Howlite did not have the same hesitations as Wolframite, as she knew little of Linarite and her betrayal. She waited, however, throughout Zink's conversation through golden wall, standing by until she was acknowledged by both nearby General and General King. When she was, she snapped a salute, before speaking, to the point. The blonde wouldn't take up more of their time than necessary.
"Sir," her tone was respectful as she addressed Zinkenite, despite her curious dark eyes. "Do we have our marching orders?" The group needed command, full of the bruised and newly awakened. The one known as Ares had left her own, to examine the rank and file of the Negaforce, and there was no telling how much longer they would have to regroup.
She was not the only officer waiting to be led, after all.
While the group knew their basic orders, and could attack individually, they were much stronger as a unit, and for this second part of battle, might need to work more cohesively with their new allies.
Unlike some of the Negaverse agents, Howlite held no disdain for the darkened senshi. Of course, she'd never been tortured by them, either.

“Yes… that’s what happens when you think you have only one option left.” His words were weary, they had both cared about the team a great deal after all, Zinkenite had seen her very shortly after she had changed, and he had forgotten that Wolframite had not.
“It’s my fault she didn’t know of the BMC.” He said through gritted teeth. “I could not have foreseen the consequences. “ But he hadn’t realized they could change her that way. He should have anticipated. She was the key to his determination to know as much as he could about every member of the Dark Kingdom, every tie they had, every whisper they made into the ears of the Senshi and the other way around. He must find a way.
“Are you going to be alright?” he asked firmly, he needed to know that they wouldn’t loose him to fear or madness when they needed him most.
He blinked and glanced at Howlite before lifting his chin with a small smile. “For now, we wait.” He said but his tone was heavy with amusement. “Time for now IS on our side, The wall must come down, it will come down, so for now, rest, help the wounded, assist our…ally, with her new commands if you can, they are bound to be disoriented but they are on the side of Chaos.”

Wolframite smiled a bit when the salute rose and he thought how Zinkenite must feel about it, not to mention how silly it seemed to a salute nowadays. He missed them, but remembered when he was a green-horn and was scolded for saluting his superiors for bringing attention to them and notifying the entire world of their rank. Though, now, it was clear that Zink, with his energy signature, was higher ranking.
He was curious as to what the BMC had to do with all of this and Lina, and he waited till Zink was done addressing the other officer before resuming their conversation, in no way wanting to get between business and hungry curiosity at this point. They all had a situation to deal with and a battle to resume and take from a new angle, but he didn't want to let the subject drop to never have it come up again.
"I'll be fine." He stressed, not sure what he would do or think if he did cross Lina in battle, but knowing he was expected to maintain his head and sanity during the fight. He certainly made no promise, but he felt he could keep his wits to some degree. The berserker rage he felt before was all but cold now. Now all he felt was the dull pains from various attacks and the scratch marks on his face from Sailor Maia. He wondered if he could find his eyepatch somewhere too, but glancing about, knew it was lost for the remainder of the battle.
"What does the BMC have to do with this?" It was a concern he felt a fight to have. He was wary of them, and Zinkenite had been there in that dreaded Chamber to know he had his concerns. Of course, he had already been given his lesson on loyalty and was not tolerating the DMC to only the barest degree.

The freckled lieutenant responded with a firm nod, to both ranking males. There was nothing else to say, and she did not belong in the tired, regretful conversation between two Generals. Perhaps she was more formal than many of the newer recruits, or even the old guard of the Negaverse, but operating under a General like Uranophane could do that to a girl.
Exiting their company, Howlite made her way to where Leto had been left to intend and instruct the newest members of the Dark Mirror Court. While she had no magic abilities, beyond an increased strength and speed, she knew how to fight, and would be willing to assist them.
They looked alright, if confused, and even Leto herself was well enough, despite what Howlite vaguely remembered from her berserk moments, when she'd attacked Scylla.

He rested a hand for a moment on Wolfram’s shoulder before answering, as though he hoped he might be able to root the young man in sanity by that small action. This battle would help shape the kind of General that Wolframite would become.
“She was in the Hospital at the time, badly injured, she nearly died. If I had told her what had happened I don’t believe there would have been any stopping her. She would have died in the rescue if she made it that far.” He sounded detached, but it was a forced detachment, severed, raw and bloody still for all the distance he had tried to put there.
“She felt… she felt she had been abandoned to the fate laid before her, she went to Castor, and I believe intending to kill him.” He paused as he turned towards the golden barrier, the sacrifice of so many civilians for this bit of magic to block him from the man who had stolen her. “He destroyed her in quite another way, or he tried. There is more than a little left of the woman we knew. She wishes to save us from the fate she still believes otherwise awaited her.”
There was something more there, something unspoken that perhaps even Zink had not explored or taken true account of. Or, perhaps he chose to ignore whatever other things prickled beneath his speech and his loss. The frustration in his eyes spoke volumes though. He wanted her back…he WOULD have her back.
He glanced after Howlite with an small approving nod at her actions, he should speak with her later, there were things he wanted to know.

