((Ava had already been in the nursery then, yet had not made a move towards Zelos?))

(I'll settle this. stare . Ava jumped back into the nursery and Kasumi followed. She's currently blind and kneeling in the middle of the room. Zelos's crib is covered with a sheet, so she wouldn't know what was in there anyway. The bullets have hit her in the chest twice (in two different locations) in the stomach and side. The one on the side is less severe, because the doppleganger was fading anyway. Aes has already ran down the hall, and Kas still has limited movement)

*she felt her body being picked up by the woman. After feeling the presence of Aes and Zelos, a small smile came to her face.* "Run Aes..." *she thought* "Run to the practice. They can't find you there..." *she said as she tried to find a way to get out of the woman's grip. She remembered a shuriken at he end of the hall. After praying for about five minutes, she had just enough mana to call it back to her. So, she quickly summoned enough wind to un-lodge the shuriken and summon it right into the woman's back to stall. Kasumi would weakly lift up her arm and send a straight punch into where the woman's jaw would be. It had strength, since she (assumed) the woman was caught off-gaurd, but after that Kasumi would be useless as a fighter*

*So Kas was tossed, but she landed far from her mark of hitting Aes. She just lay on the floor at this point, immobile and hoping Aes would make it out okay*

He had no intention of trying to put the fire out. As soon as he saw that the woman had left, he dropped the sheild and used a combination of ki and his own strength to pick up Kasumi. The fire was somewhere outside their door. He could smell it spreading. Looking out the window, he swore under his breath to Mab. After propping Kasumi and laying Zelos beside her, he ran to retreive Ultima. Then they were forced to make a jump, it caused him most of his strength to insure they all fell at the same moment, then at the last moment put the shield over all four of them again. While it was by no means a soft landing, it did serve the purpose of avoiding further injury to the rest of them. He looked back once more at their house, sighed. His next destination would be their practice, for now he needed to rest, there was no energy left in him.

((Hey Zelos, the house got burnt down in an attack, and they didn't leave you there. They're taking care of your character and Illiana over in Aes's office right now.))

"I hope we're not inter-" oh, what was the use? "Aes, can you spare a moment? We need a little help." High Queen Mab, what had Aes and Kasumi done to their home? It was a wreck, not like it had ever been so gran d to begin with, but......

Rivven didn't see as there was much for him to say, though he would have liked to do a bit more than stand there idly perhaps. But there really wasn't much more he could do, other than offer Aes a respectful nod. She was the one who knew what was bothering her, though he would have liked to.
