wash_away -how close to the original size does a model have to be to still represent the model it stands for? I got a bunch of free bits from the gaming store I go to because I told them I wanted to start a slanesh army. I made a "dreadnought" out of sentinal, defiler, and a ton of other odd's and end's. but after I was done it's around 1.5 the size of a dreadnought. I really really want to use this peice!! It just look's so cool for a slanesh army.
- It has a twin laz. and a close combat weapon claw thing. I know that chaos dred's have a storm bolter or a twin linked bolter mounted on the hull I was wondering what kind of modifications can you make for a slanesh dred. I"m not interested in the points of the stuff I just wana know what I can do to this thing.
As long as it's on a 60mil base, so that it can't "cheat" and have less enemies in comat at once, it's fine.
I think Chaos can have twin las. If not, I'm sure you could proxy it.

Alrigth because I actually just popped one of my p.o.s. dred's of his base and stuck it on with some green stuff and super glue. now I just need to paint the thing xd
(it's gona look awsome I'll post it before I start painting it.)
Also, what weapons does the chaos dred have because I looked on ebay and I didn't see a stormbolter or anyhting like it so I was wondering if they even have one.

I was running around coolminiornot.com and I saw that there are other minis that could easily be converted into a 40k look. I was wondering if anyone knew of any other sites to pick up mini's that I could use. Right now I"m looking for anything female that I can convert into a demonette squad or two. plus some partly/mostly nude unit's to stick on the basses of my biger models.

I'm not 18, but I really don't care. I've seen boobs in documentaries, the news, porn, art galleries, and in person. Slaneeshi Daemonettes have nipples as well.

First off, I've got to agree with Mykal about the whole boobs thing.
Secondly, I was under the impression that they was a pre-existing daemonette model. Did you try looking at the Classic/Collectors models at the Games Workshop store?

I really need to get a picture of my carnifex...
o.o; They're all so converted...
Hell.. 70% of my stuff is converted....
xd I needed Zoanthrop... so I scratch built them xd
My demon prince (Khorne) is a peice of work for sure.... He's the only demon prince I've ever seen who actually has the wings folded in... instead of all spread out D:

blood dragon's winged nightmare. They work perfect for daemon princes. They're half-mounted on the skull backpack part of the demon prince, cut off at the THIRD spike.

i took an empire canon crew member ga it a las gun from the cadian spreu, and he has one hand on his head wich usely was taken for holding his ear, i made bandages round is head with lots of blood and is ideal for a space marine saving mission, it's actually a civillian of a ruined imperial city
