Timing is actually the worst part of the finals, for reasons you've just described, Genome. I think we might be better off without double elimination, so we can hopefully finish the tournament BEFORE finals. That won't help the work folks, but it would benefit the school folks some.
That, or have the tournament in the summertime?

I jumped 2 members of Glacier last year after the finals and nobody seemed to want to do anything about it.

I promised Sierra that Malice is gonna rush Frozen Flame as soon as the awards ceremony is over (much to her dismay). I still plan on honoring that promise ninja

If members from Fracture and/or Frozen Flame don't respond (I know Desi and Fish will, at the very least), we've got something planned to make up for it...that will happen even if everything does turn into one massive FFA.

Rain Yupa Not so much for the rest of the fighters (I think that's possibly due to the fear of getting in trouble for time paradox'd fights, which is the reason I think not as many fights got done this year as there could have been). You can't fault them for that. The final specific rules clearly state no Paradox Fights will be allowed. And I don't fault you for it Ed, spending the week with Erinn is completly understandable.

I only had IRL ''issues'' for the semis. I was pretty much ok for the Finals. But I had my own reasons.

A. Okay, I tore OFF your leg brace and tore OPEN your leg. But it was still there when you turned on GOD MODE, just a little twisted in the wrong direction and mangled beyond recognition. B. Psh. Ed was my next target anyways. It would have killed two birds with one stone. Also: Erinn would have just been another means for me to get to Ed.

Yes, you're rampage failed. We all know.
Plus it really says something if you're arguing "No I left it having by a thread" versus "You tore it clean off!".
I'm actually in agreement that I'm ready to put HoH 08 in the annals of history at this point. Had some great fights, had some down points, but once again HoH proves it can do the one thing other huge scale RP fighting cannot: Actually ******** finish.
Suck it GTB.
I think it's time to start looking forward as we've got Unity coming up, a ******** of plot that's not all interpersonal drama anymore, and hell, we can even start thinking about HoH 09. I know I'm gonna be playing a new character over the next bit, and hoping to figure out a team.
