"Thanks!" Schnerkel called out in what she hoped was loud enough for Ann to hear even after she went back under the candy. With all of that now learned she turned to Siobhan and grinned, "That's fantastic! Did you lose your mind halfway through the month at all?" Schnerkel wasn't entirely serious by that last comment, but did find it incredibly impressive that Von had been able to make it through - Schnerkel didn't think she would have the stamina for that.
"And yea Hayden, your dress is fantastic! I really love how it looks too."

Siobhan laughed at Schnerkel's comment. "No, not insane, just tired. I'm pretty proud of the script, though. I think it's okay, for a first draft. I'll edit it later, once I've had some time to distance myself from it."
Kitty asked a question about what James had done. Siobhan knew her extensive research would probably bore other people, so she decided to give an edited account of James' accomplishments. "Well, he ordered the translation of the Bible that most people read today, including specifying several changes to be made (He was known as "the scholar king" and "the wisest fool in Christendom"); he was the King during the Gunpowder Plot, and in fact it was he who discovered the meaning of the coded letter sent beforehand, stopping Guy Fawkes and his gang and saving hundreds of lives; he let the Pilgrims on the Mayflower go to America; and he joined England and Scotland into Great Britain. Among other things," Siobhan finished, blushing and hoping she hadn't talked too much.
"Thanks, Hayden. I'll probably change it several times leading up to Prom. I'm like that!" Siobhan took a muffin and a butterbeer and toasted Hayden. "And thanks for such a generous donation! That's so kind of you!"

Ann joined in the cheering with butterbeer and took muffins from Selene's offered plate. She listened to Kitty and suppressed the urge to spit out her muffin in amusement, "We shall call it, "Voldy's Bad Day"

"Voldy's bad day!" Schnerkel exclaimed in high amusement as she heard Ann and Kitty talk about the anniversary. "I suppose yesterday could be considered a Gryffindor holiday - after all, it was a Gryffindor that killed him in the end." mrgreen
After that, Schnerkel shifted her attention back to Siobhan, "King James does sound really interesting - did the script run through his whole life from childhood to adulthood? Or was it about a smaller part of it?"

"Well, my script covers from when he was 19 (when his mother, Mary Queen of Scots was executed) to his death at 59, but I mostly focus on his early to mid-40's, when his son died," Siobhan answered. "I'd really like James MacAvoy to play James through the whole film, aging with makeup."
"Hmm, so... I guess we were kids or babies when Voldy's first bad day happened," Siobhan smiled, eating a celebratory anti-Voldemort muffin.

"Voldy's Bad Day?" Kitty fell off the sofa giggling madly. After a few moments she managed to stop and resume her place. Kitty smoothed her kimono, put her kiki back on its favorite perch and turned back to Siohbhan, "I hope your script does get picked, it sounds interesting to me. xd 3nodding "
