Etna looked to them as she moved toward one of the window sills. "Well, with the return of the rugrat and you looking absolutly dead out there Double D, I've decided you needed something to do and so here we are. It's about time that I passed on some of the information that I hold.

"You mean from being old as dirt?" a random book flew toward his head which he only missed slightly.

A hiss left Etna before she recomposed herself, "No fool. I simply wish to share with you my wisdom and knowledge. I know you'll care a great deal about it rugrat but I figure it'll probably go over Double D's head. Oh well, it'll give you something else to do when you re-explain it to her. Either way, I don't really care.

Now then, I would like to ask you two to explain to me what you know of 'chakra control"."

Roy arched a brow, what was this cat up too. Every kid knew what chakra control was. He simply sighed and looked to Shuriro, "I don't feel like it. You do it."

Shuiro's face turned beat red at the mention of her size. What that... of all nicknames, what did it have to be that. I perfer the electric bat... as annoying as that is. She didn't even bother to laugh when Roy got a book thrown at his head. Shifting to her side, and lifting her hands up slightly, somewhat blocking view of her chest, an unconcious movment. "But I... fine... lazy a**... Chakra control is self explanitary... the obvious control of one's chakra. However, one's skill level in the ninjutsu and genjutsu art, and in some cases taijutsu, one's skill in chakra control determines what they are capable of in learning jutsu. The better control, the more difficult jutsu you can learn and carry in your arsenal... "

Etna bobbed her head back and for a few times before sighed, "A good answer I suppose. Most regular of all answers if nothing else. Textbook even. Guess those breast hold more than just hot air, eh Double D?" Etna began to walk back over to the table that both of them were sitting at. "What if I told you, however, that there was a higher form of Chakra Manipulation. One that only the most elite of Jounin and Kage know about. Would you be interested in it?

I have to warn you though, even just learning this type of chakra manipulation is classified as an A rank difficulty its just that hard. If you want to learn it, I can explain it to you...well?"

Shuiro sighed and rested her chin on her hand. She's never gonna stop calling me that is she? The girl had half a mind to skock the cat the next time she called her by that disrespecful nickname, but knew better... "I'll go for anything... " She replied simply... she didn't have much else to say... and if she did, it would probably get turned right back on her. She looked over in Etna's general direction... waiting for her to continue.

Etna grinned. She looked to the two and saw that Roy had closed the book. He was paying attention and smiled a bit. He was sure it'd be interesting. She smiled a bit and began to explain:

Within the history of ninja, chakra manipulation has gone without debate as being one of the most vital skills a true ninja needs to obtain the calling of Shinobi. With this manipulation, there are several things that can be acquired. Even the most basic of techniques can become almost godly in the hands of one who can manipulate their chakra to a minuet degree. Chakra manipulation is also key to survival of a shinobi as one who wastes their chakra frivolously on techniques of low skill will quickly exhaust themselves and become easy pray to their enemy. But those with exceptional control can skimp and save their chakra for times of dire need and dish out pain as needed.

As we all know, chakra is an intangible object until fused and reformed into the form of a jutsu. Taking the elements from around us and manipulating them via chakra is the essence of every jutsu. Even those jutsu that seem to create their effect from nothing (fire jutsu for instance) normally have a base in physics. For instance, most fire jutsu use chakra to superheat the air in the target zone and further push it out. These are some of the most basic explanations of most jutsu but it isn't the only way it can be done. Even within these basic jutsu there lies a further level of chakra control. This level is something that goes hand in hand with all or at least 97% of all jutsu known to man. However, even though it is so interwoven with the world around us, it goes unknown by all but the most high level of shinobi. This form of control is known as Recomposition.

