I glance down at the blank parchment. I pick up my quill and begin to write.
"Dear cousin,"
I pause....
"No......that's too informal.." I mutter scratching it out. I try again.
"Dear cousin,"
"My dearest Sanguini,"
I hum looking down on the three lies I've written.
"I guess it shouldn't matter if I like him or not, since I'm being polite." I grimace before continuing.
"I found my return to Hogwarts...trying. However I made it back in one piece. I would like to inform you to be on your toes, as I was followed by 'those people'. I suspect they are after whatever you have erased from my mind. I need those memories back, please send the key. At least attempt to be careful, cousin. I would rather not come back to Hogwarts in torn clothing and scorched pants after every visit."
"I guess that's ok.." I pause, "Wait!"
"P.S. You owe me a new cloak and I shall not visit you until I 'graduate' from Hogwarts."

Sensing someone, I look over to my left. I spot a boy leaning over the lake.
I quickly fold my letter, tucking it away in my robes.
I let out a soft sigh before leaning back against the tree again. I should go inside soon...

A small dot seems to enlarge as little time passes. The shape becomes more recognizable as a student on a broom, and the girl lands near the lake.
Heart hums a happy tune, then lifts the Firebolt onto one shoulder. She heads off the the pitch to put her broom away.

Meiko just giggled as she noticed the headmistress nodded. She nodded back quickly as she heads inside the castle.

Ravenclaw, 3rd Year
Nam took long hurried strides across the dewed grass fields, hugging his ajar briefcase to his chest. Most of the snow from winter had melted. The surface of the lake had finally thawed out. At first he started to head for a tree, but saw Kage under it. He tried to head toward a rock formation next to the water and saw that laughing boy he'd met in the common room last year was occupying the space. Right now he was desperate to be alone. He made his way toward the far side of the lake, walking along its coast, imagining himself being drowned by one faceless student or staff member after another.

I make my way back to the grounds and scan around before spotting Nam on the other side of the lake. Something isn't right. I think to myself as I make my way over to him.

Without turning around, Nam could see Kage behind him. "Please, leave me be!" His voice was wavery and full of fear. It surprised him to hear so much emotion coming from his own voice. He'd never really yelled so loudly before either. It made him even more frightened. (( What a dope. xD )) He walked a little brisker to get further away, fighting the urge to break into a run. Despicable. Repulsive. Worthless. Piece of filth. They know. They're coming to kill you.

Heart was running around in the castle, but then a thought hit her. Outside!
She quickly runs out, looking around. With her sharp eyes, she spots a couple of dots off in the horizon. Gaaah. She takes out her wand, flicking it. Her Firebolt rushes into her outstretched hand. Thank you. Mounting her broom, she hastily zooms towards the figures.

Just as he'd gotten a comfortable distance away from Kage, something big and airborne came flying at him. At first he wondered if it was was a giant vulture coming to eat his guts for the rest of eternity, but then as it got closer he recognized it as his classmate Heart on a broom. Oh god. That was worse than a giant blood-thirsty vulture. But this time he didn't try to get away. Part of it probably had to do with the fact that there was no way he could out-run a firebolt, but mostly he felt guilty. He stood and faced her, ready for whatever punishment lay ahead.

liveXdarkheartXevil Using her eagle-like vision, she spots her classmate. She nearly falls off the broom laughing when she sees his expression, but manages to hold on. She dives at the student, swerving at the last moment, but takes the time to flick him on the cheek. Dismounting the broom, she calmly walks over. "Hey Nam, are you feeling better?"
Nam trembled. What? Why is she laughing? Is she going to enjoy this? An abnormally red spot appeared on his cheek where she flicked him, as though that one spot had been slapped with full force. He immediately raised a hand to cover it. He was utterly baffled by what she was asking, and thus could only think to answer with the truth. "No, I feel horrible. Don't you hate me?"

liveXdarkheartXevil "Hate you? Fat chance." Heart replies with a grin on her face. "Sorry I disturbed your nap by the way." As if it came out of nowhere, she flings a pillow at his face. "There. You can continue now."((Awwww...it's okay. We can finish up next time))
Nam had no time to guard himself from the pillow, since he had bad reflexes and both of his hands were full. Where it had come from was beyond him, he wondered if perhaps she'd summoned or conjured it... or maybe she'd had it all along and enlarged it just now? He grabbed it with the hand that had been covering his face before it hit the dirty ground. "That's okay... aren't you at least mad, that I..." He couldn't bring himself to say it the way he thought of it and just hung his head with deep shame. If she didn't hate him, she must not understand... that was the only explaination. So he shouldn't let her by saying too much.
