Topher89 Should have brought my Milotic in place of Gardevoir or Bayonet. Milotic, protect me from fire! All I had were Psychic, Ghost, and Grass attacks...stupid Dark/Fire combo!!! or a fighter pokemon

They get the entire EVs.
Gloom gives 2 SpA EVs, therefore, the Pokemon holding the Exp. Share will get 2 SpA EVs.