One could think of recomposition as akin to breathing: Just like breathing, you must do it to obtain your goal. In the case of breathing, your goal is to live and in the case of recomposition, a jutsu is the goal. However, just like breathing, it is something you do without really thinking about it. You simply must and thus you do without question or thought. However, as many martial artist can attest to, once you learn to control it you can do extraordinary things. Martial artist use breathing exercises to increase their endurance, reduce damage from attacks, increase damage from their own attacks, increase their speeds and any number of other things. To this same thinking, learning to control recomposition of chakra can break a jutsu free from its mundane goals and add entirely new dimensions to the attack.

Recomposition of chakra generally means to take the chakra and re-create it in one of two forms. The first form is Elemental Recomposition in which you take your chakra and give it a physical form, usually that of one of the elements you hold affinity with. Examples of this are all over shinobi world. The other form of recomposition is known as Spatial Recomposition. This form, while a little harder to understand, is generally the reshaping of ones chakra without any real form or element added. An extremely potent example of this would be the 4th Hokage's custom jutsu the Rasengan.

With me so far?

Shuiro listened carefully as the cat begand to explain what Recomposition was. Just like breathing hm? I can relate to that in the martial arts sense... but in the other way... I'm not so sure... She listened closer... She was quite familiar with the five elements that jutsu kept to... as well as the stories of the foyth Hokage's rasengan, and other such jutsu... they were legendary in the history books after all. So... my obvious affinity is electricity... that's the physical for my chakra takes... Looking up from her concentraited thoughts, Shuiro nodded. She could get bits and pieces, but the whole thing was different in her mind. She didn't want to ask questions though... asking questions equaled 'you are stupid... get the hell out of here'. So she acted as if she got everything. "Yeah, I get it... continue..."

Roy looked over to the cat. So far everything was pretty simple. He just shrugged it off and nodded his head a bit. Etna grinned.

"Good... now then, to further understand these different types of chakra control, one must also understand the nature of chakra itself. As you may already know, chakra comes in 1 of 5 basic elements normally: Fire, Wind, Water, Earth and Lightning. There are other elements but those tend to be restricted to certain families and lands and thus normally don't get noticed that much. Of these five basic elements, each has its own weaknesses and strengths against the other.

Fire element beats wind element; Wind element beats lightning element; Lightning element beats earth element; Earth element beats water element; And Water element beats fire completing the circle of the 5 elements. The logic of this may escape a few but in the end its actually quite simple.

Fire is fueled by air which means that a wind element wouldn't hinder a fire element but instead feed it causing it to grow stronger.

Wind is the very network through which lightning passes and thus it controls the direction and flow of lightning.

Lightning is drawn to earth where it sets fires and destroys the land, scorching and scaring it beyond repair so one of earth can never avoid the sting of lightning.

Earth absorbs water and uses it as fuel to generate life and further feed its own power.

And water extinguishes the heated flames of fire.

Now obviously, these rules are not absolute but more so relate to those attacks of relatively equal power. After all, a strong enough gust of wind will not fuel a flame but extinguish it; a large enough amount of water can crack and wash a stone away. This explanation requires a bit more detail as, in order to under chakras relation to elements, one must understand the element itself. Following is a brief explanation of these basic elements.

Shuiro took in this new set of informaation with a bit more understanding. What Etna had explained about the elements made a lot of sense. Before, she had just thought that water and fire, and then earth and wide were just opposites and lightning was just there... or so a relative told her and her brother... She wasn't surprised that they were wrong though... giving up the clan bloodline as they did it should have been obvious that they made no sense... then again... she was only six when they told her this... She was relieved to hear something more believable now. So, my chakra is obviously electric based... woohoo, big surprise there... I guess I'll have to watch out for wind users... Not many of those around here though...

Roy nodded his head a bit. It was a weird grouping till she explained it a bit better. Roy hadn't seen any actual usage of this elemental grouping in action so he didn't know what was going on or even if Etna's information was wrong. 600 years had a way of doing that to information but then again, this was information about the natural order of things so Roy was pretty certain that Etna was on the right track. He sat back as the cat came closer to the two and began to lick her paws a little.

