Arekku stood, his mouth agape. "That appeal was... awesome...." He couldn't think there for a while, the appeal fresh in his memory, Memo gave it a single theme and presented it well. After a second more, Arekku lifted Memo and gave him the applause he earned.

"Ehh. Thank you hehe."
The boy blushed and it was incredibly noticeable. He covered his mouth with his hand and spoke cheerfully, yet nervously.
"Your turn."
The boy knew how great of a Coordinator Arreku was so he was a bit intimidated at what his appeal might be, but he kept his pep up and got excited.

~Sanctus Espiritus... A shadow flew down from the night sky and landed on the protruding branch of a tree some distance off. Maddy sat there and folded her wings, her tail swinging around playfully by her legs that dangled off the branch. Her blood red eyes glowed in the moonlight as she watched the two boys. A smile stretched across her lips, showing a bit of the sharp fangs she developed.... Redeem us from our solemn hour~

Arekku got into a serious mood. This was gonna be tough to beat. He readied a pokeball and tossed. Kona landed in the midst of a light pink petal shower, they almost seemed like cherry blossom petals falling from the trees. The Ninetales sat still as a statue, only it's tail swaying ever so slightly in unison. One could hear the Japanese instruments in the background. "Kona, Will-o-wisp." five blue fireballs appeared in a star shape before her. and began spinning counter clockwise, slowly churning the petals' fall in the vicinity. "Now, Ominous Wind." Konas eyes lit up, a vibrant red causing an eerie gust to kick up the petals and send them into various storm-like variations. The five wisps continued rotating but now flipping forward slowly. "Grudge..." Kona's head lowered, her aura glowing a deep purple, the Wisps seemed to respond by moving faster and faster, the petals and air currents shifting and ever changing. "Finish with Extrasensory!" Kona sent a sudden burst of psychic power forward at the spinning ball of wisps, the stopped suddenly and wavered sporadically shooting out sparks and destroying the storms. Leaving a barely swaying Kona standing there, looking as graceful yet menacing as ever.

"Ah!"
The boy watched in amazement as Arreku and his Ninetails gave an amazing appeal.
"G-great job."
Memo said as if he was out of breath. His eyes were wide and a big smile came across his face.
"The way you highlighted your pokemon's elegant appearance along with her ability to show off her power through her eeriness. Perfecto hehe."
He tilted his head and smiled and gave Arreku and his Ninetails they applause they earned. Memo knew he was in for a bumpy ride.

Arekku smiled with a light blush, "Thanks Mems, but now we have to get serious." He stuck another piece of Pocky into his mouth before getting ready for the sure to be fierce battle ahead. He kept his slight smile for intimidation purposes.

"Ahehe.."
Memo gave a quiet, menacing laugh with a small smile on his face.
"As you wish."
The boy took a step back as Soulja went forward. He flipped his hair out of his face and the battle begun.
"Soulja, Agility and Pin Missile!"
The Beedrill quickly began to zip around the area and around Kona shooting many Pin Missiles, like a cowboy trying to make his opponent "dance". Hopefully this would cause Arreku's Ninetails to lose it's elegant posture and throw it off balance giving Memo and Soulja the upper hand.

"Kona, block with Will-o-wisp!" Kona sent out multiple wisps of blue fire that caught Soulja's Pin Missles and burned with loud crackling noises, "Now Extrasensory!" The psychic waves are emitted. If they took hold of the Beedrill they'd be sure to cause him to fling out of control into a bunch of the wisps.

"Hehe."
Memo gave a small grin.
"Gotcha."
Soulja took heavy damage from being caught up in the Extrasensory and was being sent out into the Will-O-Wisp's, but Memo had a plan.
"Quick use Agility to regain control!"
Just as Soulja was gonna collide with the blue fire balls, he managed to stop with the help of his Agility, right in front of the fireballs!
"Now Poison Jab!"
Soulja flexed his stingers and within an instant they were glowing that bright purple again. It swiftly managed to fly to each fireball and knock it back with amazing strength and a poison packed power up to boot! The result of this was a glowing black fireball shower with bright purple centers that showered like meteors from the sky.

Arekku smirked, this was going to be fun to come back from. "Kona! Fire Spin!" Kona shot the attack into the center of the floor the mini-tornado of Flames began to build causing a reverse draft of the original air current. "Now Kona, Ominous Wind!" The air became dense and heavy a sudden gust pulled the showers were pulled into the tornado, turning it purple and then it began quickly advancing at Soulja.

"Ha! Gotcha!"
Memo gave a dramatic point and Soulja nodded it's head.
"Pin Missile Whip!"
Soulja quickly readied an Agility to it's stingers and prepped a Pin Missile instantly. With one stinger raised it shout out the Pin Missile and as Soulja brought his stinger back down in attempts to rip open the vortex, but with the other stinger pointed directly pointed at Kona, if the vortex was indeed sliced open it would be hit.

The action happened so fast, Arekku was barely able to think. The fire vortex split in two, Kona got hit hard by the Pin Missile. She was tossed back, "Save with Fire spin!" Kona was able to pull herself into a back flip and keep herself from hitting face first by creating an inverted Fire tornadothat allowed her to bounce again from the ground, "Now! Will-o-Blast!" Kona Shoot a giant Fire Blast attack, but this is surrounded by spiraling wisps of blue fire. If it hits It would cause a deviating blow to Soulja.

Memo and Soulja both twitched as they saw the massive Fire attack flying towards the Beedrill!
"Come on Memo...think!"
In that instant Memo had a flashback of Arreku's move before this and his face lit up.
"Okay, Soulja! Use a Silver Wind and spin as fast as you can with Agility!"
Soulja quickly did as it was told and raised it's stingers while spinning violently letting out a parade of silvery wind with razor like gales that spun in the vortex. Memo crossed his fingers as the attack closed in. The Fiery attack did major damage to Soulja, but the vortex like shield managed to absorb the bulk of the attack by absorbing it into the Silver Wind. The resulting effect was a sparkling tornado that resonated with the intense heat of the Fire Blast and Will-O-Wisps. A dull, yet stunning, purple with glitter and zephyrs encasing it.
"Hehe, thanks for that Arreku."
Soulja slowly came to a stop and let the tornado stop, glitter falling and heat disappearing with a breeze of purple blowing by Soulja.
"Now Cannon Formation: Toxic Wind!"
Soulja shot it's stingers out, almost robotically, with a Poison Jab already wrapped around them. Once again it fluttered its wings and out came another Silver Wind that collided with the Poison Jab creating a gust of shimmering silver wind that had bright purple razors coming out erratically. It engulfed Kona and seemed to raise the pokemon right off the ground capturing it in a menacing vortex. It was pummeled by the air current and the razor like winds and that was it. Kona was unable to battle.
"Wow...I won..again."
Memo blushed a bit and then gave a shy smile towards Arreku.
"Good job, Arreku. You had me there hehe."
And with that Memo childishly played with his hair and ran off with his Beedrill to the HQ.

Memo walked out of his room singing, not noticing Brian...until the boy was almost burned to a crisp.
"What the-"
He hid behind the couch and nervously waved at Brian.
"Hehe..hello."
