oh of coarse, but he could survive without those things alot longer than any normal person could. He would probably just be really weak without food for a while, and well breathing.....i think he needed that alot lol. but rest is something he could do without. idk....i think he could be awakened if he was ever knocked out from lack of oxygen lol idk. all i know is kakuzu was a super human...although...i never saw him eat...he did need rest though....but yeah... Im not gunna start pushing the super human stuff until later when i get more hearts and im older and draw my character with a more grizzly appearance. i promise i wont abuse your graciousness master shisua biggrin

I honestly want to assume he'd need to eat more and junk, if he's got multiple hearts- and heck, who knows, maybe he had more of other organs too!

hmmm eating more idk, but organ stealing is cool lol. but kinda .. unnecessary. All I need is hearts , food, and rest. i thought my body was all killed with threads anyway lol. wella t elast when you get older...i think you should grow into your threads overtime

I don't believe so, but I'm not really sure. It's one of those things like Buggy the clown bleeding. It could be possible, but for the sake of simplicity, it isn't drawn / mentioned.
