thank you who ever you are i do belive we have not met by juging by your hackign skills you have there databace of who is on the rebels. also a proxy only last for so long you might want to *gestures for him to let him tinker(if so read this if not read point 2)
(point 1) reconfiger the proxy to run through multiple routers as well as this channle and this ip here and this (states and gives miltary offisland ip and proxy routers that he would not normaly know about) dont try and back trace them they are mine i will know so will most of the armys in the world but that will leave the tracing prosses near imposable as long as you keep it under 10 minuets each hack and restart as the ip proxys are floating there for they chage ips each time makeing it near imposable to track unless you have the master ip at the moment athat would be your little book there, oh and i can upgrade that book if you want with extra firewalls and more sorftwaer cability if you can get me some parts . well one of the bio solders main guns shhould do atucly thinking about it same cpu proptys to power my guns*buingu laugths*

for the first time since he arived at the island his eyes lit up with happyness as he started peicing it back together in a difrent configration one htat seemed to maxmise the heat output from the cpus while also puting a emmison sink on top to transpher that into energy to give its batery more life while ramping up the power outage. he takes somethign out his right arm and puts it inside the pad and puts the rest back on and it boots up in nano seconds and goes to a govermont login screen where buingu types somethign enabling the proxies for him and closes that down and removes the chip* that was just for accses other than that you wont need that chip but this one*pulls out a tiny chip from his arm* this one .. you shouldnt have in here but meh never hurt to ramp up a cpu and add a extra terbite in prosesing power at the same time *puts it on the mother borad and fires up his arm cannon on the lowest seting and starts soldring the componants then fixes it all back togeter* that shoudl ramp up efficeny by about 600% of what it was as well as increas your hackign effectivness jsut keep it under 10 minuets or they could back trace you if they wanted. witch is signifntly longer than your .. lone proxy at 2 minuets .. wait .. *mumbles something* sorry got calcation wrong on the proxies its 1/2 hour hacking thats long enought to hack the most sucure network in the worl thourh with that now if your good enought but i think your better ok dont dissapoint* buingu finishes his rants and mumbing and hands it back* happy.. now i need a gun to fix my arm again *sighs* never mind its only down 5 % efficency at the mment nothing i cant compsate.

sorry wrong type of gun i need one of my guns o f the bio solders the pulse rifles. also *changes right arm back to hand and squases his sholder slightly* miltary ggrade metal deflect bullites yes force impacts will still kill you and hurt you more than normal... may need to comsate for that by shapeshiftign good abilitys. *buigun sighs* shame the main wepon of most of the enmie seem to be my pulse rifle alouw me to demstrate*fires a small pulse from my cannon and he feels the plates in his body shift slightly back into him then resetle* if a pulse rifle where to hit you you would die. however most high ransk use ocnvental wepons like bulliets these however*changes his cannon to acelrate a rock to hit him* bounce and are deflected due to the force beeing spred out much like kevlar armour though knives fac go through so cna blades as these are slow. thats the problem with most kevlar but plate armour bypasses this BUT you need to be cerful even the plate has 'chinks' that could be exploted for example joins have limited protection*shots the pebble into his armpit and he feels it hit his bone* see no protection any way teh pebble is harmles its about a milmiter in size heck it could even act as armour at some point god i need to stop thinking so much i havent had a think like this in ages its nice to unwinde8buingu smiles*

intresting so nano weave materials are possable hmm and the aparance hcnage is sorta a mix with you and your abilitys. you still do have the problem with blunt force rember that .*smiles* also who says im not buliet proof *takes the gun and shoots it at my own head and the bullet hits and seems to dispate its energy* hurts like heck but still stops. pulse wepons actuly hurt less so im at a advantage there however *takes a rock and shashes it makeing it sharp and cuts myself* i am still vanrable to close combat. and nano weave yes grants protection hwere it shouldnt but it is still less than the plate. so even with the advance armour there are chinks just less . and harder than normal chinks but i geussing you still have nerve clusters above that or you would not be able to feel unless there useing biotic metals in what case the single would pass through hmm*buingu ponders* the speed of there advancemnt is desturbing and there acsess to miltary protytypes is allso some one wants htis thought and no matter the cost wants it contained .. any way *buingu smles* i need to ponder and hack remotely through your book*it springs to life and you see a small icon in hte corner saying im conected and hacking* you can hack as well and it will act as a difrent pc so my hacking will not effect your time *smiles and nods* oh and yes im cheating and useing my mind a direct link . dont worry thought to try and ovride the comands you havve to beat the human mind and that is imposable to hack unless you had a ai working with you and from what i saw that is the ONE peice of tech they do not have.on there side*buigu walks away from him and a message appers on his pad* also i can talk to you through here and you to me. jsut as advice i like to keep a eye on hackers when im cybnetic force of habit sorry

Locutus shook his head "why no, I don't have any pistols on my person at the moment". In truth his pistols were at his sides, like always, but he would never let another person borrow them. He smiles at him and whispers "well if you like her I'd give it some time, honestly". He smirked at him and said, almost silently "if you want to date her, I'd wait until she's at least a couple months old".
