"And what if I am?" the voice said again, this time coming from above Mari. Doren was standing on a branch upside down looking at her. "You must have some potential then. Who are you anyway?... And why are all of our students girls?" He said the last more to himself than the girl.

Kiko nodded and build up her wind energy setting herself slightly into the air. She took a few breaths to calm herself before she centered her wind energy and breathed in just as Soren had told her. But it was a fruitless effort; she tried it again but nothing happened. As much as it was making her mad, she kept her calm and built up more energy. This better be worth it in the end!

Soren nodded since he had expected this to happen. But still it was hard to watch the girl struggle so much. "You know if you let me touch you again then I can let you feel what it's like to do it." he mused to his student.

Kiko looked up at Soren before falling to the ground and bit her lip before looking up again then down. "Only if..." she started the shook her head, "If I say it's too much you let go... and if you don't I'll hurt you."
Kei climbed his way out of the labrinth of fabric but then climbed back under making sure that no part of him would get wet if it started raining. He looked over at Soren and Kiko and sighed, At least she getting somewhere.

"Fair enough." Soren said walking over to the girl and kneeling in front of her as lightning flashed in the distance. "I can do this two ways. The first is a more standard approach and may take awhile for you to get it. The second is extremely bizarre and may scare you but will allow you to experience it as if you were performing it instead of me. Which one do you want to try Kiko-Chan?"

Kiko looked at the kneeling jounin, "I've already got a feeling on what choice number is so I'm going to say no... So I guess I'll go with the standard way." Kiko heart began to race and her breathing became alittle uneven but she did her best to hide it. "I'm ready."

Soren skated around the girl and put his hands on her waist to balance her out. This was going to be trickier since he hadn't tried doing this before. A frown crossed his face and he sighed slightly. "Kiko-Chan, if you don't calm down and focus yourself then you're never going to learn. Just breathe slowly..."

Kiko glared at the Sound-jounin, "You're lucky I'm breathing at all! Just give me a minute!" Kiko gritted her teeth and took deep shakey breaths trying to imagine that the hands on her waist weren't there, but it was hard. Slowly she calmed her self, her breathing still slightly irregular and she would shake her head when memories would try to resurfice.

Soren looked sympathetically at the girl and loosened his grip as the storm drew closer to them. "Don't worry." he whispered calmly. "I'm not going to hurt you. I'm just the wind gracing around your body, nothing more. You're alone out here in the open. Just breathe..." He could tell that memories were trying to rise in her mind and knew that they would only disrupt her from proceeding in training.

Kiko gave a questioning look but went with it, "You are the wind, nothing more." With each word she felt her body relax and she continued to breath deeply and slowly until felt that she trusted herself enough to lean slightly back. "Okay, wind... Lead me."

Soren moved gracefully and carefully forward keeping only the lightest of touches on his student as he skated around. Moving slowly he took in a breath and saw the point in front of him that he wanted to go. Pushing forward with his foot on the ground for only a moment he shot forward far faster than he had been moving before, a gust of wind moving with them as the jounin forced the air to grant them passage.

Kiko gasped slightly at the sudden movement but she kept her composure for as long as she could, if she couldn't do this much then she wouldn't be able to go anywhere later on. Despite all the things that were going on in her head she managed to focus in on what was going on and how this style worked.

Soren let go of the girl gently and looked at her. "You okay Kiko-Chan?" he asked with sympathy and care.

Kiko took a deep breath and nodded, "Yeah, I'm fine..." She paused for a moment before straightening herself and stepping away, "Just because I don't like being touched doesn't give you enough reason to change the way you act towards me! Besides... you sound like a wuss!" Kiko smirked at this and stuck her tongue out towards the Sound-nin.

Soren shrugged. "Well apparently I wasn't getting anywhere treating you the way I normally treat people so if I did wuss out it was purely for your benefit. Now attack me since you've experienced how it's supposed to be done." He tapped his foot on the ground. Such an irritating girl.
