Thats because Oscar is from Radiant Dawn, and Valter doesn't have very good stat growths compared to him.
My Valter stats:
HP- 49
STR- 23
Skill- 20
SPD- 20
Luck- 4
DEF- 15
RES- 12

FANFICTION IS DONE!!!! Although since my order was back-ordered cause of christmas comin up and stuff and all these stupid crap, I gotta probably wait a few more weeks or so to finish the fanart -.-. Talk about gay, I would buy it form the store but compared to the online prices..hmm...lets see....store bought...$92 bucks........Online Buy....$72 no shipping....I'd go with online. >_>;;;

Well, they weren't molested, but I gave them incentive to be active so I can molest them later.
I do too. I wouldn't want to be molested by Valter.

To be quite honest, I have an idea I want to make. However, I don't have the time to do so and I need to practice my drawing on FE characters. I'm thinking of making a songfic-fancomic. sweatdrop .... To make it more clearly, it will be like a comic, but it will have a song in it.
