Kanshin blinked. It would be great to be able to walk with Kikyo once in a while rather than have those huge, scary vectors lift her up and drag her against her will. She then heard the apology and figured it had to have been about the part about how she would go blind one day. She smiled and shrugged. "I don't see why you should be so sorry; it's not like me losing my vission is your fault in any way. Besides, it's enevitable to happen eventually in my clan, so we consider that kind of like a right of privilage. After we lose our sight we're no longer effected by genjutsu or that kekkegenki that uses eyes to work; plus we can still see by using heat patterns to detect where people and places are."
Kikyo hopped on the counter and sighed, taking her mask off and grabbing a cup from the cabinet and filling it with hot tap water, planning to make her overly sweet tea to drink. "It's fine Kekkaishi. I thin this year I handled it a bit better than usual.... I did cry at one point and didn't make myself feel bad for doing so later, so I guess I'm learning to expresion emotions... finally... I don't hate you or anything for not being able to contact me... Oh! That reminds me! The carpet in your room might be wet and or slightly moldy since I sorta kinda cut a hole in the glass of your window so I could sneak into your room and borrow a scroll that I needed for my training. I used ice to seal the hole up, but I'm sure it might have melted. And then it rained.... a lot.... But, hey, consider that pay back and now we're even!"

Kikyo smirked and picked up some food while shoving her mug at Kekkaishi. "Alright then, wifey, you won't mind getting your hun a drink then. I've had a hard day today and I could really use something good. Chop chop." She laughed a little and patted him on the shoulder while kissing him quickly on the cheek before popping the food into her mouth and then plopping down in a chair, kicking her feet up on the back of another chair.
Kanshin giggled a little at the way Kikyo and Kekkaishi acted around each other. It was nice to see the woman that struck terror into her very being the first time they met acting casual and friendly towards some one gather than talking about what type of things were the most fun to set on fire and different methods or murder she thought were funny to watch when she had been hanging around their new friend Richard. She went over and politely took some food and ate it in a lady-like mannor, making sure to eat slowly and take her time, unlike Kikyo who was just stuffing her face. "Mmm~! This is really good Kekkaishi-kun~! The only thing I've had to east since I've been hanging with Kikyo was food with massive amounts of sugar. She puts sugar in EVERYTHING she cooks! I swear I had a cavity within the first week of being around her!"

Kanshin laughed, thinking that the whole dentist story was supposed to be a joke. "Wow~! I didn't know you were that bad when it came to doctor visits Kikyo~!" She kept laughing before she noticed the look on Kikyo's face.
Kikyo rolled her golden eyes at Kekkaishi. His little rant reminded her so much of the rants that her father would throw at her when she did stuff like curse, spit at people, hit people for "no good reason," or wasn't eating properly. The only difference was the way he would have ended his rant. "You're breaking your poor father's heart by not being so lady-like!" She had to bit her lip and look off to the side, trying not to laugh at how over the top her father would make his rants at time. She then cleared her throat and put her feet on the ground and sat up. She picked a little at the food before she popped a small piece into her mouth and chewing slowly. "There. Better? Now you and my father can get off my case about eating in such an unlady-like fashion since your foods so good and we haven't eaten in almost a week and a half. Oh, and he's not kidding. That really did happen. The doctor right before him lost about a quater centemeter of his finger since I had clamped down so hard when his finger went into my mouth and it freaked every one to no end, so they sent the guy who just finished his lunch break in to do my check up. He smelled so yummy that it was very tempting to bite him too. Kekkaishi had to keep his hand near my mouth so that way I wouldn't do the same to the new guy that I did with the other."
"..... Y-you mean... That's a true story?!?"
Kikyo laughed. "Yep. It was funny- oh! Right. I have been told not to describe that as funny. Sorry."

"That was just pure evil what you did! That thing hurt like crazy any time I opened my mouth too wide! I swear, it's worse than the muzzle they had put on me that one time and you started whistling at me like I was a dog. You deserved the punch I gave you for the dog thing too. But back to the dentist. After we left, the guy fainted and the receptionist had to go in to make sure he didn't have a stroke from having to put up with me."
Kanshin rubbed the back of her neck while laughing nervously. So they really did call her the Demon of Heaven in this village after all. She could see how she'd live up to that reputation. "So after that the man was able to operate on a shark with no problem? Huh. Maybe after being with Kikyo-chan all this time I'll be as brave as that dentist and not get scared around others."
Kikyo laughed. "Well, after I punched Kekkaishi I remember my old man yelling at him while he tried to make the swelling go down about he deserved getting punched from me. I think that was the one time he ever yelled at Kaishi like that in front of me. Remember the lecture he gav you Kaishi? I thought his head was going to explode from how red his face was!"

Kikyo blushed a little and smiled, looking away and remembering that fully and laughing slightly. "I have never seen a guy get so quiet in such a short amount of time, especailly my father since he was well known for his rants that could last hours at a time. But, hey, I don't blame him. You sure do know how to make up for something you know you've done wrong and how to get me to forgive you so quickly." She looked over to Kaishi, still smiling and blushing slightly.
Kanshin tried her best not to squeal. She just thought this was the cutest thing to watch with them being together, and she could tell Kikyo was a totally different person around Kekkaishi. "Aww~! What else have you guys done that got you in trouble? Tell me more~! You guys sound so interesting~! Kikyo never talks about her past when it's just the tow of us~!"

Kikyo blushed when he kissed her that way and smiled to him. "Yeah, that was how you did it. Actually, that's exactly how you did it."
Kanshin looked to Kekkaishi, waiting for the "Haha, just kidding" to be said, but her eyes grew wide and she blushed deeply when hshe realized there was no "just kidding" to this story either. "W-WHAT!?!? Y- You didn't really- He didn't! Did he?" She looked to Kikyo desprately just to see Kikyo's face in her hand and what was visable was bright scarlet.
"Gah. That was just terrible! First off, all the women doctors were busy, so I had to be examined by two male doctors since they wanted a witness there if I did something bad, like shove something down their throat like I did with that first dentist. Not the one who's finger I bit off, but the one before that incident. All I did was threaten to kill them and their families if they tried anything funny, and of course they think 'Bring Kekkaishi in. He'll make her be good.' So, what do they do? They bring him in! Freaking moron's giving me a breast exam and Kekkaishi walks in, makes a smart a** comment about me, and so I punched Kekkaishi in the mouth, threw the doctor who had been doing the exam into the other doctor, and then started wailing on both the morons who thought it'd be a good idea to bring a young, teenage boy into an exam like that. Of course the police came and had to wait while I put a shirt on, and then my dad had to drag Kekkaishi to the hospital to make sure I didn't put him in a comma."

Kikyo sighed and shook her head,laughing slightly. "Yeah, well, it was bad enough that was my frst trip to that place, so the fact that you had said that only made it even more embarrasing. Besides, it only reminded me of the first time we met and how embarrassing that had been as well, so I reacted the same way that I had then and KOed you." She laughed a little and smiled, sitting up and popping another bit of food into her mouth. "And, yeah, I wasn't complaining about the kiss. In fact, I know the only one who wanted to complain was my dad, but he wasn't about to let me hear him complain about a great guy like you showing any form of interest and effection for me."
Kanshin blinked in utter surprise. She'd lived relitively sheltered and had never heard such stories before. Her new friends certainly were interesting, she'd give them that. "Umm, I know I might regret this, but what did you mean by 'to help her'? Did something bad happen?"
