Hi. I'm Kim, I've graduated from Father Patrick Mercredi's High School band. I've played for well over seven years. I'm looking to teach part time, but I really can't bring myself up to it. I've just gotten over a deep depression, so I figure maybe this guild could motivate me a little smile

Hiya! I've only been playing clarinet for 4 school years, going into my fifth, but I really have the experience of 6 years, as I've had lessons out of school. Summer music rocks the world!! Whoot! Well, anyway, back to the point. I've always wanted to persue clarinet by trying harder pieces. Right now, I have my hands full with Carnival of Venice. If anyone has any hints to make clarinet a tad bit harder, I'm eager to listen. I decided to pick up tenor saxophone, and now, I'm a bit more challenged with my new instrument.

haha, Imma gonna be a section leader! Can't wait for our section fo FINALLY be good at something. Clarinets have such a bad rep sometimes.... sad

our saxophonists have a bad reputation (no offense ash rail...its just our saxophonist) I'm so happy it's summer...I dun need to deal with saxophone players until school starts...then again my private teacher is a saxophonist ::twitch::. I hate two instruments my private teacher plays and like the other two he plays o.O; (clari and trombone) weird >.>; and they are both brass and woodwind..clari, sax then trumpet and trombone kinda funny and weird o.O;

ooh ic. I suddenly remember that my conductor (er co-conductor??) said she use to play trombone, then clari, then percussion...sorta reminded me of my private teacher o.O; and then my other conductor...almost everyone in the music store knows him O.o; well, my private teacher and all his subs and my piano teacher knows him...i just don't under stand o.O;

lol. ic~! A bad thing about my teachers knowing him is that i dunno if they know the co-conductor so when i say 'she' i keep on thinking that they keep on thinking i'm acting weird and thinking that mr. acciani is a she o.O;;; xD

yeah...but the co conductor is gonna teach at some other middle school..but she'll come to teach the seventh and sixth grade wind ensmble...i'm so mad they split it to two ensembles! Now i have to work my butt off to get into some good chair in the wind ensemble when i get in so i can go to england and paris with the eighth graders!!! crying

oooh ic. the bad thing for my co-conductor is that it's gonna be a another middle school she's teaching at...and middle school bands are sometimes...boring...weird...though mines is fun xD today in summer class she was pretending the wand was a wand from harry potter when she was making someone conduct...which reminds me...i have to study conducting...-_-; she may pick me to conduct and i can't remember how xD