"Now the rest of this may be a little... hard to grasp but try to keep up ok? I know Double D over there has plenty of extra space in those funbags of hers to hold memory but try to use what little space you have to keep up Roy. Clear out all that useless drivel you already THINK you know.

Fire is first on the list so lets tackle that ok?
Ancient civilizations considered fire one of the major elements in the universe, alongside water, earth and air. This grouping makes intuitive sense: You can feel fire, just like you can feel earth, water and air. You can also see it and smell it, and you can move it from place to place.
But fire is really something completely different. Earth, water and air are all forms of matter -- they are made up of millions and millions of atoms collected together. Fire isn't matter at all. It's a visible, tangible side effect of matter changing form -- it's one part of a chemical reaction.

Typically, fire comes from a chemical reaction between oxygen in the atmosphere and some sort of fuel (wood or gasoline, for example). Of course, wood and gasoline don't spontaneously catch on fire just because they're surrounded by oxygen. For the combustion reaction to happen, you have to heat the fuel to its ignition temperature. In this same way, chakra increases the heat of its medium till it begins to change form, thus resulting in fire. In the case of no medium (many fire jutsu form in air) the chakra itself changes form to fire: once again Elemental Recomposition makes itself present but remains unknown.

Let me explain what happens when you burn something... say wood for instance:

Something heats the wood to a very high temperature. The heat can come from lots of different things -- a match, focused light, friction, lightning, something else that is already burning... When the wood reaches its burning point, the heat decomposes some of the cell material that makes up the wood.

Some of the decomposed material is released as smoke. Smoke is compounds of hydrogen, carbon and oxygen. The rest of the material forms char, which is nearly pure carbon, and ash, which is all of the nonburnable minerals in the wood. The charcoal is made from the char part of the burn. Charcoal is wood that has been heated to remove nearly all of the volatile gases and leave behind the carbon. That's why a charcoal fire burns with no smoke.

The actual burning of wood then happens in two separate reactions:
When the volatile gases are hot enough, the compound molecules break apart, and the atoms recombine with the oxygen to form water, carbon dioxide and other products. In other words, they burn. The carbon in the char combines with oxygen as well, and this is a much slower reaction. That is why charcoal in a BBQ can stay hot for a long time. A side effect of these chemical reactions is a lot of heat. The fact that the chemical reactions in a fire generate a lot of new heat is what sustains the fire.

Many fuels burn in one step. Gasoline is a good example. Heat vaporizes gasoline and it all burns as a volatile gas. There is no char.

Humans have also learned how to meter out the fuel and control a fire. A candle, for example, is a tool for slowly vaporizing and burning wax. As they heat up, the rising carbon atoms, as well as atoms of other material, emit light. This "heat produces light" effect is called incandescence, and it is the same kind of thing that creates light in a light bulb. It is what causes the visible flame as well. Flame color varies depending on what you're burning and how hot it is. Color variation within in a flame is caused by uneven temperature. Typically, the hottest part of a flame, the base, glows blue, and the cooler parts at the top glow orange or yellow. In addition to emitting light, the rising carbon particles may collect on surrounding surfaces as soot.

The dangerous thing about the chemical reactions in fire is the fact that they are self-reviving. The heat of the flame itself keeps the fuel at the ignition temperature, so it continues to burn as long as there is fuel and oxygen around it. The flame heats any surrounding fuel so it releases gases as well. When the flame ignites the gases, the fire spreads.

Gravity determines how normal flames burn. All the hot gases in the flame are much hotter (and less dense) than the surrounding air, so they move upward toward lower pressure. This is why fire typically spreads upward, and it's also why flames are always "pointed" at the top. Even chakra based flames, unless specifically reshaped and recomposed spatially to be different, will conform to this rule of gravity.

Most applications of fire chakra cause for the instant creation of fire or the heating of and object when applied to a chakra absorbing metal. This metal can superheat but not melt and cause the blade to cut and scorch any and all things it comes in contact with making it twice as deadly."

