I just realized this morning that, no, Taiwan hardly ever celebrates christmas, since they aren't a christian country o___o. However, they're starting to celebrate now, since Christmas is the best way for buisness men to earn money- thus they are trying extra hard to get Taiwan to start giving presents. Thus A-Tsai does know to give presents.
However... I don't think he'd know what the mistletoe was for. I asked my mom 'hey mom, do you know what the mistletoe is for?' And she was like: 'no. What's that?'

Latvians celebrate Christmas[the biggest celebration of the year] but they don't know what a mistletoe really is..They are very expensive here in Latvia and almost impossible to get on Christmas D8

They don't even sell mistletoes on Christmas in Taiwan o vo. Yeah.
Do you think I should make A-Tsai clueless? I know some people do know what mistletoes are in Taiwan... just... no one ever uses them.

Most Italians are devout catholics so they would most deffinitely celebrate it (it's also an excuse to drink wine/ be lazy --- basically what they do 365 days a year!)
