Cpt. Joseph_Cilvaun Iron Anne Kidd Our director would throw her baton at students if they were misbehaving. Sadly, the front row got the worst since she threw short sometimes & I was in the front row.
But IRL, I really do like my band director. She rocks.

I liked my grade school/Jr. High band director. XD He would whack the stand so hard with the baton that the stand was dented and the baton would snap.
He liked to reattach the pieces rather than getting a new baton. He tried super glue for a while, but the batons just broke again. My 3rd chair (I was first, Alto Sax) got hit in the forehead on accident. So, after that, he used a lighter to melt them together. eek