Shuiro was getting into this more and more, despite the occasional crack at her breast size, wich restulted more often than not, as much as she tried to control it, a spark cracking around her shloulders following the natural current down her arms to her hands, though above the skin. Wtach it hairball... I doubt it wouldn't take too long to catch that pretty fur of your on fire and see how long 'it' takes to burn... Despite the static charge, Shuiro's face was composed and concentraited on what was being said. The large bit about fire made plenty of sense... stuff that you pretty much already knew just didn't take the time to really think about. She wondered what would be said about electricity... if there was something there she didn't know... it might help her perfect her jutsu... or create a new one.

Roy sat there. Most of this he already knew. There wasn't that much he didn't except the part about the chakra metal. But then again, this was a 'class' so it wouldn't do if he didn't learn something. Glancing over to her, Etna smiled to the boy but instantly continued.

"Water is next as it is the natural master over fire.

Water, as you should know, exists in 3 separate forms: liquid, solid, and gas. For the purpose of this, we'll only talk about liquid and gas as solid water, or ice, is controlled by Kekkie Genkai and not possible under normal chakra conditions. It is possible to manipulate already existing ice using chakra but, without the proper bloodline traits, it is impossible to create new ice with chakra.

Water is one of the most important needs of living things. It is second only to the air we breathe. In fact, some scientists believe that all life began in water. Water is a molecule that consists of two hydrogen atoms and one oxygen atom. When these atoms are heated to a high temperature, they join to form water. Water moves continually through a cycle of evaporation or transpiration, precipitation, and runoff, usually reaching the sea. Winds carry water vapor over land at the same rate as runoff into the sea. Over land, evaporation and transpiration contribute to the precipitation over land.

The boiling point of water (and all other liquids) is directly related to the barometric pressure, more commonly known as atmospheric pressure. For example, on the top of Mt. Everest water boils at about 68 °C, compared to 100 °C at sea level. Conversely, water deep in the ocean near geothermal vents can reach temperatures of hundreds of degrees and remain liquid.

The water cycle refers to the continuous exchange of water within the hydrosphere, between the atmosphere, soil water, surface water, groundwater, and plants. Water moves perpetually through each of these regions in the water cycle consisting of following transfer processes:

Evaporation from oceans and other water bodies into the air and transpiration from land plants and animals into air.
Precipitation, from water vapor condensing from the air and falling to earth or ocean. Runoff from the land usually reaching the sea.
Most water vapor over the oceans returns to the oceans, but winds carry water vapor over land at the same rate as runoff into the sea. Precipitation, has several forms: most commonly rain, snow, and hail, with some contribution from fog and dew. Condensed water in the air may also refract sunlight to produce rainbows.

Through erosion, runoff shapes the environment creating river valleys and deltas which provide rich soil and level ground for the establishment of population centers. A flood occurs when an area of land, usually low-lying, is covered with water. It is when a river overflows its banks or flood from the sea. Much in this same way, water based jutsu can wash away and attack various objects and, even though they may appear solid, crack them and split them from the inside.

Water vapor tend to be the catalyst for many lower level jutsu. Of course, those that carry their own supply of water or fight near water don't need to use nearly as much chakra to gather the water as they would to gather water from the air. Also, there doesn't tend to be enough water in the air to do higher level jutsu. The creation of water is possible with some high level jutsu though.

Lets go into earth now. Rug rat, are you paying attention? I know you did more research than this on earth thanks to that weird little pop rock jutsu of yours but this'll be a refresher for you.

Earth is all around us and one of the most abundant resources in the world, if not the absolute most. The formation of rocks is made from various types of mineral being squished and pressed under pressure for hundreds of years. There are several different kinds of stone and rocks, each with their own properties and classifications. The general classifications of rocks are sedimentary, igneous and metamorphic. A few examples are:

Sedimentary rocks which are recycled rocks made of fragments most often of other rocks and minerals, or organic remains, such as shells or shell debris. Most sedimentary rocks fall into one of two categories:

Clastic sedimentary rocks are formed from pieces of other rocks that are glued together. For example, a sandstone is made up of pieces of sand. Chemical sedimentary rocks are formed by precipitation of different elements dissolved in water. For example, halite (rock salt) forms when water evaporates away and leaves the dissolved salt behind. There are also organic sedimentary rocks, which are made up of plant material. Coal is considered an organic sedimentary rock.

