Virgil Hawkins Which store will you be working at? Er... if you don't mind my asking. Dalhousie Station, Calgary. Y'know, Canada.

Donna Troy You know.. As good as Starbucks is though, I prefer Caribu Coffee. We don't have those 'round these parts. The perks of working for Starbucks (if you'll forgive the pun) are absolutely bloody insane.

We have a Caribou and a Starbuck's almost right next to eachother. It's funny watching their patrons encounter eachother sometime.
Yuppie: *carries a huge frozen drink* Punk Rawker: *carries a small hot drink* They meet. Their opposite natures attract eachother. Then the mockery begins.
What's even better is when the Caribou-hipsters and the Starbuck's-scenesters meet.

'Round here, Carbiou is largely punk rawkers or late night studyers. Starbuck's is usually older fo'k or scenesters. And Panera usually gets early morning studyers, indie-band kids, and the elderly.

Second Cup was yuppies on cell phones in massive SUVs for the most part, but that's because of where in the city it was. I'll get a much nicer cross-section at Starbucks partially because it's in a bookstore. A bookstore I used to work at. xd