When Jade had left her and the beast had appeared Menthe had been terrified. There were so many people fighting.. the magical people they'd been with this last month, new ones that looked very much like theirs.. only darker colored, and then others too in more militaristic clothes.
Attacks were flying.. people were falling.. bodies growing still as the glittering energies of them dissapeared into the surrounding around them. Everything was disorienting.. seemingly in slow motion despite the fact that it was all really moving so quickly.
Frozen in terror Menthe felt herself pushed and shoved around by people trying to flee or push through and fight. After a time she could do nothing but crouch down and cower, her hands over her head as if she were hiding from an earthquake or tornado.
It was here and she was waiting for it as patiently as one could. Waiting for her cold body to touch the road and gold glittering of her soul to join all the others.
A grand roar caused her shoulders to shiver, a whine of absolute fear escaping her. It was finally time.
Only suddenly... She felt herself standing, something gripped within her hands, embraced and swaddled in cloth that hadn't been there the moment before. And beside her stood three more, the four of them standing guard over the Princess she had up until now only seen from a far.
Celsus appeared, breaking her from her breathless staring of confusion and wonder. His words were short and simple, but they somehow went a long way in settling her mind around the idea of what was going on.
She was a knight of Chronos. The princess. And their captain? Her heart fluttered despite the fact that she didn't really know the woman. Not here and now.. and yet there it was.. that clenching in her throat.
"Tiananmen page..." She offered softly to Celsus, clutching her weapon to her chest. "Tell me what I can do to help and I will..."The battle had been hard, the loses unimaginable. As she watched civilians fall left and right and dark senshi emerge and join the fray she had felt an overwhelming feeling of grief and dispair. There was so much darkness, an overwhelming and engulfing amount that seemed impossible to surmount even with so many on their side working towards it.
When the blow was struck and all the last of the civilians fell, leaving behind a gift of protection Polaris almost fell to her knees. Instead she made her way towards the barrier, settling on the ground beside it as tears stained her cheeks.
If she'd noticed the explosion of knights of Chronos, she hadn't really acknowledged it. While it was true any ally to the light was her ally.. they weren't otherwise connected to her in any way. All she knew was that there were 60 or so civilians that had been in the surrounding. And end the end she had failed them all.
Not one body remained... not one would make it back home despite her many promises over the past month. Civilians had always been one of the most important things to the senshi of magnetism and the blow resignating from the loss of all of them was excruciating.
Why was it like this...? Why didn't they ever have enough power..? Her mind drifted to the aliens that had once been on earth.. enemies that had in just seconds become allies before the negaverse brutally slaughtered them against the very shield they'd put up to save the senshi.
Once again Polaris had failed to protect them. And yet here they were in all their energy and last grips of life.. placing a wall of protection over her. A wall that she refused to leave even as other made their way off to recoup and regroup.

And here was his princess. Leo could not indulge any longer in his own grief or anger; he'd been approached, finally, and despite every feeling inside him revolting, he stood up. He gripped Chronos' hand tightly, tears drying on his face, and used his free hand to swing his cape up and around to blot the rest of them away. Virgo hadn't come back yet. It had literally been hours -- perhaps only a couple, but hours -- and she hadn't returned. He didn't have faith that she would return anymore. He would deal with that on his own time. For now, he had his princess, and he needed to take care of her. He could do that, couldn't he? At the very least. Drawing Chronos over, he slipped his arms around her in a hug, gathering her close with his fingertips pressed lightly between her shoulder blades. If anyone could understand what he was feeling, even a fraction... no, no one could understand. Not really. But Chronos could come close, and aside from that, it was his duty to protect her in any way he could. And what did he have left, anyhow, aside from his duty? "It will be all right," He whispered, cheek firmly against her hair. "Have patience, it... will be all right." Why was he telling her things he didn't believe himself? Because there was still time. Perhaps Virgo would come back. How many times would they die, anyhow? How many times could they really die before the cosmos was finally through with them? Drawing back, he passed a hand over her hair, a comforting pat like he would a child. He wasn't being patronizing; he just had no idea how to comfort otherwise. What else could he say? Turning away, he slid his hand down Chronos' arm and took her hand again, giving it a reassuring squeeze as he addressed the crowd at large. " Knights of Chronos," he called, his voice carrying, not wavering. "Come meet your Princess. We have things to discuss." Now it was time for business. He could continue to fall apart later, after all these senshi, at least, got home safely. All these knights. Even if they'd completely failed every civilian who had entrusted their life to them.