Igneous rocks are formed from lava or magma. Magma is molten rock that is underground and lava is molten rock that erupts out on the surface. The two main types of igneous rocks are plutonic rocks and volcanic rocks.

Plutonic rocks are formed when magma cools and solidifies underground. Volcanic rocks are formed from lava that flows on the surface of the Earth and other planets and then cools and solidifies.

The texture of an igneous rock depends on the size of the crystals in the rock. This tells us if the rock is plutonic or volcanic. When magma cools underground, it cools very slowly and when lava cools above ground, it cools quickly. When magma and lava cool, mineral crystals start to form in the molten rock. Plutonic rocks, which cool slowly underground, have large crystals because the crystals had enough time to grow to a large size. Volcanic rocks, which cool quickly above ground, have small crystals because the crystals did not have enough time to grow very large.

The type of igneous rock is also dependent on its composition (the elements that are present). There are many different compositions of magma and lava. Fortunately, most igneous rocks are one of three basic compositions:

Felsic igneous rocks contain relatively high amounts of silicon, sodium, aluminum, potassium and relatively low amounts of iron, magnesium, and calcium. Mafic rocks contain relatively low amounts of silicon, sodium, aluminum, potassium and relatively high amounts of iron, magnesium, and calcium.

Intermediate rocks are what their name sounds like. Their composition is in-between mafic and felsic rocks. The different elements present in the different igneous compositions will form different minerals. Rocks with high amounts of iron tend to form minerals that are dark in color. As result, mafic rocks tend to be dark in color and felsic rocks tend to be lighter in color. An example of a mafic rock is basalt, the black rock that forms from lava flows in places like Hawaii. An example of a felsic rock is granite, the light colored rocks that we find in places like the Sierra Nevada mountains in California.

Metamorphi rocks occur when rocks are heated up or put under a lot of pressure, they can change drastically. This is because the minerals that make up the rocks form only at certain temperatures and pressures. At high temperatures or pressures, the elements will rearrange their crystal structure to form a different mineral.

Graphite and diamond are two minerals that are both made entirely out of carbon. If we put graphite under a huge amount of pressure, the carbon atoms will be squeezed together and will rearrange themselves into the more compact crystal structure of diamonds.

This change happens without any melting of the rock. Everything remains solid while the metamorphism occurs.

So why are these rocks interesting? We know from experiments that certain minerals form only at very specific temperatures and pressures. If we find a rock that has minerals (such as a diamond) that only form at high pressures, we know that it must have formed deep in the ground. Something must have happened to bring the rock up to the surface where we could find it.

If we find a rock that formed at high temperatures (such as marble), we know that the rock must have been heated up. This often occurs deep in the Earth or near magma underground.

We often find metamorphic rocks in mountain ranges where high pressures squeezed the rocks together and they piled up to form ranges. Metamorphic rocks are forming deep in the core of these mountain ranges. As the mountain ranges are eroded away over millions of years, the metamorphic rocks are eventually uncovered.

When using chakra to control these different forms of rock, the most common type that is controlled is topsoil which is mostly made of sedimentary type rocks. While it's possible to grasp stone from deeper, far more chakra is required. The function of earth jutsu are to use the solidity and strength of the earth under your feet to pummel your opponents or guard against most attacks. A solid defense or a solid attack is all possible when wielding chakra of earth. Unlike the other elements, earth jutsu cannot be sealed easily as you are not 'creating' earth but rather using what's around you to attack and defend. When this type of chakra is applied to a chakra absorbing metal, it reinforces the metal structure, forcibly restructuring the alignment of the molecules, and makes it nearly unbreakable under even the most extreme conditions.

