercy's shoulders sunk as she stared at her. Walking forward she sighed and reached up to grip her chin. Mercy lifter herself but smiled still, Letting go of Lady Death's chin she sunk down and simply stared knowing that all she wanted now was friendship, in a tiem of need all a companion had to offer was that.* "So what are you going to do. . . . . or better yet when are you going to go?" *She though about offering to accompany her but once again decided againt tat offer and continued to stare at the ground.*

She hated this, she hated having to go back and see them all "I will leave at day break, it will be easyer for me to travel. They have already given more than they had to. If they wished they could have sent someone to kill me, and I would be dead now. But they wish for me to prove him wrong." She moved alittle touching Mercy's cheek the touch was gentle,kind. "You are too good for you own safety sometimes Mercy." She smiled alittle but it never made it to her eyes they were still filled with worry
