Well I think he got the point. Pen didn't really have the moment for her dry wit as the rest of the bobcat squadron began to fight back. Though receiving a few cuts from their knives she kept up her kicks and punches. Since they were close range she didn't give much thought to the guns. Her reasoning that if she kept moving they couldn't risk hitting their own men.

Pen stood a little worse for the ware. She had received enough blows to feel weary and lost a good pint of blood. Tending to bandage the wounds it took no matter than a good ten minutes. However her theory they wouldn't shoot had little basis now. Her shoulder now emitting a fiery pain down the rest of arm.

She turned back to the group to see if everyone else was okay. "Is that enough proof professor that we are the good guys?"

Luciano sat down on a nearby crate. He sat there taking deep breaths, Michelle knelt down in front of him and gave him small kisses. Luciano softly smiled and kissed back.
All the while the two lovers were having their moment, one of the soldiers slowly arose from being knocked out. He took aim at Michelle- for taking down his commanding officer, he grunted while he reached for his backup arm.
Michelle kissed Luciano passionately, she ran her fingers through his hair and Luciano kept her snug tightly in his arms.
The soldier loaded the pistol and muttered, "b*****d. ." but the second Luciano heard the gun load, he pulled away from Michelle and he shouted, "GET DOWN!!!!" and in an instant the gun fired. It all seemed to happen so fast, because Michelle was shoved to the floor and Luciano went down as well.
Michelle formed a large metal ball and clocked the soldier in the head with it. "God, these ******** soldiers piss me off." she said to Luciano. . but she saw him still laying on the floor. .
"Mi Amor. . .?" Michelle said, she walked over to see Luciano breathing slowly, and shaking a little. She gasped and then she shouted over to the group, "Guys!!!! We have to get Luciano some help!! He was shot in the chest!!!" straightaway Michelle fell to the ground, she pulled Luciano close and she used her ability to pull out the bullet as safely as she could. Luciano grunted in pain, he tried to get up but Michelle kept him down, "No, no, Amor. . Please don't move. . ." Luciano swallowed hard and then he grunted to her, ". . This. . . this really hurts. . ." Michelle choked back tears, "I know, but you have to hang in there, ok? You're going to be fine. . ." Luciano gave Michelle a weak smile, but this his smile faded and he said, ". . . You've got my blood mixed in with your cute little. . ." he grunted and then he continued ". . War paint. . ." Michelle couldn't hold her tears back anymore and she said to him, "Oh well. . . but you need to stay alive so I can yell at you about it later." Luciano went to laugh, but wound up coughing. Coughing up blood.

"Bro!" Pen forgot the pain she was in and rushed over as well. Though she could manage a few slashes a bullet to the chest was different. Right now she was hoping Kydre or someone could be here.

Agreeing with Aly she also knew they couldn't stay for long. "We need to get both the scientist and Luc out of here. Once were out of enemy territory we can handle with the wounded." Pen bent down and put her back to Luc. She gesture to for him to be on her back. "Lets get going."

Luciano coughed up more blood and Michelle told him to hang on. Michelle kissed his forehead then helped him onto Pen's back. "Hold on, Amor. . ." Luciano's eyes were becoming heavier and heavier, he slowly nodded and then he felt himself being hurled on to Pen's back.
