Zaan chuckles and runs a hand through his hair. "Painful? Not...exactly. More like...disorienting. But Kakashi...there are no words to describe the feeling after an embrace." Zaan stops a moment to collect his thoughts. Going back to the feeling of Raina's fangs in his neck, he stays a moment before returning to the present. "No...no words." He thinks a moment more. "And before you ask...no, I can't just 'explain it as best I can.'

Kenji sits there, staring at his feet. It's obvious that something heavy is on his mind. He continues the silence and then jumps off of the buckboard and walks away from the wagon.

Kenji walks through the forest, leaving the wagon behind him. A jet of blue flame shoots up, impeding any who would wish to pass and scaring the horses into moving much quicker in the predescribed direction.

Zaan watches Kenji leave. 'Something in particular you need to do? The flames are...a little excessive.' Zaan sends that thought to Kenji, and waits for a response of some kind.

Zaan nods, forgetting that Kenji can't see him. 'Keep in touch. Telepathy has no range limit. If you need anything... Zaan leaves it hanging.

Zaan returns to the wagon, sinking into a meditative trance. Reaching out with his mind, he gently touches Sam's mind, to get an impression of her brother. After a moment, he withdraws. Satisfied, he sends his awareness out over the astral plane, searching for her brother. He sighs silently. 'I'm gonna be here a while.'

Sam sat up and looked around. Quite confused at the moment.
She stood up fully and walked over to her companions. Sorry, guys, I was really tired. What are we doing now?
