What he said brought back some bad thoughts as she fashed back to running into trees. Getting her foot stuck in one and being traped int a tree even though she was only a few meters from the ground. hitting a bee hive only to have them attack her group. With a stuned took on her face she said "No, no I havent" She lied

All the while that Irihi was off playing in the cruiseliner's pool, happily carefree, splashing crystal droplets of the clearest water into the air that was further illuminated by the warm pooling light of the sun, Juuri stood at the railing of the ship, staring out at the sea. Even though her lovely dark cyan hair was no longer in long flowing locks, the wind still combed through the smooth strands. A pensive expression was upon her porcelain features as the Fujiko shamaness merely observed the rings of water that parted to allow the ship to stride past...

Juuri held a palm over the railing, before heavily lidded eyes closed over blue-green orbs...and at the moment it truly seemed that she was contemplating to allow herself to simply fall over, and allow the depths of the sea to swallow her in an open embrace... The mother ocean was rising up...to greet her...

Cp: 97/100

A small yelp came from Lailah, as the snowy wolf was splashed with water from her laughing master. Irihi made a teasing face and abruptly dove underwater before she could retaliate, while the snowy wolf pup unhappily waited, paddling around impatiently in the water, for the moment which she would be able to take revenge on her master... Another yelp escaped her however, as suddenly she was elevated into the air...sitting...

...right on Irihi's head...

"Haha...what else did you expect, Lily?" Said the laughing halfblood Hyuuga child to the grumpy wolf pup on his head. Lailah had no choice but to cling tightly to his damp long locks, so that she did not fall off.

"Mnhmn..." Said Irihi, with a sagely nod.

He wasn't about to let Lailah have another chance to scratch his cheek-...

Speaking of which, where is the bandage...?

The gauze had slipped free from his cheek sometime during the water play...

"Aww..." Groaned the boy, realizing suddenly that the raw skin on his cheek burned from contact with the water...a correction to the previous thought. It burned alot. Muttering to himself, Irihi waded out of the pool...he'll have to find Juuri, and ask the Suna Sennin for another piece of gauze for his cheek...

He found her soon enough.

She had stayed close when he was playing in the pool, after all...

"No!"

Panicking, the cry left his lips...

Something was wrong with Juuri's power...was it because of the chakra drain from saving the village yesterday...? Because a tidal wave of water had rose up from the seas...no that was no tidal wave, it was water shaped by chakra into the form of a dragon...it almost looked like the controlled form Juuri had used the previous day...except this one...there was something wrong in the dragon's gaze...

Anger.

Was that a water spirit?

Che.

He can't cut water with his Jyuuken, dammit!

"Hurry, Lailah...go get Megumi-sensei!" The halfblood Inuzuka ordered the wolf pup and with a nod, Lailah leapt off, onto his shoulder, before lightly bounding onto the ground and out of sight... As for Irihi himself... Even though it was foolish...even though the Hyuuga Elders would've yelled at him for such idiotic behavior...Byakugan flared...

...he charged straight at the water dragon...

Her chakra...

It was chaotic.

But this is...this is impossible...Juuri had been with her kekkai genkai for years...why a backlash now, of all times...?

If he could only grab the Sennin's hand...

She was not conscious...if she awakes, it'll be all right then...

He took a deep breath and held it as water cascaded onto the ship's deck, the area where he forcibly entered, the dragon winding its way through... Noticing an intruder, the dragon seemed to be entirely devoted to repelling his advance now and did not further invade the deck...

The terrified screams of the other passengers were silent to his ears...

Cold.

The water to his skin...

So dense...

This pressure...

What sort of water was this...it was hard to move through...it felt like thousands of needles were piercing his skin...

But he couldn't just leave her there...

Megumi was walking at a relaxed pace (for her, anyway.) She was keeping pace with the ship.... And then she heard Irihi. She looked to the ship, and in two impossibly long strides, she had bounded up the side of the ship, and her first instinct, of course, was to cut it in half. Unfortunately, she had a feeling that that just wouldn't work. She had a stroke of brilliance. She rolled over in the air and brought her katanas down at its skull, the blunt sides of the blade leading the tips toward its brow. But she wasn't done yet. No. Megumi always thought three moves in advance. Hell, she had three brains to do it with, right? Two other Megumi's appeared beside her mid-swing. One had green eyes and was jacket-less, the other had red eyes, and was shirtless (and jacket-less, as it were.)

Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Shadow Doppelganger Technique)
Unlike the normal Bunshin no Jutsu (Art of the Doppelganger), this jutsu does not create illusions, but real bodies of the user. The user's chakra is evenly distributed among every clone. This could be very dangerous if the user is low on chakra or makes too many clones (like with Tajū Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Multiple Shadow Clone Technique). Kage Bunshin can't be detected by Byakugan. This is because the clones are real bodies with real chakra circulatory systems, identical to the user. The real one also cannot be detected by the Sharingan. Because the clones are basically real, they can perform Jutsu and real damage on their target, and can take some hits themselves, being even able to bleed, although they'll still disappear when enough damage has been done, which is usually after one blow or fatal attack. Since the clones are exact replicas of the user, one can use them in combination with many other techniques.
Cp cost: 10 per bunshin and resulting CP divided by number of Clones created
Damage: Each bunshin deals the same damage as you.
Requirements: Chakra 50+, Must be from Konoha or taught by a Leaf Ninja
Training days: 20 days

Both brothers grab a katana that struck the dragon, and both form a tiger seal at the hilt... A shinobi might know what was coming next... Megumi (and co.) had created a single, long, thin object out of two separate long, thin objects. "Brothers: Ryuka no jutsu!" Fire would blast down the length of the dragon, and due to the nature of water and heat, anyone surrounded by water affected by the jutsu would be completely unharmed. But the damage to the dragon would be immense, to say the least. They both were focused intently on their goal, and completely ignored all thoughts to Megumi's modesty or their cover. Apparently, Both of them cared enough about her that they were willing to protect her and the ones she loved, disregarding her secondary wants. They really were a close family.

