"YES!" Rory shot both of his....well, of Gilda's arms in the air to celebrate as Tori turned an obstacle into a potential advantage! Monster High was in the lead, but it looked like Granite City was going to recouperate quickly...already three fresh Granite City players were skating towards Tori.
"Hey! Who do you think you are?!" Rory turned, and found himself face-to-horn with the REAL Gilda Goldstag. She did not look pleased at her boisterous mirror-image.
"Ulp." Rory gulped, and his illusion wavered and vanished. "S-sorry! I was...I was practicing disappearing for disappearing club."
Gilda rolled her eyes, muttering something about identity theft and went back to her own cheering for Monster High. Rory blushed and went to sit back down when-
"Rory! Thought it was you!" Rory shuddered. It was Marceline's big brother Kriminel - the reason Rory had been hiding in the first place! Rory turned and plastered on a big, hopefull-not-super-nervous smile.
"Oh, h-hey, Kr-kriminal. I didn't see you over there." Oh, manster...Marceline's parents were sitting next to him too! To Rory's dismay, they all slid over to make room for him to sit. Rory thought back to meeting them at Fangsgiving. They were all very nice...though Rory was pretty sure Kriminal HAD eaten the souls of any previous boofriends Marceline had dated. And now that he and Marcy were broken up-
"Lookit our ghoul out there!" Kriminal pointed at Marceline on the racetrack. "She representin' New Goreleans like a BOSS!"
Something dawned on Rory. Marceline's family...didn't know that they had broken up!!!

After Draconia's "sowah" comment, Harry knew he had to fix the mess he made right away! He knew this was come sort of sporting contest but important things like peace and love came first! All sporting events did was divide monster who should be united....ANYWAY....
"I gotta jet down to Tori and make peace with her! She shall not be sowah but filled with powah....the powah of peace and love. PEACE AND LOVE!"
Before his date could stop him, Harry hurried down the aisle. He tripped over Akito's tail and almost squished Essi.
"Whoa...sorry, groovy cosmic ghoul! I gotta see a troll about a plant but we should talk later about how un-zen I was! Peace out!"
The Sidhe prince went down to the fencing and hopped onto the track. He started waving at the approaching Tori.
"PEACE AND LOVE! PEACE AND LOVE! I GREET YOU IN THE NAME OF PEACE AND LOVE!"

"Huh?".....
Essi had been too busy staring at that one blue guy from the last...round? half time inning? Some dude named Nero. He was about to be stung by were-bees or not? Even though their stings didn't do not but leave a purple blotch on Akito's face...they didn't do nothing to Nero. Or maybe they did I mean his skin tone could be hiding it.
And then her foot and tail were stomped on...
"Dawghraha!!!!" she yelled. The feet didn't hurt as much the tail at least. the green guy could have been burnt...
"What are you?....are you quite serious?!" Nope she wasn't going to get involved again. Nope. Portal opened up under her. She was transported towards
wherever Marceline was.

Demona saw Harry climb over the fence the was leaning on.
"well they can't blame me."
She jumped the fence in one fluid motion, truth be told this wasn't the first time Dee has jumped a fence.
She stood beside the bench then went back to hexting on her phone. She wasn't even remotely interested in the game. She didn't even know who MH was playing against. She looked over to see the opposite team....the boulder blunders?
"Hey You're not allowed back here!" Clawd yelled
"Yeah? Well neither is he, and he's on the track" Demona pointed to Harry who was still flailing his arms around.
Clawd ran off to go rally Harry in and Get him off the track before something dangerous happened..
But Granite City had other plans..

"Harry, what are you-" Draconia tried to say, but Harry was off like a shot. Only cold iron would have been able to catch a fairy THAT determined. Essi's yelp was the next thing Draconia could react to.
"Essi are you-" But even THEN Draconia couldn't get a full sentence out, as an empty hole in space opened under Estrella and seemed to swallow her up. Draconia was left by herself on the creature bleachers.
"Well, isn't this a fine kettle of tea." Draconia harumph-ed. The New Dead were out on the track. Harry was out on the track. And now DEMONA was out on the track. And according to the SKRM rules, if they weren't on the team, they were considered obstacles! And in SKRM, obstacles were meant to be conquered.
"Oh, DO look out! Please be scareful!" Draconia tried to call out, but her pleas were drowned by the cheering of the rest of the crowd.

"Come on, come on come on come on-YESSSS!" Atomica stood up as Cassie crossed the finish line. She high-fived her little Trouble Tribe-mate and stood up. "Now it's MY turn."
She looked across at Rocco, who was directing traffic for his team. Three Gargoyles were barreling towards Tori, who was covered in Obstacles (aka, the New Dead and soon to be Harry Herne.) Rocco gave her a stony grin.
"This little distraction ain't gonna help you!" He sneered at the New Dead chain as Tori barreled towards the next obstacle. "We've got an ace in the hole."
Atomica said nothing. She just turned her speakers up to 11 and started to play a Motivating Song as she skated out onto the track.
"Rising up
Back on the street
Did my time, took my chances
Went the distance,
Now I'm back on the street
Just a manster and his will to survive!"
That's right. Atomica had the Eye of the Were-Tiger.

"Get off the track! Get off the track!! Get off the track!!" Tori yelled, waving frantically for Harry to move out of her way!
"LOOK OUT!!" Harry continued to move towards her, and suddenly She was pushed forcefully, Feeling the impact from behind three times!
"Ah! Ouf!! OW!!" She grunts propelled forward, she collided with Harry falling on top of him and New Dead, tripping over their skates landing of top of the pile up!
"We know Trolls are SLOW, but tripping over your self AHAHA!!" The Three geered and laughed having zipped passed her!
"NO!" She screamed struggling to get up but couldn't as new dead was currently on top of her. "They are almost in the lead!!"

