She sat on the bed for a moment before grabbing a bra and one of her own tee shirts.

He drove them all back to the hospital.

he was in the end of his surgery at this point
she sat nervously
he smiled softly "he's almost done" he rubbed his head a little "the pressure's gone now"

She smiled and held his hand.
He couldn't sit still. He was pacing in the room.
"Nate your going to put a hole in the floor. Sit down you'll see him soon."

he walked back out to the waiting room "we can only have one person at time go in to see him... so who's going first?"
she looked up and then to Nate "Nate... go to him" she said softly

He nodded and was more then happy to go see Maki. He followed the doctor.

he was staring blankly at the ceiling of the room
"just try to keep it calm... he's tired..." he said quietly before walking out to the nurse desk to go to his next patient

He nodded and walked into the room calmly. He smiled when he saw him awake. He walked over to them bed. "Hey babe."

He kissed Maki softly. "It is, isn't it." He couldn't stop smiling he was so happy Maki was okay and that he was remembering.