Katon: Ryuka no Jutsu (Fire Release - Dragon Fire Technique)
After binding the opponent, the user blows a large torrential burst of fire usually along a length of cord, guide wire, or any other long thin object.
Cp cost: 55
Damage: 40 - 70 + chk mod
Requirements: Fire Affinity, Chakra 25+, Chakra Control 30, long thin object.
Training days: 5 days

Ugh...

This water...

He was forced to keep his eyes tightly closed: the sheer pressure would've otherwise harmed them. However, the power of the Byakugan was with him, and even with his eyes tightly shut, he could still see thanks to his Byakugan's field of vision...

Juuri-san...

In the black and white world of the Byakugan, he saw her easily enough, suspended lightly in the center of the vortex of the dragon... Her chakra system...the flow was so chaotic... There was...it was definite...there was a grievous price to the Fujiko's bloodlimit... Speaking to the spirits...water summoning...

No.

Destroying that dragon won't help, wouldn't it...?

It would only merely take more of her chakra, to recover itself...

Until death...

Shamans are supposed to stay in isolation.

Had the spirits resented what she had done for the villagers?

He couldn't allow that...

But what is it that he could do! Against that water spirit...

Tenketsu.

He still have his Jyuuken, didn't he...?

"Irihi!" All three of the clones knew that the only thing to do was to stop the chakra flow... Irihi was looking for something. Most likely something to do with his Jyuuken... Those seemed to be the only choices... Jyuuken or Gogyou fuuin. But Megumi needed to know where to hit. They were still free of the thing, but finding a hand-sized target in all of this was going to be difficult as all hell. And even that might not be enough... Merely disrupting the chakra, not canceling it. It could easily result in the thing just taking even more chakra from Juuri.

There wasn't much of anything they could do. It would take Jyuuken, and its ability to not only disrupt, but to cut off, chakra flow. So once again... "Irihi!" There's not going to be a way to do much of anything for Megumi. They only had two viable options for themselves: kill Juuri or let the thing run amok. The first was unacceptable, and the second was intolerable.

They would have to settle for finding her, just in case. The three jumped back and began to scan the scene with six eyes, hoping that by finding her physical form they would be able to think of something new. But there wasn't anything new... Somewhere deep down, Megumi knew that this all rode on Irihi and his ability to work Jyuuken. So the plan changed. It wasn't to kill it or to neutralize it. It was to find Juuri and distract it long enough for Irihi to find what he was looking for and to act on it.

Fear.

He was afraid.

The crushing pressure of this water...like the jaws of death.

Under the assault from this torrential rush, it was hard to go forth, needless to imagine concentrating on his own chakra for his Byakugan...the Eye of his Doujutsu guiding his path...forward...forward...

Where...

Smooth chakra lines...chaotic flow, but...

Where is it...?

'One cannot see the tenketsu...'

Nyame-sama's words...

'Unless one truly means to see it.'

Truly means...?

'It is not something that is acquired. From the beginning, the Power had been there...'

From the beginning...

Then...it was not something that had not been present...but himself...

Give me...

...give me...power...

I wish...to save her!

Tairu made his way up the long mountain path until he reached the mighty river that flowed into Konoha. Tairu got his academy scroll and read the instructions. He only had to swim across the river. Tairu set the scroll down and walked over to the rivers edge. Tairu stood at the bank looking at the opposite side; it was a little farther then he thought it was. "Alright here we go!" Tairu yelled as he jumped in. The cold water sent shivers up Tairu's spine. Tairu put the cold out of his mind and started swimming towards the opposite banks.

The water was cold and his clothes felt heavy but Tairu persevered. As he swam out further into the river Tairu realized that he was already a third of the way across. Wow, this is going to be a piece of cake. Tairu thought at he continued swimming across the river. Tairu kicked hard with his legs in order to stay above the water's surface. His metal leg guards were really starting to weigh him down and it took a lot of strength to compensate for their weight in the water. I can do this Tairu thought as he powered his way through the water.

Tairu just kept on swimming and watched as the far bank became the near bank, and the near bank became the far bank. Tairu was now two thirds of the way across the river and he was still going strong. Alright almost there! Tairu thought after he passed through the strongest part of the current. Tairu looked at the opposite bank hopefully, By the time the next academy session starts up I'm going to be physically prepared. Tairu had been training hard and he was becoming stronger with each training session. Tairu was still swimming strong as he approached the opposite bank of the river.

The weight of his leg guards finally got to Tairu as the heavy weight combined with the cold water caused his right leg to cramp up. Tairu momentarily bobbed below the water's surface and came back up again as he fought for buoyancy. Coughing up a little water that he swallowed Tairu tried to swim onward but with one leg out of commission he couldn't do it. Tairu began to tread water while he waited for his leg cramp to wear off so that he could continue swimming again.

Tairu felt his right leg's muscles ease as the cramp faded away. Tairu sat still treading water for a minute longer just to make sure that the cramp was gone. When the minute was over Tairu continued on with his swim to the opposite bank with strong enthusiasm as he came closer and closer to reaching his target. I'm almost there, I just have to keep this pace up and I'll be there in no time at all. Tairu thought as swam at a steady pace using the breast stroke style of swimming.
