Susie went into the cafeteria and bowed to Seth. "Well here you are. This is where i leave you. I forgot that i had to do something..Heh.. I apologize. I hope to talk to you again." She smiled and nodded to him, turning the other way. Though, before she left she waved to Seth and then gave a smile, nod, and another wave to Rai as she walked out.

He gave her a smile and a wave as he watched her leave, then turned his attention toward the food. "Sooo hungry" he then turned his attention to the employer serving the food "yeah, I'll have a burger, some fries, a milkshake, 3 slices of pizza, another burger and uh.. some more fries" he then slid his ID card through the machine and awaited his food. When it finaly arrived he picked up the tray and sat down at a table. "Lunch time" he said to himself, just before digging in.

For once Miki had ended up exactly where he wanted to be. The Cafeteria. Looking around at the place he felt quite pleased with himself for remembering the directions without anyone's help; this place was getting to be more and more familiar to him. Having got used to the student population somewhat since he first arrived, Miki took his time now to examine the booths that lined the walls, windows that extend up the ceiling- the glass tinted so someone from the outside wouldn't be able to see inside- and the door that lead to the outside.
The leather straps that held Miki's violin case to his back seemed to have been pulled too tight. He paused in his search to shift them into a more comfortable position on his shoulder. His eyes wandered absently while he did this, and he noticed how people were using their I.D. cards to order food. Sticking his right hand into his pant's pocket, Miki took out the freshly made I.D. card he'd found waiting for him in his room when he woke up. He figured one of the maid-bots had put it there.
Approaching one of the machines cautiously, as if it were going to attack him, Miki wondered if they had any options other than voice activation . . .

Fondling his new I.D. card with his fingertips, Miki scrunched up his face determinedly and stepped up to the food dispenser. Extending his arm, he slid the I.D. card into the slot. After a few seconds a computerized voice chimed in, recognizing he was a student, and therefore entitled to free food.
"Please order your meal." It barked out in a politely commanding tone.
Blinking in confusion, Miki tilted his head and opened his mouth to say he'd like a hot dog or a pizza; but, there was no way for him to tell the computerized voice what he wanted. Narrowing his eyes in frustration, he glanced around the machine to look for buttons to choose the food manually. It seemed so high tech with its voice activation that the teachers probably thought they didn't need to spend extra money on making buttons.
"Please order your meal." The voice called out in exactly the same volume and tone as before. Perhaps the manufacturers didn't bother with giving the machine emotions, because it wasn't annoyed at Miki for taking a longer time than normal to give his order.
Gloomily, Miki reached out with his hand once more to retrieve his I.D. card. He had automatically assumed it would shoot out, like it had motion sensors or something. Yet there was another fatal flaw within this program: only once the order had been processed would the card come back out. Miki's catlike eyes narrowed in annoyance and frustration. He'd just gotten that I.D. card and now he couldn't use it anymore.
With a growl of anguish, Miki lunged out with his foot to kick the machine for being so stupid. Then he was reminded, with a sharp pain in his foot and the saucy voice repeating "Please order your meal," that this machine could only take verbal orders. Now his foot hurt, and he hopped around with a few yelps of pain.
Finally, lowering his eyes with a defeated look, Miki leaned his side against the wall beside the food dispenser and slowly slid down to sit against the floor . . .

Stepping up to Miki and looking down at him, Keila frowned a small bit and tapped him on the head. "What's wrong, dude?" she looked up and tried to stick her card into the machine and found to no avail, that the card refused to go in. "But I want pizza, damn you!!" she yelled at it, kicking the machine lightly enough to only make the tips of her toes tingle.

Miki wasn't aware of much except for the tugging of the black leather case on his back. He didn't hear anyone's footsteps approaching, so it wasn't until he felt Keila poking him that he jumped, startled, and turned in his seat on the floor to face her. He was going to tell her via mind-link what was wrong but she found out herself soon enough. It was something of a lucky stroke too, because the second she had said the word pizza there was a whirring from inside the machine and out popped the order.
"Thank you, enjoy your meal." Said the computerized voice. Miki's I.D. card shot out of the slot, and with a cry he scrambled to his feet. Removing both the card and the pizza- the latter from another larger slot- he turned to Keila with a sheepish smile. I couldn't use the machine. He explained to her while rubbing his hair nervously with his free hand; the I.D. card was now resting safely in his pant's pocket against the keycard to his dorm room.

