"That's alright Larvitar, try again." Larvitar nodden, then jumped up againce once Crenu tossed up the sticks. He tried to bite through more then once t a time, but only managed to get three sticks this way. "Don't he hasty, go for one at a time, just jump around faster." Crenu grinned, then threw up the sticks once more high up into the air. Larvitar jumped up with little force, barley catching one stick that was falling faster than the others. Biting through it, he landed and jumped up again for another. He only managed to get two sticks this time, and lowered his head, discoraged.

"Come on buddy, you can do better than that. Try using your suroundings..." Larvitar tilted his head in confusion, then looked around. As if discovering something new, his eyes widened and he started to jump around. "Got it buddy? Alright, lets try again." Crenu tossed the sticks up again, and Larvitar jumped up with all his force. He caught two sticks at once and bit through them, but tinstead of coming back down he turned himself around he neared a tree. Pushing off of the tree trunk, Larvitar shot twords the mess of falling sticks twords the ground, catching another stick and bouncing off of the ground back up twords another trunk. The sticks hit the ground and he had caught six this time, he began jumping around joyfully. "Great job Larvitar, you're king out here." Crenu chuckled and Larvitar ran up to his leg, hugging him.

Shiro Crenu ((May I have an encounter with a wild Magby?)) ((Keep these kind of posts to the OOC thread. And since it's a rare, baby Pokemon, I'd say no, but you could battle one that belonged to a trainer. ^^))

Nina spoke with Aphrodite for a few minutes more before recalling her into her Pokeball. Nina looked up to the moon and felt the rain on her face. "What now?" she asked quietly. "I obtained the Lapras that I wanted..." She blinked. "Mom and Dad... they still don't know about Sabrina... I have to tell them." Nina reached for Krystal's Pokeball and was about to release her, but stopped herself. "But, what Sabrina said... If I find Ho-Oh, then he could help me to bring her back to life... And if that happened after I tell Mom and Dad, they'd get all worried for nothing..."
Nina slumped to the ground, fighting back tears. "I just... wish I knew what to do..." she whispered, looking at Krystal's Pokeball. It felt like forever that Nina sat on the ground, but eventually she stood. "Sabrina is dead. Mom and Dad have a right to know this..." She released Krystal, and climbed onto her.
"Krystal," she said, "take me home to Blackthorn. I have to speak with Mom and Dad... Err, Annika and Xavier." Dragonair nodded, and flew into the night sky once again.

After descending upon Blackthorn, Nina recalled Krystal into her Pokeball before making her way to her house. She met with her parents, and explained everything that had happened after Sabrina had been killed...
However, her parents revealed that they already knew. When Nina asked how this was possible, Annika explained that it was the only thing covered on all news stations in the region.
"Sabrina's body rests in Ecruteak City Cemetary," Xavier stated. "She was buried earlier this afternoon... And, when the coroner was performing the autopsy on her, he discovered that she still had her Pokemon on her person. Since we were the nearest relatives-- well, distance-wise, that is-- he had a deliveryman bring them here." Xavier led Nina into the kitchen, and on the table sat six Pokeballs.
Annika walked in the room a moment later. "We believe that you should have them," she said, "because we believe that you should take Sabrina's place as Kanto's Gym Leader. Uhm... Those Pokemon will only be able to be used in Saffron's Gym, however... You can't travel with them." Nina was entirely speechless, and said nothing for the longest time. Finally, with tears welling up in her eyes, she managed to say, "But... Mom... I believe that I can bring Sabrina back to life. She said that Ho-Oh may be able to help me..."
Annika was silent for a moment, before walking to her daughter and holding her in a tight hug. "Nina, I don't know how to tell you this," she whispered, "but... Ho-Oh appears only to people that have a pure heart." She heard her daughter gasp, and ask what she meant. "Well... honey... You are exactly like your sister. Since you had your own Period of Darkness, your heart isn't... pure. It became tainted when you sought out the revenge that you did." It killed Annika to say the words that she did, and Nina broke away from her hug.

"So then, you or Dad can go to Ho-Oh! I know that Ho-Oh will need a DNA sample of Sabrina, and I've got a few hairs of hers, so one of you could go and have it done!" Nina felt her cheeks start to sting with tears.
"It's... not that simple, I'm afraid," Xavier replied. "You see, Ho-Oh is only able to ressurect a person if, yes, there is a DNA sample of them... But the DNA must be presented by a pure-hearted person who actually witnessed the person's death. While you witnessed Sabrina's death... your heart..." Xavier didn't finish his sentence.
Nina didn't say anything. She was in too great of a shock to be able to form words. She walked to the kitchen table, numbly, and picked up each of Sabrina's Pokeballs. They vanished-- she expected to the computer that resided in Saffron City's Gym. Wordlessly, she exited her house, ignoring the "Nina, wait!" and "Please, honey; come back!" phrases that her parents shouted to her.
She released Krystal once again, and climbed onto her. "...Ecruteak..." she whispered, wiping her eyes. With a very slight nod, Krystal took off. A tear leaked out of one of her eyes, as well.

Mag walked north to the Museum. The building was very impressive. It was two stories and quite wide. "Well maybe it will help." Mag mumbled as he went inside.
"Welcome to the Pewter City Museum!" A lady behind the counter nearby the door stated with a smile. "Enjoy the free visit." She added as Mag nodded and walked by.

