I'm going to be honest on this one. Pure laziness.
Although, without looking at it to check, I think yours was one I planned on denying.
Yeah, I remember it now. It was one that really didn't fit the sealing category (And I have plans for a seal that does the same thing anyways.), so, yeah.

yes it does fit the sealing category, since the transfer seal would be a tattoo.
(it wouldn't fit any other category either)

Er, 1, I was planning it long before your posted that up, just haven't written it yet.
2, you put it as a jutsu, and made no mention of a seal in the description.
3, Trust me, the version I plan to make is better. o.o

The plan for the jutsu was created a long time ago, and I got around to posting it a short while ago. But I'm not going to argue originality.
Better or not better, I have yet to see a reason to deny my jutsu when you probably wouldn't allow my rpc to learn your jutsu.

But I'm not going to argue originality. Better or not better, I have yet to see a reason to deny my jutsu when you probably wouldn't allow my rpc to learn your jutsu. Those are all valid reasons, if this escalates any further i suggest a third party approve or disapprove of it. Even so, chuckle nuts is being a little cocky and i suggest tone it down please.

I think Hinote meant to submit it as Guild Wide, I dunno if he would use a slot for his eight personal customs for a chakra transferal seal. Also I think he meant you submitted it as a Sealing Jutsu instead of an actual Seal.

What Martin said. Most of my sealing stuff is gonna be guild wide, cause I'm tailoring it for the system, to fit everything together the best possible way.