"Ohhhhh..." she smiled softly, getting what had happened. "I get it now. You went to the machines that need voice activation. There's a small buffet-like table down at the end of the room. Yeah.. I didn't use this one because I didn't want to lose my card.." Keila fingered the thing. She didn't look all that great on it. Just a dull looking face.. almost like a mugshot or something of the rather. "But anywho.. I was just around." Smirking a small bit, she hugged Miki. "So where've ya been?"
((I'll try to wait to next post but I gotta go.. >>;; ))

(OOC: Nuuuuuuuuuu, if you goes who will hang out with poor lil' Miki v_v)
Miki's eyes widened as he was hugged by Keila and he almost dropped his pizza in shock, but recovered just in time to save the meal which had caused him undue stress. For some reason his shyness must have resurfaced and made him jumpy. It took a few moments while he blinked and recovered his thoughts before Miki shrugged and replied in Keila's mind. Oh, I'm great, I think I know my way around most of the places here now . . . but I'm not too sure if that'll help once classes start. He mused.

He ran in the room as scared as could be. he ran at break neck spped till he ran right into Miki, though he didn't know who he was and didn't care. he kept yelling incoherantly about some man having found him and how sorry he was for grabbing a nickle. as he sat there on the ground he started trying to back away from him till he realized he wasn't the man he was running from. "Who you?"

((uhhhmmm.... >.< But I really gotta go pack... ))
"You know you really had me worried alot there.. it's like, whoa. All the sudden you were gone.. and then you started thinking some really wierd stuff... I can't remember all of it.. but then there was this blue rose I think.. but anyway, I went insider Seyla's mind, and then I left my own body and then there was fire and this wierd thing, and I didn't open my eyes cause I was trying to get back to my own body, and then it was like.. whoa. Yeah, like that." Keila smiled at her sudden random outburst of events and sighed slightly, leaning her head to her side with a yawn. She was getting really tired.
((Make ya a deal. After I get back from the shower I'll post again, but then I have to go. So I'll see ya then.))

Feeling the slightest bit of happiness, now that he had a friend with him, Miki wasn't paying attention to the hurrying footsteps rushing into the cafeteria. What did it have to do with him? Probably someone forgot something. Sure . . . then, without warning, something collided with Miki much more forcefully than he had kicked the food dispenser before he could explain anything to Keila. Soft golden eyes bulging in surprise and pain, Miki found his frail body flung harshly against the wall; the straps on his shoulders dug into him, pulling a gasp out of his lips, as the violin case on his back crashed into the wall.
With a groan, Miki hit the floor. Dazed, he missed the boy's question about who he was. Instead he was watching, as if it were in slow motion, his pizza flying through the air and about to become wasted on the cafeteria floor. Nuuu!! He cried out in his head, reaching desperately toward the flying pizza with his hands. Unfortunately they were restrained by the unusual angle of the suspender-like straps he wore over his back.
(OOC: *Nods* Okiday . . . I shall miss you)

Zach thought it was odd the boy was annoying him and just after noticing they had two things in common since he was carrying his banjo on his back he noticed the pizza. why? because its shadow was right above him as it came down on his head. his eyes asumed what could have been described as a mizerable gave had anyone been able to see it. feeling defeated before the fight had even begun he picked just faced his head toward miki and asked even louder. "Who you? And is this yours?" he pointed to the pizza on his head.

Miki looked utterly miserable now, turning away from the boy's gaze and refusing to meet his eyes. It was very silly, he knew, to blame the other guy for such a simple thing as food, but for Miki it seemed to be very important. Especially since it was supposed to be his breakfast. After a few moments he nodded in reply to the boy. Though he was angry, he still had enough sense to use manners. As to the question of who he was, Miki found that much harder to answer. Instead he climbed up to a sitting position and adjusted the straps on his back to a much more comfortable resting spot. He sighed.

He pulled one of the pieces out of the rest of the pizza and started eating it. between mouth fulls he talked to the boy. "not much for words are we?" he ate some and looked around for a place to put the pizza. "You know, its generaly a good idea to answer a guy when he talks to you." he took another piece and kept eating. "especialy when the guy asking is me, but this time you're off the hook. I haven't eaten in three days cause I couldn't understand this rediculus machine." he finnaly found a place to put the pizza down and after doing so got up on a table mimiking how the boy sat, till he got bored and pulled his banjo around to the front and started plucking it slowly. "so mystery boy gonna talk or what?"
