Feeling freshed after resting for a little bit, Shin got up to start practicing for his upcoming match. Seeing as the others were doing pushups, he followed their example. Getting down into the ready position he slowly lowered his arms until his chest almost touched the floor and then returned to his started position just as slowly.

"There's number 4!" He yelled, getting more and more pumped with each succesful up. "That last one was perfect in my own opinion." He then said five, predicting that the next push up would also be succesful.

As he raised back into the ready position, Shin said "One" right before he began to lower himself once more. It was easy at the beginning but Shin knew that it could only get harder. Thus the best way to face physical pain was to not thing about and keep on pushing forward.

He then pushed his body back up from the ground after finishing the fifth push up. "Maybe you can take a few listens from me." He said to Jericho in a joking tone of course. He then attempted another one-handed push up, saying six, like the last time predicting success.

Sanabi felt the stike, he felt the utter force placed behind it, and he felt all feeling go away in the rest of his body. The punch connected, and knocked him out! He flew a few feet back, then slid a bit on the hard floor, till he remained under a desk unconsious.
Sanabi didn't move at all, he only laid perfectly still, in his place of defeat. Dangit... [[Hp=-1/9 Cha=0/2]] ((Ok, I know he's supposed to be dieing if he's at negative numbers, but how about we just make him out cold for a bit instead, because I doubt a punch would cause someone to start dieing.))

He lowered his body to floor such that his nose was almost touching the ground and raised himself up once more grunting, "Two" He stopped for a second and then allow him self to fall slowly back to the floor. His body hover minimeters above the floor before he started to push himself off again, this time it was taking more effort.

Uzuki pushed his body back up from the ground once again. With each pushup he tried to make sure to push his self harder. He then said seven, once again predicting another success.

Uzuki messed up and landed flat on his face in the middle of the push up. He pulled himself back up and attempted another pushup. "I have to get this one right!"

Uzuki messed up his next pushup also, this time falling on his chest. "What happened I was doing so well at first." He slowly picked himself up again attempted yet another pushup. "C'mon Uzuki!"

Jericho sat up strait and closed his eyes. He tried to block out Uzukis comments but they eventually. Jericho slowly opened his eyes and looked over at Uzuki and said though closed teeth. “Don’t you have hand seals to learn?” Jericho then let out a sigh and continued with his meditation.

Jericho closed his eyes and blocked out everything that was going on around him, he need to focus on his breathing and get his strength back up so he will be prepaired for his upcoming fight, but he also couldn’t quit half way thought his push ups or else he will look like a fool. Jericho let out one last deep breath before prepairing to begin his push ups again.

Uzuki slowly got back up after failing his pushup again. "I'll start after I finish these push ups. I'm already more than halfway done." He then layed back down and layed on his back.

Uzuki closed his eyes for about one minute then re-opened them. I got to get back in the game, I was doing so well at first, now look at me.

Uzuki lied there silently, watching jericho continue his training. "I guess I'll try my hand at these damn push ups again." He turned back over and got into a pushup posititon.
