They reffer to eachother as sisters but even in Earth 73 they're still the same person just from alternate universes....
Ok here's something to wrap your mind around. Does every alternate universe have a Powergirl from an alternate universe?

They are twin sisters! I didn't know Illpalazzo had already posted a profile. They're definitely biological twin sisters in this universe.
I would think that only some would happen to be the same in that regard.
So basically the universes that do have a Powergirl from an alternate universe have a Powergirl from an alternate universe, and the ones that don't do not have a Powergirl from an alternate universe.

I think my favorite example is Hellgirl.
Seriously, who knew Hellboy made such an awesome chick? Well, I kind of did. Actually now that I'm thinking about it... Pancakes, candy bars, cats, asskicking... I'm already dating Hellgirl.
