Aubry even saw the creature leave, but her senses said that another danger was aloft. she became very wary. she didn't want to show that she was scared, even if they were her friends, who she could trust.

hm... I presume you're Aubry and Irene? In case you're wondering how I know, I'm a telepath. A mind-reader/communicator. But yes I'd be more than happy to join your group. I was about to go that way anyway.

Aubry snapped her head over to "Irene", but she didn't say a word. she stared coldly at Victoria.
"you know, you should ask before you go inside someone's head." she said coldly. her eyes flashed angerly. she didn't like this person at all... she wanted to leave her on her own, instead of coming with them.

Alluri looked around warily. then relaxed when she sensed the danger had passed for the moment.

"Sorry about that," Victoria turned her back to Irene and Aubry then turned red in shame. "Unfortunately my telepathy only works when I make direct eye-contact with anyone, in fact when I talk to a stranger who is good, I usually avoid eye-contact at all costs. When I teleported myself here and startled you Aubry, we made eye-contact for a split-second and I read your name. When I turned around, I accidentally made eye-contact with you too Phantom. I'm really sorry, if you don't want me to join you, I truly understand, I won't take it personally." Victoria runs from the group, tears streaming down her face, and disappears.

Victoria is at a nearby lake, tail in water. The tears were still streaming down her face. Why, she thought to herself, why did Vornifer have to curse me with loneliness? I've been wandering around for the last 3 years of my life,it would be nice to actually make some friends. Why did she have to kill my parents, why? She cries herself to sleep.

Aubry couldn't stand the girl crying. she turned into her adorable kitten form and ran where the girl had fled. she found her crying on the start of lake. she walks up, and rubs against her. she felt a rush of loneliness in the girl. she meowed softly.

Katia stopped the cats. they couldn't leave with out one from their group.

Victoria wakes up to see a cat rubbing against her, but senses that this cat is the same girl that she startled a few moments ago, so she avoided eye-contact with her. "I'm really sorry about intruding your mind," she whispered in the cat's ear, "hey, you're really cute in you're cat form, you know that? You should go with you're friends though, I can tell they won't leave without you. What's this?" She sensed evil, a dark and firerey one too. She could tell Aubry could sense it too. "Get back to your friends quickly, danger is close to where they are right now. Now go!" With that she leapt out of the water, but to Aubry's shock, Victoria's bluish-purplish tail was replaced with 2 normal looking legs.

Alluri could tell the cats were on edge. they were kneeding the groung with their paws as if they wanted to leave. she looked around for what they wanted to get away from.

Aubry ran back to her friends. but she tripped over a root and fell over. she looked up, only to see a pair of feet right in front of her... oh no... she thought....
