But, much to Chloe's dismay, whatever was on the line fell off the hook before she could reel it in close enough.
The fish fell with a splish in the water below, as Chloe peered over the edge of the dock, staring in disbelief.
"Whaaaaaa? That's no fair!" she called to the Pokemon, that was now swimming away to freedom.
"Feh, well, I guess that's it for the night," Chloe admitted with a sigh.
"Last one of the night and it gets away," she laughed, "Guess that's our cue to turn in for the evening. There's always tomorrow, right?"

And so Chloe returned to her campsite that she had set, her Pokemon following along behind her.
She went into her tent, zipping up the entrance to prevent any curious Wurmple from investigating, before turning in for the night. Mikami fell asleep at the tent entrance, while Entreri slipped inside to sleep in the corner of the tent. Saku settled in a short bit away from the tent, while Cael fell asleep near the back of the tent. Lantis did likewise, as the group rested for the next day to come.

The next morning came eventually, as Chloe yawned, stumbling from her tent, as she wiped the sleep from her eyes. She stretched, watching as a few of her party members roused as well. Entreri of course, was up before Chloe had been. Lantis, being ever-observant, had awoken when Chloe left the tent, with Cael following shortly after. Mikami was still blissfully oblivious, snoring in front of the tent, which woke Saku, who grumbled at the Flygon.
Chloe laughed, stretching once more to get any kinks out, before starting to pack down camp.

By the time Chloe was done, Mikami ha awoken as well, thanks to a belly-flop from Saku as revenge for waking her up. The Flygon jolted awake with a roar, sending Saku tumbling as he took to the skies, seeking his foe.
Chloe shook her head, still smiling.
"What do you say to breakfast?" she inquired. That was enough to dispell the tension in the air. Mikami chose food over fight, as he landed, waiting with her other Pokemon as Chloe made her way into town, stopping by he Pokemon supply store to buy them some breakfast, and settling on a bagel for herself from a local bakery.

Once everyone was done, Chloe was headed back towards the shore, Good Rod in hand once more.
"Guess we'll see if we have better luck today, huh?" she smiled to Entreri, who was still perched on her shoulder.
Entreri nodded, yawning once before settling down on her shoulder.

"I've heard that fishing in the morning's supposedly easier," she struck up conversationally, as the group made it to the fishing docks along the shore of the ocean. Daimon once more took to the water, as Lantis floated back up into the clouds, to watch the sunrise from up above. Chloe smiled, watching him go. She had to try seeing if Lantis would take her up one time to see the sunrise.
Cael and Mikami went to the skies as well, while Saku continued her shell collection. She was a bit miffed to find that the ones she had found yesterday had been washed away by the tide. So she started anew. Entreri stuck to Chloe, deciding to help fish.

"Its another Barboach. Saku, mind using a Zen Headbutt to start off?" Choe requested of her partner. Saku dove forward to slam into the mud fish, who in turn used a Mud Bomb, kicking up the wet sand to strike at the dragon. With the order from Chloe, Saku finished the Barboach off with another Zen headbutt, and the Barboach was soon back in the water, swimming off.
"Well, I guess we'll try again then. We've got plenty of bait," Chloe laughed.

The Copice Charm sent me to Jubilife, and when I got there, I thought I saw your Flygon, but it got returned to it's Poke Ball. I tried going to where I saw the red light of the Poke Ball coming from, but you, or whoever it was, was gone, if I went the right way.
