Demyx seems really, really uke... Unless he happened to be paired with someone uke-er than him (a difficult thing to do), I don't think he'd be seme. He just has no backbone. ^^;;

Depends who's drawing them. I think I'd say Xigbar, but only because 1) he actually looks masculine, and 2) I really like gold eyes. ^^;;
