I took a journalism class last year, and it was awesome. She was a new teacher, so she didn't give us alot of work. We'd do class for about 30 minutes and then she'd tell us college stories. For the second half of the year we started a school newscast.
Too bad yours wasn't so good, Akuyoko.

One of the sixth grade teachers I had (it was elementary school so we weren't supposed to switch classes, but.... I'm not entirely sure why I had a different teacher for math) would randomly break off into a made up story during a lesson. And I'm pretty sure that my High school's Journalism teacher is good.

I don't have Journalism. I have Careers and Civics.
And both of them are pretty lax. Most people just talk throughout the class. xd

My English class last year was probably the loudest in the school XD
I'll miss that class... other teachers complaining that they could hear us across the quad.... our teacher getting pissed at us... getting everyone in the class to clap and slam their hands on the desk to We Will Rock You... good times, good times.

Oh, and for the people who are interested, i'm in my 2nd year of University, learning Graphic Designing/Desktop Publishing.
I guess our school system is a lot different than most of yours.