He tripped over Akito's tail and almost squished Essi.] After the tree -hugging do-gooder steps on his tail, the shirtless kitsune yelps a sad, painful yelp as if a cat was just forced into water. His ears flatten to his head as his eyes go wide in pain... Before he knew it Essi opens a portal and no thanks to Harry, he goes toppling through with her!! "Oof....."

Tori Underbridge "NO!" She screamed struggling to get up but couldn't as new dead was currently on top of her. "They are almost in the lead!!" A player down! Wait... Does this mean... Nekki turned to look at the bench beside her. Empty... This was her time to shine!! Yes!!! Nekki bolts off of her seat and on to the track, zipping straight past Clawd without even letting him give her the A.O.K. Zoom! Her lightweight bodice helped her climb the inclines. Laying on her fishy tail, front wheels controlling the direction and back wheels controlling the drift. Zip! Past a gargoyle. Looking behind her for a second, she see's his face puzzled with confusion. Is this against the rules? She's coming towards Tori. The loud mean troll who silenced her with her enthusiasm. She knocks off a corpse to lessen the weight of the trolls pile. Boom! Using her tail strength, she leaps over a thorny obstacle. Bees aren't much of a problem if her carcass-like vessel was dead enough not to feel external pain. Because she was low to the ground, I was easier to feel the earth beneath her move, warning her of what's ahead.

"Is this what they mean by deja vu?"....Essi asked to no one in particular even though she noticed Akito had fallen next to her. Ooops!! Today was not his day huh?..
Essi got up carefully, they landed in a semi safe spot...no obstacles near here..at the starting line, plenty toward the finish. The flowers and bee's were still there, the vines were holding some fish boy by the legs however. Lin can't blame that one on her!
She sighed. Harry was going to get killed again. Oh that's why it felt like deja vu..but some ghoul hopping the fence and Atomica blasting a song her step family be head banging to in the car, just a normal day at Monster High?
Something made Essi look toward her pouch....why was it ripped? HOW did it get RIPPED? Portals started appearing everywhere. On the arena, in the audience, and unbeknowist to her...the bat rooms.
"No...nononononononono.....no no..." Panicked Essi.

"Wheeee!" Glen chirped scarily as he skated quickly out to the starting line for Heat Two! Nero and the rest did spooktacular! But now that Tori crashed, Glen was going to get his chance on the track!
He skidded to a halt (not one of his specialties) beside Atomica and turned to look up at the stands, and beamed as he saw his mom in the crowd, seated beside his Auntie Glinda and Fiona. He waved at them and then turned to Atomica, absolutely agoggle with hexcitement!"Fastboo Special?"

Melody Nocturna "Oh ghoul I'm surprised you haven't found me annoying yet.."
"Never!" Shad had told her before making their way up into the screechers to find a seat. Ordiscarily Shad watched these events from the shadows below the stands due to his jumpiness, but he couldn't hexpect a scary cool ghoul like Melody to do that!
Now that the first heat had finished with Nero crossing the finishing line first, it was anybluddy's game in the championship!
Shad returned to his seat beside Melody, holding an armload of snacks being sold by the boodent disembody. He had a seat and offered some to Melody."How are we doing out there?"

Cass rolled to the bench her feet aching (if they could ache) from the new pairs of skates. She reached down to unlace them then she saw Atomica on the track, suddenly were bright red flashing lights on the screens. In front of the monsters the tracks were moving by themselves! an hextremely difficult Obstacle! As no monster knew if the fork in the track would lead them to the finish line quicker, or lead them deeper into the catacombs.
"No one's used this obstacle for years!" Robecca hexclaimed
"why?" Cassandra asked hoping it wasn't because of anything really really bad.
"Too dangerous, I don't understand what's going on this shouldn't be happening. We didn't prepare for this" Clawd ran his claws through his hair as he looked up to the screens.
"Luckly we did" mumbled a gargoyle, smirking as he looked at the finish line.
Cassandra looked around 'what do i do.. what do i do I have to help, I cant help... I cant do anything I...'
Cassandra's mind raced she needed to help her teammates but.. how? first things first she needed to calm down to breathe to not let this happen now. Its too important to freak out now.
"breathe in for 4 seconds and out for 8." Demona sneered down at Cassandra. "and dont think this makes us friends just because I gave you a tip."
"H-how do you.." Cassandra tried to control her breathing but it came out shakey.
"My mother, for the record I still don't like you" Dee went back down to looking at her I coffin.
Cass tried to calm herself, the noise of the crowds, everything became too much.
Demona rolled her eyes. "You're not doing what I said"
"I'm Trying!" Cass ran her hands though her hair.
"No you're not you're letting it win. Think of something else....like..what are you wearing to the howliday ball"
Cassandra and Demona talked. Demona asking questions about things relating to what Cassandra liked and by the end of it, her fanxiety wasnt acting up anymore
"just so you know I still hate you. And that was torture to me...Also...Wear your hair down, You wear it up too often an updo wouldn't be that much of a statement. Besides, everyone wears their hair up at those things" She didnt even look up from her phone

From the bottom of the draugr/troll/Sidhe pile, Harry's arm reached towards the stands as if begging for help. As if he was saying "Save me from this angry troll ghoul!" And of course he got an answer because the Erlking's subjects were always watching out for their prince. A platoon of goblins exploded from under seats, cracks in the walls, and from the ceiling above. THEY WOULD SAVE THE YOUNG MASTER!
"WE WILL SAVE THE YOUNG MASTER!"
I just wrote that, duh. Anyway, the whole platoon rushed towards the pile o'monsters. They just happened to be in Marceline's way. Oops.
