hey I'm about to create a ninja with uchina as a bloodline and was wanting to know if anyone knows of a good place for him to live? I wanna make him an evil criminal ninja that has I become better in this guild he becomes feared and famous for his crimes....like killing and destroying and what not. I need somewhere he can train though and til becomes powerful enough to be solo some group of evil ninjas he can work for.

No groups, or anything along those lines...
Though, you could easily join some random village and not really care about what anyone says. =/