Now Double D, make sure you collect all this information in those holding tanks on your chest.

Lightning is one of the most beautiful displays in nature. It is also one of the most deadly natural phenomena known to man. With bolt temperatures hotter than the surface of the sun and shock waves beaming out in all directions, lightning is a lesson in physical science and humility.

Beyond its powerful beauty, lightning presents science with one of its eatest local mysteries: How does it work? It is common knowledge that lightning is generated in electrically charged storm systems, but the method of cloud charging still remains elusive. In this article, we will look at lightning from the inside out so that you can understand this phenomenon.

Lightning begins with a process that's less mysterious: the water cycle. To fully understand how the water cycle works, we must first understand the principles of evaporation and condensation.

Evaporation is the process by which a liquid absorbs heat and changes to a vapor. A good example is a puddle of water after a rainfall. Why does the puddle dry up? The water in the puddle absorbs heat from the sun and the environment and escapes as a vapor. "Escape" is a good term to use when discussing evaporation. When the liquid is subjected to heat, its molecules move around faster. Some of the molecules may move quickly enough to break away from the surface of the liquid and carry heat away in the form of a vapor or gas. Once free from the constraints of the liquid, the vapor begins to rise into the atmosphere.

Condensation is the process by which a vapor or gas loses heat and turns into a liquid. Whenever heat is transferred, it moves from a higher temperature to a lower temperature. A refrigerator uses this concept to cool your food and drinks. It provides a low-temperature environment that absorbs the heat from your beverages and foodstuffs and carries that heat away in what is known as the refrigeration cycle. In this respect, the atmosphere acts like a huge refrigerator to gas and vapors. As the vapors or gases rise, the temperatures in the surrounding air drop lower and lower. Soon, the vapor, which has carried heat away from its "mother" liquid, begins to lose heat to the atmosphere. As it rises to higher altitudes and lower temperatures, eventually enough heat is lost to cause the vapor to condense and return to a liquid state.

Let's now apply these two concepts to the water cycle. Water or moisture on the earth absorbs heat from the sun and the surroundings. When enough heat has been absorbed, some of the liquid's molecules may have enough energy to escape from the liquid and begin to rise into the atmosphere as a vapor. As the vapor rises higher and higher, the temperature of the surrounding air becomes lower and lower. Eventually, the vapor loses enough heat to the surrounding air to allow it to turn back into a liquid. Earth's gravitational pull then causes the liquid to "fall" back down to the earth, thereby completing the cycle. It should be noted that if the temperatures in the surrounding air are low enough, the vapor can condense and then freeze into snow or sleet. Once again, gravity will claim the frozen forms and they will return to the earth.

In an electrical storm, the storm clouds are charged like giant capacitors in the sky. The upper portion of the cloud is positive and the lower portion is negative. How the cloud acquires this charge no one really knows, but there are a few ideas. In the process of the water cycle, moisture can accumulate in the atmosphere. This accumulation is what we see as a cloud. Interestingly, clouds can contain millions upon millions of water droplets and ice suspended in the air. As the process of evaporation and condensation continues, these droplets collide other moisture that is in the process of condensing as it rises. Also, the rising moisture may collide with ice or sleet that is in the process of falling to the earth or located in the lower portion of the cloud. The importance of these collisions is that electrons are knocked off of the rising moisture, thus creating a charge separation.

The newly knocked-off electrons gather at the lower portion of the cloud, giving it a negative charge. The rising moisture that has just lost an electron carries a positive charge to the top of the cloud. Beyond the collisions, freezing plays an important role. As the rising moisture encounters colder temperatures in the upper cloud regions and begins to freeze, the frozen portion becomes negatively charged and the unfrozen droplets become positively charged. At this point, rising air currents have the ability to remove the positively charged droplets from the ice and carry them to the top of the cloud. The remaining frozen portion would likely fall to the lower portion of the cloud or continue on to the ground.

