This one only works outside during marching season:
After every section has finished tuning and the band's about to play, shout in a genuinely concerned/worried tone, "WAIT!!! We forgot to tune the colorgaurd!!!"
Man, you should've seen how worried my BD's face got, it took him a couple seconds before he remembered that the CG doesn't play instruments lol

. . My band directors hate it when we don't reply and they're talking to us. They'll ask us rhetorical questions, and we have no idea how to reply, so they get annoyed and talk to the walls. >.> <.<
I just had an idea. =o Tell your entire block to make your upper body orientation somewhere totally wrong. Like, a uniform direction, and then say you thought that was the press box. xD s n o w

Call your BD by thier first name.
If you have more than one (like i do) call them by the other's name.
Call them by thier wifes first name
Talk about them when you know they are standing right behind you. and then just walk away or start playing. xD
Play on a rest
"Forget" your socks and then miraculously find them in your shoes/locker.

dont stand/sit straight. squeek constantly but mostly during concerts. bring drinks into class, randomly wander, pack up 20 minutes before class/rehersal is over.

fling rubber bands right by his head and duck behind ur stand
hide in tuba cubby holes
stick pencils in ceiling
do this high pitched scream to start everybody marching (sposed to sound like a whistle)
... thats bout it...
oh yea, play really loud on a harmony/rythem part. twisted

All ya have to do to get my bd mad is talk, chew gum, play when he's working with another section. Then he'll get mad...but he won't show it he'll just tell u to stop.

That happened to me last year, my friend pushed me, and I fell down the steps of our hotel and smashed into his door, which was open, so I flew into his room.
~ Bring up his un-natural hairyness. He accidently flashed us his chest 2 years ago. xd
