 "I will protect my comrades no matter what!" Night Uchiha A sudden knock on the kage's door would annouce the presence of a newcomer. Moments later, it would swing open as a young boy stepped in. He was a tall boy with snow white hair and a fancy suit. It was thanks to this that the boy should have been called a butler rather than a ghost. "Hello Mizukage," he said as he came in. "It's Night Uchiha, the new guy.""Even if I have to sacrifice my life in the process!"

 ▷ ANBU Captain - Genjutsu~ Harmonious Illusion - Moon Village - Sage - Cats Summoner ◀  Rather finishing with his paper work, Miiror was working on a new project. Something that will hopefully defy that which may occur in the Chuunin Exams. But with how the reports have been flying in, he knew it was rather inevitable of what was going to happen. When his door was knocked upon, Miirror hid his writings with documents to settle above them, "Come in!" Miirror requested before blinking to the rather well dressed person that came in. This confused Miiror a little as it wasn't every day a person would were such types of clothing. Shaking this off, Miirror was about to say his usual respectful greeting until he heard the last name. 'An Uchiha...' He thought to himself as Miirror narrowed his eyes a little before slowly lighting up. There was no need for Clan rivalries now when he's a Kage. "Hai. I am Mii-rror Daiga. It is a pleasure. Is there something that you need?"

"I will protect my comrades no matter what!" Night Uchiha Night looked up as the taller shinobi, Mirror, addressed him. He hadn't really ever seen the Mizukage before, except in pictures and other art forms, so he couldn't help but stare for a few moments. However, he quickly snapped back to normal, walking up to the man and bowing respectively. "I just thought I'd want to meet with the kage for once," he said in a well mannered tone. "A new genin needs to know who he's serving after all. And..." Standing back up, Night would reach in his pocket and take out a slim piece of paper. "I'd like your permission to begin my training," he continued. "Even if I'm probably not going to be in the upcoming Chunin Exams, I still don't want to be left in the dust by all the seniors." Rolling up the paper, he would pocket it before waiting for the Mizukage's response. That paper was of course just for effect. What he needed...were scrolls. "Even if I have to sacrifice my life in the process!"

▷ ANBU Captain - Genjutsu~ Harmonious Illusion - Moon Village - Sage - Cats Summoner ◀ At first, Miirror's thoughts were fixed on how the Uchiha acted. Arrogant...Cocky... Irritable. But this one, was rather polite. Much more polite than the man he had faced up with before. Seeing very few traits in this bow, Miirror bowed respectfully back, "I see. I do like to as well, see who is serving out nation. But it seems you have been promoted to Genin rank if you are standing before me. I think, the best person for you to train under, is myself. We both possess ocular powers. I'm sure, I can help you awaken yours and have you progress more effectively." Miirror said, surprised a little at his own words, for helping an Uchiha grow stronger. The rivalry between his and the Uchiha Clan dates way back to the beginning. But this Uchiha is different than the one's he has met. Teaching him and cultivating him away from the mistakes his brethren make, may change the outlook that the Uchiha get from his Clan and bring birth to a new generation of 'bettered' personality.

"I will protect my comrades no matter what!" Night Uchiha Night was a bit surprised at Mirror's words. He had just become a genin a few days ago, fresh off the block, and yet he was going to be trained by the kage himself. The idea left Night silent for a few moments, taking in all that was happening. Mirror had said that he'd help him awaken his. Did he know about the Sharingan resting dormant within him. It wouldn't have been hard to figure out, considering Night was an Uchiha and all. Still, Night was curious. Had Mirror trained the Sharingan before? He probably had in his years of being a Shinobi. However, this wasn't what Night really found curious. Mirror had also mentioned that he had "ocular powers." What exactly did he have hidden in those eyes of his? Finally, Night would bow again to the Mizukage. "It would be an honor to train under you," he said. "Lead and I shall follow Sensei." Standing back up he'd give a friendly smile that had strangely hid his excitement. "Even if I have to sacrifice my life in the process!"

▷ ANBU Captain - Genjutsu~ Harmonious Illusion - Moon Village - Sage - Cats Summoner ◀ Miirror smiled and nodded. Admittedly, he had never trained the Sharingan though he has fought Uchiha before. After all, the Daiga Clan does not usually see eye to eye with the Uchiha's. He has enough experience fighting them, that he can at the very least, help set Night on his right way. "Before we begin... I will have to admit something to you. I will only be your sensei up until your Sharingan becomes active. After that... someone else will take my place. But should you ever seek me, I promise that I will be there." Miirror said as he bowed, "Sumimasen." It would be shame, that Miirror could not be his permanent Sensei, but he has already been assigned three Genin before hand. Although, that does not mean, he could not take a small apprentice.
"But, if you are ready, I will meet you in Kiri's main training grounds, deep in the main forest, near the lake. Make sure you bring the pride of the Uchiha, if you are wanting to awaken the eye." Miirror hoped, although, the boy could awaken his the fabled eye. After all, not all Uchiha's are blessed with the ability to awaken the Sharingan. Hopefully his genetics will allow him to do so.