Kasiya opened her eyes as the train's brakes were screeching loudly. She grumbled and covered her ears, sitting up and having a good look around. It was daylight, and very early as it looked as though the sun had only just came up. She yawned, and smiled as she heard the announcement that they'd arrived in Fortree City.
"Wake up, Flannery, we're here!" Kasiya cried gleefully, shaking the gym leader roughly until she awoke. Kasiya grabbed her bag from the overhead compartment, and was soon darting off the train, breathing in the fresh air of the foresty city. And what a sight it was! The sun was peeping up over the tops of the trees that seemed to stretch on forever. And as she peered closer, she noted that the trees were actually tree houses. "This place is amazing!" she cried, running off into the city without waiting for Flannery.

Now done with his task Kenny floated out of the pokemon center and out into the tree city. He looked around curiosly a few times befor deciding that he should go back to his trainer. With that thought in mind Kenny floated up some of the ladder's and around the bridge's and houses in the tree's until it made it's way to where the gym would be only to run into some invisable enemy. "Mph! Mur myupmh!" He said as he fell to the ground and looked around curiosly only to see that nothing was there.

Flannery barely had time to shake the sleep from her head and gather her things as the train was almost ready to depart again already. The train had started moving from the station, and she jumped from the slow-moving vehicle and onto the platform, still yawning and stretching, and having no idea where Kasiya had run off to so early. "I hate mornings," she grumbled, rubbing her eyes as she trudged along. Her stomach grumbled. "Where has that girl gone?" she sighed. "She could have at least waited for me!"

Kenny growled slightly and tried to go to the gym again but ran into the same problem. The small ghost pokemon glared at the spot he kept running into. Growling he used his foresight ability and saw what the problem was, there sitting in his way was a Kecleon. Kenny groaned and tried to fly above it but the annoying pokemon reached up and grabbed his tail/foot thing. Kenny glared and held out his hands and used an Ice Beam attack on the annoying pokemon.

Mag walked around the corner and into the main floor exhibit area. On the first floor stood an impressive Aerodactyl fossil. It stood high and had a rather boring caption. In front of it was a Kabutops fossil. Also with a boring caption.
Mag walked up to the next floor. It had a model space shuttle. Apparently the theme for this month was space. In the next room Mag saw an exhibit with several rocks and interestingly a Moonstone.
"Well this was somewhat of a waste. I was hoping to get information on Brock but I guess I was wrong." Mag said as he walked down the stairs and out of the building. The gym lay in the distance waiting to be conquered.

It didn't take long for Kasiya to meander into the Pokemon Mart. The store owner had just flipped over the 'We're Open!' sign and Kasiya was there, eager to start shopping. "Good morning!" she said cheerfully, waving at the man even though she was two feet from him.
"Well good morning to you too," he laughed, returning her wave. "It's good to see young people out and about so early!"
"Yep, I love mornings," Kasiya said, already browsing the shelves. She'd soon picked up two TM discs, one for Digger and one she'd be saving for the Absol she hoped to capture in the near future. She then came upon a drawer with different types of Pokeballs inside, and she shuffled through, coming up with an Ultra Ball as well as three Great Balls. "This should be good," she reasoned with herself, also not wanting to bankrupt herself right away. She carried her purchases to the counter, where the store clerk was polishing the clear glass with a cloth. Kasiya peered through at the various wooden ornaments on display. "They're amazing," she said.
"They're all hand carved by me and my son," the clerk said proudly as he rang up Kasiya's purchases. "That'll be $8,000" he said, as he put them into a small bag. Kasiya eagerly handed him the money, nearly jumping up and down with excitement. "And take this, as a reward for being my first customer of the day." He handed Kasiya a strange-coloured Pokeball, white with a red trim outlining the diameter and button.
"Wow," Kasiya said, grinning from ear to ear. "Thank you so much!" The girl waved once more as she stepped out of the store. "I wonder where Flannery got to," she said to herself, looking around for the tell-tale poof of red hair.

Flannery hadn't gone far from the train station, she dragged her feet along the ground, half-heartedly looking for her new travel companion. She yawned again, and swore to herself she'd get some coffee, if she could find it. "Stupid sun," she grumbled, shielding her eyes from it as she walked, crossing the street and walking underneath the row of shady trees. She found a bench and sat down, resting her elbows on her knees and her head in her hands. "I hate mornings," she repeated, her eyes already half-closing.

Kasiya was still walking happily down the street, holding her shining Premier Ball in her hand. She was singing to herself, something she hadn't done in a long time, although she stopped when she spied Flannery half-asleep on a nearby bench. "Someone looks sleepy," Kasiya grinned, and poked the gym leader in the side. Flannery squirmed and grumbled something that Kasiya couldn't hear, although it sounded a lot like 'pest.' "Come on," Kasiya said impatiently. "You were all gung-ho about this last night! You're the once that dragged me to the train station on a Rapidash."
"I wasn't half asleep then," countered Flannery, although her face lit up with a smile as she recalled the terrified faces of several people at the train station as they galloped in on the back of a flaming, horned horse. "Or was I?"
"Nope," Kasiya replied, nearly jumping up and down again. "Fine then, I'll just go all by myself." Flannery shrugged, and dismissed her with a wave of her hand. "I'll remember that," Kasiya scoffed, and started marching down the street, looking up at the rows of tree houses in awe.