He looked back at his friend and considered the recent news, not knowing exactly how Lina had crossed over to the other side. His first reaction was disbelief that a general who had once vowed to him, while he first lost his eyes, to kill Castor would be on their side. She had always been faithful, loyal, and a great officer. He had doubts that she would have just changed all that on a whim. It seemed that he was right on that matter, and Castor had done something to her to make her go against all that she loved and had faith in. He made her a traitor, and if it seemed impossible, he hated him more. "Castor." He said under his breath. "He has to be killed. If he can do that to one of our most faithful, he's a even greater threat then I already knew." That and it was just something to tack on the long list of reasons why they had to strike him out from the face of Earth, Space, or whatever place they would be thrown to next.
It also hurt to think that she had been injured and probably vulnerable to whatever had happened to her to change her to that. "Does she remember?" He asked, not sure what exactly would happen to her to make her fight against them. "Remember all of us?"
He wished he had been there, but considering he was a prisoner, he had had no option to be there by Lina's side when she probably needed support the most. If they had all been there, her team to provide support, she might not have gone off and changed into what Castor forced her into.

Sailor Leto nodded at Ares' command. "Name and Sphere, got it." She laughed when Ares told her to teach them how to throw a punch- at least that was something she was good at. While she may have been confused and mislead as a BMC White Moon Senshi and attacked people who should've been their allies, at least one good thing came from it; she sure as hell learned how to fight. She watched her leader disappear into the crowd of Chaos agents to speak with the Negaverse Commanders, before turning her attention back to a few new faces. When Kestrel came up to Leto she smiled and looked her over quickly. "What's going on is that you are now a member of the Dark Mirror Court. We are Senshi, much like them," she pointed to the White Moon Senshi on the other side of the golden shield. "But we are different in that we fight for different causes. One day, they will all be on our side- they just need Ares, who made you one of us, to make them understand." "Today... Your duty is to protect that," she pointed to the Great Youma. "And fight along side the Negaverse, who are the other people around us. Other Agents of Chaos. "But first! We need to find you a Guardian Cat to find out your name and what you are the Senshi of." She took Kestrel's hand and led her into the group of people in search of a cat. "My name is Super Sailor Leto, by the way. Senshi of Camoflage." When she spoke those words they were stopped by a blond Negaverse Agent ( Howlite). She nodded at the agent as she wiped blood from the side of her mouth where Gunn had hit her, her jaw rather swollen. She grinned a lop-sided grin at the girl. "Seen any cats on our side today? I have some lost newbies in need of a name."

“Most of it, defiantly not all, she’s forgotten conversations, god knows what else.” He said clenching his fist. “One day, one day we will have him, rip off his wings, take his crystal, drag his broken body down into the rift. We can either take her before the source of our power or let the WALL take him and do what they will. A quick death, an easy death is too good for him and I promised her once I wouldn’t kill him.”
A small pause and he turned with glittering eyes. “How fortunate that you are bound by no such promise, but I will not see you die for it Wolframite, I want to see what kind of General you are going to be, I will see you achieve great things, you will be the first of many to do great and new things.”

Howlite's grin was instantaneous, wide and equally off-center at the greeting. She had no issues answering friendliness with equal warmth, and her dark eyes scanned the group of DMS before returning to Leto.
"There aren't many," she admitted, though she didn't know them all personally. Hiro, she knew, worked to train others, but there was another cat, as well, a female. Dahlia. Another scan finally brought the corrupted guardian in question to her attention, and she signalled her when their eyes met. All of the guardians were being kept pretty busy by the awakenings, both dark and light, and it might be some time before the pretty cat was able to make her way over to them.
"She should be able to help," The blonde agent remembered her manners, then, and reached out a hand in proper greeting to Leto. "Lieutenant Howlite," she introduced herself.

It was a long and quiet span of time for those brave senshi and knight trapped within the golden dome beneath which Chronos Castle spent the night. There was nothing they could do but prowl the confines of their well-meaning cage of protection and listen to the plans for which they could only brace themselves to defend.
It was incredibly simple really. Those forces of Chaos had been biding their time all night, simply waiting for the return of the reserves they knew were coming. The Dark Mirror Court had proved itself more than useful in this protracted siege. Not only did their mirror travel enable them to move back and forth between places with an ease the Negaverse officers could only wish for, but they had been the ones to quietly infiltrate the ranks of the civilians to wreak havoc.
Now their energy had been replenished, their Great Monster creation had roared through the night its need to drink the energy of Order warriors, and it was time that the Negaverse showed its true power. Their weapons were charged with the energy of civilians back in their home city, drained over time and in the efforts of General Painite. Even a few precious star seeds had been sacrificed to give to them the power required.
The shield didn't stand a chance. It was made only of the lives of civilians and though they could keep out the beast and its minions for so long, they could not withstand a fully-powered onslaught of those miles and miles above them in power. One by one they rippled away from that awful force concentrated on the barrier where it met the center of the road, peeling away like the leaves on a head of lettuce before resoundingly cracking.
The shock wave shook them all but everyone held their ground. No one was unprepared. The battle had begun anew.
Quote: The battle has resumed! You will not be rolling dice in this round of play so please stay tuned for later instructions. Civilians are, unfortunately, still caught in the barrier. This is for powered characters only.

