"Listen, all I can offer is comfort. Not understanding, because I don't have a brother... but... Listen," He looked the Fallen in his eyes. "Just relax and let things flow as they will."

"Thought you were related to the other faerie?" He asked, feeling rather calm at the moment. He vaguely remember his mother tell him about pleasurable company, but that seemed a bit weird.

"Well, it's easy to make you happy. Good thing too, less likely you'll ran off on me." Yugi laughed and notcied the magician with two other men ahead of them. Yugi returned Otogi's smirk and wrapped his arm around Ryou.

Marik thought for a second, not a teen, but a child, "Oh yeah. Him. But he doesn't count." He exclaimed as an excuse, half lieing. "It's not like we even ever see eachother at all. And plus, I'm always chalanging his side... So I don't really care- Well, it's not that I don't care, I do, it's just that he has his life and I have mine. I know I'm the older of the two, but it's never like Mom used to say that she wanted me to protect him." His thought processed deeper, "Infact, she more wanted me away from him." He almost felt guilty, but it didn't fully sink in.

"Er... you have a weird family," he replied, unable to think of anything to say, raising a pale brow. "Whatever." He snorted and rolled over onto his back.
"...What crazy person gave me a conscience, anyway?"

"I don't know," he confessed. "But about my family situation, what am I to say? I've always been... a little on the dark side." He said malevolently, as his eyes darkened. The grass around Bakura grew several inches as Marik's wings flickered. "When I was young, I couldn't always control the plants that were mine... Sometimes they would cut Malik and Mom would hit me." The grass slightly curled around the fallen, barely grazing his skin. "She would say that's what I wanted to do to him. I would yell and say I wouldn't hurt my brother... But later on, I found there really was that darkness inside of me that wanted to make him bleed. Now, it's under my control, and I don't want to hurt him." Though he was finished speaking, the blades of grass still curled and flicked slightly around the Fallen.

Ryu_Yin || Otogi, Seto and Jou: Marik's plants are going to start going after your asses pretty soon, but I can't really write them, so keep that in mind when you post ^.^; || ((Thank you for bringing that up again; I wasn't too sure about it when I posted last sweatdrop . But now that I know...)) Jou gave the mage an odd look at the mention of an angel, about to look over the same direction Otogi was when another quick movement was sensed nearby- too near, in Jou's opinion. He quickly turned his head, seeing nothing at first. However, if he squinted a bit, he could see something rather odd... something that looked like the slow, steady advancement of... foliage?
"Well then... you had best pick a direction for us to go in. Because i'm pretty certain we aren't welcome here anymore." Carefully, like a curious child poking at a bug, Jou stretched out a leg to push at a quivering branch nearby. Nothing happened. "... Or maybe i'm just hallucinating..." Just maybe. He was about to settle for that explaination when a vine came down and wound itself around his ankle rather tightly, feeling much more like a grip of steel than a grip of... well, a plant. His first instinct was to pull his foot towards him, but the plant apparently predicted this action and pulled on him first. Forward Jou slid, almost completely off of his perch.

"Do you want to hurt me?" He asked, eyes darkening, but expression not changing.
A small canine grin grew over his features as his eyes became half-lidded, turning a malvolent crimson. "Do you want to watch me bleed?"
He stomped his foot down through the plants, razor-sharp edges cutting up the calloused flesh, leaving a mess of superficial cuts around his foot, dark, semi-transparent blood gathering at his heels.

Marik watched the blood on Bakura's ankle, then slowly advanced. "Not in the sense of just hurting you... Not in the sense of just making you bleed," he said, smirking and ran a finger along the top of Bakura's foot, gatherring blood, and stuck his finger in his mouth as he licked up the blood from it.

"I had a feeling," he grinned darkly.
He shifted his weight forward ever-so-slightly, an elegant finger reaching out, slipping below the faerie's chin, then moving the rest of his body until their lips met.
He could taste his blood, and it was a strangely electrifying feeling.

At Jounouchi being attacked by the plants, Otogi had an overwhelming urge to just run like mad...but that wouldn't have been nice. Life preserving yes, nice no.
Berating his conscience for ever existing, Otogi latched onto Jounouchi and tugged with his might against the plant that seemed intent to devour him. "Why... didn't you watch...where...you...were going?" he grunted, heels digging into the ground as carnivorous flowers opened and roared.

Jou grabbed a hold of the first part of the mage's clothing that he could, trying to keep his hold as the plant continued pulling. "Well... you didn't notice it... either, did you?" With his free hand, (the one not grasping onto the mage's shirt), he finally managed to get a firm grasp on his sword. The weapon swung, blindly at first, but eventually hitting its target dead-on. The vine wasn't snapped, but the blow was enough to get it to let go- sending Jou backwards into Otogi.

Following Yugi's stare Ryou blsuhed as he noticed Jou and Otogi. But when the plants began to attack them he hung close to Yugi in fear of the plants.

"Well, it's about time we leave. I hope the wind isn't still sore at me for being a constant chauffeur..." Otogi produced a handy dandy extending staff and mumbled a long incantation while spinning the staff back and forthe between his hands. It was made of bamboo and metal, and had a baby's palm sized amethyst at the top. The wind eventually responded to the call and whisked Otogi and Jou away, not having enough energy to take any of the other three still there. "Damn..."

"What... the...!?" Jou clung onto Otogi tighter as he felt them suddenly moving. At the moment, he was fighting a sense of amazement, and... a sense of impending anxiety. He had heard of magic users and what they could do, but as for seeing much magic itself performed... that was an entirely foreign matter. "W-what did you...?"
