Rei pulled out his TADS and sent out a brief message to a friend, not paying much attention to where he was stepping. Thankfully, his Eevee was keeping good tabs on the road, and intercepted a Starly's attack. As his Pokémon fought the bird, Rei was typing away. As his Eevee finished the fight with a double edge, he looked up to see the finished battle.
"Oh. Well. Good job."

Caleb sat at the kitchen table in the Juniper's lab, sipping tea as the Professor Junipers discussed what they were currently researching. Caleb listened intently, taking a sip from his cup every now and then, occasionally adding a few of his own words into the discussion.
Marshtomp sat beside him, kicking his feet.
Caleb checked his TADs, having received a new message.
"Looks like you'll be having more company soon..." Caleb pointed out.

As everyone finished their battle Michael walked back. Smiling he waved his hand forward and began their journey towards Nuvema. The rest of their journey was uneventful and after a while they arrived. Michael walked up to the building and knocked on the door to the lab.

The door slid open as a welcome to Michael and company, with Juniper and Caleb enjoying a spot of tea. Rei waved hello to the two, and took a seat beside them.
"Hello, Caleb. I didn't know you were so well acquainted with the Professor." He helped himself to some tea and took out a cube of sugar for his Zubat.

Both Caleb and Marshtomp waved. "Well I just met her at that party last night...but apparently the Junipers are well acquainted with Grandpa." Marshtomp took note of the Countess eating a sugar cube. He took a handful and offered some to her.

The Countess gave Marshtomp a toothy grin as thanks for the sugar cubes, munching on them with great gusto. Rei nodded his head In understanding to Caleb.
"Well, I'm glad you got something out of that party," he said, taking another sip of tea. "Who is your grandfather?"

Spotting Professor Juniper, Rose let out a gasp of surprise, she hadn't expected to see Professor Juniper again, the woman had given Rose a Pokedex before she had left the Oblivia Region. Rose recalled that the woman had been a Pokemon Researcher from the Unova region who had visited the Oblivia region for some sort of sciency reason, Rose hadn't interrogated the woman on her purpose there, believing it was none of her business, and she might not have been able to understand anyway. Rose pulled out her black, Unova region Pokedex, and looked at it, then back at Professor Juniper.

Maddy leaned against the wall as she sipped at her tea. She wasn't one to sit and drink. She also just remained silent. She wanted to listen to the conversation.

Michael smiled at Caleb when he saw him and Marshtomp. "Hello Professor Juniper. It has cetainly been a while hasn't it? How have you been?"

Both Junipers looked in Michael's direction.
Professor Aurea Juniper squinted for a moment as she looked him up and down.
"Young Birch! Why it has indeed been a long time. You sure have sprouted up since the last time I saw you! I've just been busy with the usual. The origins of pokemon...so fascinating."
Caleb rubbed the back of his head, "an archaeologist...apparently more well known than I thought. He's retired now, but still travels around...doing seminars..and visiting other fossil labs and schools...stuff like that."

Cedric Juniper chuckled heartily.
"Stuff like that, he says. His grandfather was a fantastic explorer! So full of life, especially in his older years. He and I did a lot of research together." He nodded to Michael.
"I saw you when you were a babe. You screamed like a Tepig when you wanted attention." The man laughed once more. "I told your father, 'nothing's wrong with him, only healthy boys have a voice that strong.' I still have your baby photo," he said, pulling out his wallet.

Michael quickly shook his head when the Cedric pulled out his wallet. "Thats perfectly fine Mr Juniper. So how have you been? And of course a fascinatin' subject Mrs Juniper. Any new info that you can share?"

RP: Dreaming of a Black/White Christmas
It seems that White Forest Park within Black City is having a little day after Christmas festival. Looks like it will be a fun little time with events and prizes. I heard that there a plenty of trainers there that be taking part of some fun challenges. Let's see what we find!