There was nothing anyone could say or do to even restore a glimmer of light on Nemesis' face. She was weary, exhausted, hurt, and ******** pissed. But when wasn't she pissed? The Eternal Soldier of Decay sat by herself, her head resting in the palm of her hand, eyes downcast. It was almost like she was sleeping, but it was the closest she could come to actual rest while the barrier was still standing strong. Actual rest wasn't going to come, not until she obliterated every Negaverser's face, and kicked every DMC senshi's a** to the curb. Even then, she wouldn't be satisfied, because they had failed. Losing so many civilian lives couldn't be called anything but a failure.
It was making her resolution to not kill everyone without a second thought easy to ignore. How else could all the lives lost be repaid in some form? If she was strong enough, she'd cover the entirety of the Surrounding with the blood of those who aligned themselves with Chaos. She'd do it happily, and give a proper '******** you' to anyone who protested her actions. She wasn't hardened enough to be in the BMC for no reason.
If she wanted to genuinely be useful, she'd check up on the other senshi and knights and see how they were all holding up. If she wanted to be genuinely useful, she would have done more for the civilians when she first arrived in space. But, Nemesis had always done things her way. She had slacked off as much as possible (which for her, frustrating at the time, was not enough). She had never been a good listener, or a good team player. It was a wonder the Dream Team and now the BMC put up with her.
Her gaze lifted, her expression speaking more than words would. She didn't want to talk it up, or chit chat. She wanted that barrier down so she could make people pay. If she was in a better mood, she'd joke with herself and say she liked beating Chaos for fun. She was in a bad mood, though, so she really was just going to try and beat the crap out of as many nameless faces as possible.

At some point exhaustion had overwhelmed the new Dark Mirror Senshi, and she'd slept, though not particularly soundly. Dreams plagued by images of falling debris and smoke, familiar faces lost to tragic accidents and cruel twists of fate. Nightmares all, but she slept through them all, and they only served to further full the bitterness that had been welling up within her. She clung to it, that growing anger, and that would be the fuel for her inner fire. Upon waking she knew instantly where she was and what all had transpired thus far upon the battlefield, and she rose to her feet with a new resolve and purpose she'd never quite felt before. It chased away the numbing fear that had enveloped her before the mirror had shattered against her, and it left only determination and vengeance in it's wake. The humans, all of them had been lost, and it was the fault of the pristine soldiers of the white moon court, them and their zodiac. They protected nothing. In fact, they had used them to erect a shield to cower behind. Sacrificed the souls of her friends. Dead, all of them, and thought was enough to curl other pale senshi's lip in fury. There was nothing for it now though, the shield still stood, and they could not move against it. She drew a calming breath, and then another, and when she once again felt a little more normal she glanced around herself at the Negaverse army and the dark senshi gathered. A man with blue hair and goggles hanging around his neck radiate command, but it was Sailor Leto the young woman finally settled on and moved to follow, picking up on questions as she neared the Super and her fellow newly awakened. "There was a cat, it paused at my feet as I woke and whispered to me." She knew her name and sphere, but things had been incredibly chaotic, perhaps the cat had only found her. "It was gray, or dark blonde.." She paused as another woman approached, a Lieutenant by her introductions.

Leto took Howlite's hand in her own and shook it, a look of pleasant surprise on her face that now two Negaverse agents had been kind to her (Benitoite previously). Maybe being aligned with them wouldn't be so bad... Apparently Ares worked her magic and not all of them wanted her head on a silver platter. She caught a glance at Wolframite out of corner of her eye and winced; somehow she figured he would be a lot more difficult to win over. "Nice to meet you, Howlite. And thanks for pointing out the cat! Hey, if you see any other Senshi in black with these fancy sheer... things on their Fukus, that look really confused? Send them my way or make sure they don't get their a** kicked? You look like you held your own in that battle- not terribly hurt. If it's not too much to ask, have their backs, will ya? Gotta be honest, I don't have a damn clue if any of them know how to throw a decent punch let alone fight for their lives." Suddenly the ground beneath their feet shook and the barrier began to split. "Sonofabitch..." She looked at any of the other Dark Mirror Senshi around her. "Introductions will have to wait. Be ready. They're healed and they're going to be ******** relentless."