When there is a charge separation in a cloud, there is also an electric field that is associated with the separation. Like the cloud, this field is negative in the lower region and positive in the upper region. The strength or intensity of the electric field is directly related to the amount of charge buildup in the cloud. As the collisions and freezing continue to occur and the charges at the top and bottom of the cloud increase, the electric field becomes more and more intense -- so intense, in fact, that the electrons at the earth's surface are repelled deeper into the earth by the strong negative charge at the lower portion of the cloud. This repulsion of electrons causes the earth's surface to acquire a strong positive charge.

All that is needed now is a conductive path for the negative cloud bottom to contact the positive earth surface. The strong electric field, being somewhat self-sufficient, creates this path. As a wielder of lightning chakra, your body naturally holds the ability to create these charges at will. Don't be fooled though, you don't have any particular defaulted raised defense if you get struck by lightning but you can control it to a degree. Higher levels of chakra control can even summon lightning from the clouds themselves to strike ones foe but those tend to require a lot of proportion if the conditions aren't already optimal. When applied to a chakra absorbing metal, the user can charge the item and give it a magnetic field to attract other metals or give it a single charge and let it pierce other items by forcibly moving the ions and atoms of the same charge away, thus weakening the item.

Wind is last but also somewhat rare unless your from Sunagakure.
Air may not seem like anything at all; in fact, we look right through it all the time, but during a windstorm, air really makes its presence known. Wind is able to lift roofs off buildings, blow down power lines and trees, and cause highway accidents as gusts push around cars and trucks.

Wind is moving air and is caused by differences in air pressure within our atmosphere. Air under high pressure moves toward areas of low pressure. The greater the difference in pressure, the faster the air flows. Wind is described with direction and speed. The direction of the wind is expressed as the direction from which the wind is blowing. For example, easterly winds blow from east to west, while westerly winds blow from west to east.

Winds have different levels of speed, such as “breeze” and “gale”, depending on how fast they blow. Wind speeds are based on the descriptions of winds in a scale called the Beaufort Scale, which divides wind speeds into 12 different categories, from less than 1 mph to more than 73 mph.

A tornado is a powerful column of winds spiraling around a center of low atmospheric pressure. It looks like a large black funnel hanging down from a storm cloud. The narrow end will move over the earth, whipping back and forth like a tail.

The winds inside a tornado spiral upward and inward with a lot of speed and power. It crates an internal vacuum that then sucks up anything it passes over. When the funnel touches a structure, the fierce winds have the ability to tear it apart. The winds inside a twister can spin around at speeds up to 500 miles an hour, but usually travels at roughly 300 miles an hour. This makes the tornado the most dangerous storm known to mankind. Much like the destructive force of this natural disastrous, one can manipulate the wind around them to blow with extreme force, even enough force to destroy buildings. However, with the addition of chakra comes a feature not normally associated with natural wind and that is the ability to cut. By imagining the wind being split into two currents pushing against each other, one can form a blade for piercing and cutting, in effect extending the range of a bladed weapon to an invisible length.

[[Explanation of Recomposition
Etna will explain the differences of the elements and the more powerful form of charka control known as Recomposition. If you can understand it, you can begin down a long and powerful road to gaining all manor of new powers. It can be a little difficult to understand though as Etna speaks rather technical sometimes.

Instead of stopping with one element, the hairball decided to move rigth along through the remaining four. Shuiro had to admit... it was atad bit hard to keep upm, though... she did understand... it was just a lot all at once. Breaking everything down to the tiniest details seemed to be quite informative... Of course the nickname came up again, though this time she didn't spark up... When the topic of lightning came up, she listened to what had to be said... a good deal of it was already known to her... but the break down of it was still pretty interesting. She could probably use the positive and negative charges more efficiently now... when she got a chance to practice... Though, of all the things she found interesting, using the wind as a blade caught her attention the most. She'd never know that they were made with pressure as well as chakra...
