He was born that way -sings the gaga song-
Moving on...yeah. He was born with out anything. He doesn't have squirt gun, water balloons, no female inner organs or male inner organs for that matter. He's flat because he doesn't have enough female hormones to allow for breasts but he can't, genetically, grow a squirt gun or balloons.
He's just...androgynous. That's why he 'considers himself male' instead of actually being male.
Mana- Is that the second book? Or a different book all together?
