Riggs chimed in over the headsets "Especialy since you will be coming across quite a few military facilities. Due to gaia's high number of magic users, it's standard issue for there to be anti magic feilds around instalations, also, there are anti magnetic feilds designed to jam spy planes trying to fly under the radar, which might mess with miss michelle's powers." he said.

Riggs continued "Well the good news is that, you can probably find some chaff grenades to scramble the electronics close by for about 30 seconds or so, the bad news is that the blackheart unit members will probably choose to fight you all in anti magic and magnitism hot spots, I advise to make sure everybody at least has a sidearm before entering any sort of battle" he said.

The area the gang was walking in was bare, no soldiers to be found. Most likely, the area was bare due to the fact that there was no longer anything to guard. The area past the facility was a dangerous entrence to a weapons depot, the area consisted of two sets of electric fences, then some sentrys and some attack dogs. The supply depot that followed in the next area, consisted of a few small buildings housing wepons and medicine, a larger building used as some soldier barakks, and small open area used as a helicopter launch pad.

Of course, they had to have the anti-magic fields up. Waffle thought as one of her eyes twitched. "Yeah, sure." she replied to Luciano bitterly. I am so gonna get rid of those anti-magic fields, and then I'm blasting the hell out of this place.

She thought about something as she walked to receive a few weapons from Luciano. I wonder how much those fields could take... I don't think it's possible for an anti-magic shield to block absolutely everything... I mean, not even the military base in Gaia could defend itself from Lana's C4 stock.

Riggs came back over the headsets "That sounds like a good idea, my guess is that there will be a sheild generator in every area with a sheild, but remember the bigger the area, the bigger the generator" he said.

Meanwhile
A figure watched the gang as they walked through the forrest.

Riggs luaghed "It's the 'pearl necklace' defence, think of the generators like pearls on a neclace, and the power net like the string, you cut that string, all of the pearls fall off. Now think of all of the separate generators as knots inbetween the pearls, you cut one and only that pearl falls off but the others stay on the string, it's simple and effective." he said.

Luciano let out a 'Hmmm', and in his head he began to think about piecing teams together. As much as he now hated this idea, it was now going to be a small mission inside of another mission. . but it would be well worth it because two of their members NEEDED their powers in order to be of greater help to the team.
"Alright," Luciano began, "let's make up teams." he sat down on a boulder and then he said, "But. . . since there's seven of us, the teams will be un even. And, we need to sort ourselves so that there's a mixture of close-combat and what not." Michelle shrugged said, "I can work with Koji and Waffle." Luciano let out another 'Hmmm', he thought for a moment and then he looked over at Sabe, "If you're on a team with me, I'll need to find you an Uzi, or something. Because your aim sucks. At least with an Uzi you can injure SOMEONE." he smiled, and patted him on the shoulder.
