Q, Monster; Chill.
So, Vague, why exactly is there an odd space in the name of the guild?

Is it just me or does JoVo look extra sexy today.
MMm...and that Ziko comment of Catspaws makes me think he's askin' for a rapin'.
Heee, what's wrong with my grammar? I honestly don't know if it's correct. I love the history how that ending a sentence with a preposition was just some rule a monk wrote in a book of things he hated seeing, but the whole rest of the book was complete crap. I guess that's the power of the church, eh?

Nusumi I think someone's just trying to cover themselves up. 3nodding Don't you think the incorrect grammar in the title might keep some intelegent people from joing though? I noticed it too a long time ago, but like JoVo, never said anything. stare Oh really? Well, you're quite welcome to search both Gaia and the internet, and you'll see that I always consistently punctuate in that way. You're also welcome to examine what schoolwork of mine does exist, to see that I know how to use punctuation the standard way. Interesting choice, misspelling "intelligent".( See, I'm giving you the benefit of the doubt.) I highly doubt that space will stop such people from *ahem* enjoying themselves, though. Catspaw So, Vague, why exactly is there an odd space in the name of the guild? When I use seperating marks like parentheses or brackets, I treat the enclosed word/phrase as seperate from the sentence. I punctuate and space in such a way that you could remove the entire bracketed portion and still have a properly phrased and punctuated sentence( or title). I also put terminal punctuation on the outside of quotation marks, despite the American practice of putting it inside.

Catspaw Q, Monster; Chill. So, Vague, why exactly is there an odd space in the name of the guild? You were gone for more than six hours without so much as leaving any indication of where you went. Ryan and I spent two hours calling hospitals, calling other people, even in tulsa, and Ryan was running around looking for you. You took your meds with you, what did you expect us to think? Really, Jack. I'm sorry I'm making such a big deal out of it, I'm sure you needed your alone time, but having us thinking you ODed again gave us all heart attacks. Are you still moving or staying with Ryan, now? And how come you haven't emailed me? Why did you delete the thread in the cult? Why hasn't someone banned me from the cult again?

Not the place for this. No, I'm not so heartless as to criticze you for being off-topic; that's not an issue. What IS an issue is you airing someone else's dirty laundry in a public forum. That's extremely disrespectful to your friend, and it invites unwanted comments from the peanut gallery, such as, that's he's a big boy, if not exactly a grown man, and is not accountable to you unless he makes himself so.

Vague Actually, that's now seen as acceptable by many grammarians, as long as you are refering back to a previous sentence. ...My teachers ought to accept that also. For they still deduct points off essays for conjunction issues.

Only in Britain. Here, you're supposed to put it inside the "quotation marks."

Okay, I was pointedly ignoring all the talk about me in hopes that it would just sort of go away. Since that's not working, I'm going to say this once.
Stop.