The Mizukage had all sorts of things to do, so Night was just happy to be taken on as a disciple for the time being. What he was really curious about was who would become his Sensei. Was it going to be someone strong & wise...or random & bubbly? Whoever it was, it was probably going to be someone who could handle an Uchiha...even if Night was a bit different than the average Uchiha. "It's no problem," Night said to the apology. "You have your own duties afterall." After bowing to Mirror, Night would turn and walk towards the door. "As you wish," he said over his shoulder before he left. "I'll see you in the Training Grounds." With that said, Night would close the door behind him as he made his way to Kiri's Main Training Grounds. "Even if I have to sacrifice my life in the process!" [Exits]

This was now the second time he had come to a kage's office to receive a headband, and he didn't know quite how he felt about it. I could become a rogue ninja, but that doesn't seem to be the best play. Without access to the facilities of a village, it'll be pretty hard for me to train. I guess I'm stuck. He pondered his predicament as he waited for an answer. He hoped he wasn't interrupting anything important. Truthfully, he just came for the headband and to announce himself to his new leader. After that, he had no idea. Knowing himself, he would probably go train. He held out his papers in front of him, in preparation for the person who would open the doors. ______________________________________

The second clone, scaled up the steps back to it's office as he noticed a young man standing outside of the door, "Are you in need of the Kage?"

Artemis took in a long breath before releasing and opening the door to the ground floor. He looked around the room, spotting the desk and noticing a waiting sign. 'Could always barge in. Or take it slow. Options options options.' He thought to himself, making his way to a bench and plopping down. He closed his eyes and began his wait for his turn.

He turned around at the question and looked the man over before answering. "Yes, my name is Laram Tsurugi, and I am the genin transferring from Takigakure." Laram offered up the paperwork and couldn't help but show his sad look as he mentioned his destroyed home. He didn't know how the village would react to him, but he needed a village if he was going to enter the chuunin exams. He had volunteered to forego the exams to help in the restoration of his village, but they had turned him down. He sighed inwardly, there was nothing he could do but carry on as he could. ______________________________________

▷ ANBU Captain - Genjutsu~ Harmonious Illusion - Moon Village - Sage - Cats Summoner ◀ Miirror couldn't help but to blink a little when he saw another young person pass he and the other boy to sit down on the bench right outside of his office. He smirked a little, thinking maybe the young man was a little bit too ready to start to being an official Genin, that he didn't notice the person he needed to talk to was standing just outside of his office. He would address this later, but for now, the boy before him needed to be dealt with. Taking the envelope from him, Miirror looked it over as he started to scale the remaining stairs to his office door, "Let's see if we cannot help you, Tsurugi-san." Miirror said softly as he unlocked the office door and pushed it open. He couldn't help but to notice as he initially passed Laram, his facial expression. 'The war affected everyone indeed. I would help you re-build it but... That place is far too dangerous. The reports state that it belongs back to the wild and even more so... Is under a different set of eyes.' He thought to himself, hating that Laram had to go through a lost home, friends, and probably many other things.
Taking a seat behind the desk, Miirror pulled out the contents of the envelope, "Wakarimashita. I am sorry for what has occurred to your village. Specifically, when it was our village that had a hand in destroying it." Miirror bowed in truthful apology before speaking again, "Before I say more... Do you wish to hail under the banner of Kirigakure?" Miiiror asked. He didn't want to force the child into making a decision in completely pushing away his rites to Taki. But still, it would change a couple of future decisions depending on his answer.

I wouldn't have come here if I wasn't ready to become a Kiri nin. I'm not entirely sure if his empathy is an act or not. It doesn't feel that way. Laram had always been pretty good about picking up on other's feelings; but this was the kage. A man with years of experience and hardship under his belt. Who knew just what this man could do. Unlike his usual actions of impulsiveness, Laram actually gave the question considerable thought. After about a minute, he answered.
"Takigakure will always be home to me; and I will aid it if I can. However, I came here to become part of your militia. My loyalty is with Kiri first now. I'm not naive, I know that by your hand, among others, my home was destroyed. I would be lying if I said that I didn't feel some sort of resentment to you on that front. However, I was always an orphan, so my ties to that village were never that great. If you permit me to help them, I will go willingly. But, my headband shall read Kirigakure from now on, and that is not something I take lightly. I had made my decision before coming here. I want to, if I can, be the force that unites the villages in peace. War is a cruel thing, and I would like to annihilate it before the next generation is forced to taste from its' bitterness. If you'll allow me to pursue this goal, I will become a nin under your command." ______________________________________

In fact, Miirror wasn't surprised to think ill of Miirror. He had a hand in removing him from a home; even if he was just following orders in war. But... maybe he could repent a little for the lives he took and the home he removed from many people. Starting with Laram, if he permitted it. "Wakarimashita. I am sorry of you loss. But hopefully, I can have you gain something within this village. A place to call home and a family amongst friends." Miirror reached into his desk and pulled out a Kiri headband, "I welcome you into Kiri with open arms, Tsurugi-san."
