The lack of weapons in the UK makes it a perfect place for terrorist attacks. The police don't even carry pistols in many countries.
...And I think I am more than resposable enough to own any firearm by now. A demilitarized or Civie AK means that is is Semi-auto instead of full-auto. It is the same as any other .223 you could buy.
