Daemon didn't respond, his face still expressionless, and merely started to walk, making sure to keep a firm grip on the creature. He knew he didn't have to, but he felt he should do this...and not only that, he wanted to. Fleance slithered and reenforced the bond between the two by wrapping himself around their joined hands.

Murdoch just smirked and let Daemon help him walk. In all honesty he really did need the help, he hadnt walked for months and his legs were weak. He made sure not to lean too hard on Daemon, he didn't want the boy getting hit by one of the spikes on his back.

Daemon walked in silence, his pale eyes staring ahead, his grip on the creature beside him firm and yet gentle at the same time. "I won't let you fall." He said after several moments of silence. His voice was firm and yet barely a whisper at the same time. It seemed he had finally decided to respond to Murdoch's statement that he didn't have to help him.

Murdoch looked down at him, the orb swerving away from the floor and up at him. "Well, that's kind of you," he felt a bit strange with someone helping him. Even as a human no one ever helped him so the feeling was new to him.

Daemon continued walking, his eyes staring straight ahead, but obviously not seeing. "No...not really." he responded quietly. "It's selfish, really...." A white cat noticed Daemon and immediately made its way over to him, brushing up against his leg. Daemon didn't even look down. He knew it was the cat who never left him alone unless there was prey to be caught.

Murdoch managed to make a confused expression, "How is this beign selfish? Last time I checked it was an act of kindness," he said in his raspy voice. The yellow eye looked down at the cat then back up at Daemon.

Daemon paused as he watched the cat circle his legs. He took his time to gather his thoughts, then spoke. "In the end...." He turned to look up at Murdoch, his face still expressionless, but his pale eyes showing a hint of...something. "In the end, everything we do...is for ourselves." He looked back forward and continued walking at a reasonably slow pace for the creature.

Murdoch thought this over for a bit, "I guess you're right, many things we do are for self-satisfaction." His eye looked back down at the ground and his head looked forawrd with a blank expression.

 SpReAd ThE lOvE //_______________________________________________ when I say Opening the door for the two to let them enter the dark room that were cluttered with test tubes and tanks. The only light was the ones illuminating from the wavy water and the artificial light from the tanks. Walking as he started to pant from the loss of much needed water, he went over to a far end where a gigantic tank was. It was so big that most of it was embedded to the wall and continued below where hundreds of different man made and also rare fish swam. Stepping on the non slip stairs to the opening of the tank on top, he dived into the water. His sparkling scaled tail appeared and wrapped around his legs as his long and wide fins pushed at the water. He smiled a little, rejoicing at the feeling of water around him as his gills gulped the matter. He swam is circles, passing a bunch of colorful fish before pushing himself up, jumping out in midair then landing into the undulating water again.

Daemon watched the aquatic creature swim and merely held onto Murdoch firmly before looking up at him. "Would you like to get in the water? I cannot swim, but I am sure that he'll be willing to help you in my stead." he said, gesturing to the aquatic creature with his head.

"I dont do so well in water, it'll go into my body and that wont be very fun," he said with a raspy chuckle. "I'll just stay here if it's alright with you. You can let me go I think I can stand now."

"If you wish it." Daemon replied and released his hold on the creature. Fleance, confused by the separation, ended up half on Murdoch and half on Daemon. Luckily for the albino snake, he was at least six feet long, so the stretch was not that great.

SpReAd ThE lOvE //_______________________________________________ when I say Pushing himself up as not to neglect his guests, he stepped out and grabbed a towel that was at the end of the stairs to wrap around his wet and naked form. Silently, he went over to a room that was filled with metal fridges and pulled one open to reveal different kinds of liquid in flasks and glass bottles. Picking one, he went over to get three glasses and poured the green bubbly drink and handed the two one before drinking his own.

Daemon took the drink, but did not drink it. He preferred water to any other kind of drink. Fleance, finally righting himself, slithered back to curl around his body. "Thank you." he whispered, although he had no intention of even tasting the drink.

Murdoch's eye swivled up to look at the drink in his hand, "I'm sure it tastes good, but sadly I can't have any. No stomach you see." His voice came out raspy, and he held the drink out towards Sui.
