"Order" is such a misleading word. For us, it usually means PIZZA PARTY WOOHOO!

Eh, you won't be by me because I haven't gotten around to reading the Hitchhickers series yet.

I know I'm a horrible person but I can't be on top of EVERYTHING now can I?

I think I might've heard of that one actually...

If it's a good read, I don't think it'll matter if it's like Hitchhikers or not.

it can't be THAT bad...right

Heck, there's very few 'bad' books....only those that appeal to very few and those that should have never been thought of

so if it's nothing like those, it's good enough to read

See, Hana? You'll be fine.

XD Hitchikers is an easy book, and it's a movie...

But you know what they say: The book is always better than the movie, so watch the movie first.

=o Have you read it Red?

Also, I'm sure we all have our own series that we've found but few people have read.

I found a series writen by a guy name E.E. Knight. As far as I know he has a series about dragons which I don't read and the Vampire Earth series about human's struggle to take back Earth after a devestating virus outbreak followed by an interdimentional invasion of creatures that had been planning everything ever since we first repel them back in the earliest annuals of history.

Not yet, no. However, a bunch of my old school friends have and loved it.

I think I've got the dragon books and the first three of the vampire earth thing... I should dig them up and read them. =o

Well, as curious as I may be about this dragon series, I'm going to bow out for the night. It's been a long day and I need sleep.

G'night everyone.

My only main complant about the Vampire Earth series is the fact it's almost a law of the universe that the main character , David Valentine, get's laid in every. single. book. There's been like 9 books and he's gotten laid in every single one.

I can't remember about the latest book though, so maybe he didn't. But other then that they're a good read. The univers draws you in and you want to know more about what's going on. It's also good about the sprinkled pop culture refrences and is really good about calling back to events in earlier books.
Seriously, the last book I read had passing mentions of events that happened in the first chapter of the very first book.

Nighty Night Red. =o Sleep well~

Hahahahahahahahahaha... That's not the law of the universe, but the law of...er... Eh-hem.
Anyways, since I usually marathon books, animes, and everything else... I'm not sure if it recalling things is good or bad. Is it a good type of flashback that paraphrases? or the kind that literally quotes word for word?

More like passing mentions. The current situation reminds him of the time he had to do this at that place and how it turned out then.
And that's not always a good thing. It's not "and everything turned out alright then" but more of "we lost a lot of good people and barely made it out ourselves."

What's bad was the I had been rereading the first book when I got the last one, so the "memory" really was freash in my mind and I knew just how bad it was.

Oh that's lovely. I've been reading a few books lately that are... not quite so sophisticated. XD

o_O Bad? What do you mean bad?

The first chapter of the first book opened with him on one of his first missions outside the Free Territory while in command of a group. They was leading some newly freed citizens when they notised that they was being followed.

They held up in a barn lieing in wait... when THEY came. Victimes of the virus, THEY were ravies. A good comparison would be the infected from the 28 ____ Later movies, except the virus doesn't act that fast. It wasn't long after the ravies attacked that the main problem and most fear enemy the Reapers came in.
The call back made in the latest book was that he was up against Ravies victems again. Except this time he had a small team and was escorting wounded back. And it was in the middle of the worst blizzard the area had seen in a long time.

Not a good memory at all. It was bad....
